Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Shinbatsu wiped his nosebleed onto his sleeve again. He could understand how ordinary civilians could not make it out of these games in one piece; they were treacherous and genuinely evil. The worst part about the whole experience was that the culprit who put it all together was not even on the scene. After making it through the monstrous game in one piece, Shinbatsu had found that he still had no leads to the man behind the curtains and he had to go back into the puzzle and do it again-- backwards. After a few trials, he was unexpectedly nailed across the head with a wrecking ball that left him motionless on the ground for a moment; but there, as he motionlessly stared forward, he saw a pen that certainly was not his blended in with its surroundings.

It was a foolish mistake, but it was one that was easy to make, really. Shinbatsu had retrieved the pen and escaped the puzzle in one piece within an hour, and he was lucky to find a complete finger print on the pen that matched a fingerprint in the ANBU's database. From there, he tracked an address, and to his relief the man he was looking for was actually home, and he made a run for it, asserting his guilt. In the chase Shinbatsu's nose bleed had started pouring again, and now he found himself sitting in a room controlling his bleeding as he stared at the man responsible tied into a chair in a kitchen.

Some things make sense in life. Some people go after others in revenge, for loved ones, or for themselves. Others go after people for money, to enforce a bribe, or something of the sorts. Things like this did not make sense. The man Shinbatsu had tied up in front of him had no reason to be doing what he was doing. He was just... Insane. He was going after people out of pure malice and he enjoyed it. Even now, he did not seem to care about the position he was in; as Shinbatsu roughed him up and tried to get answers out of him, the answers he got were too obviously the absolute and blunt truth. The Chuunin grimaced at the prospects. This was gross. How could he let a man like this survive for trials?

He didn't. In the mission reports, the man had gone hostile, and now he was dead. It was that simple.
