That little adventure with the storm wasn't going to leave him be any time soon that was for sure. His entire body was in pain, heck he even felt pain in placed he didn't even know existed in the first place. His arm was all but burned to a crisp and every movement was a rather annoying thing, because of the sheer pain it brought. It wasn't something that special, but he did have an idea of how to fix this. Takehiko had heard stories of the so-called Nimbus Spring, a place which apparently helped heal injuries much faster. That place wasn't too far from where he had landed and if those rumors were true then it was worth a go.
The AiT pushed himself up, picking his icebox up as he tried not to hunch over in pain. The first few steps really were always the hardest when you were injured. If you could just get past those it got much easier as you got more used to the pain, something he had no trouble with. He was going to reach that monastery in about an hour or so, but that was if he was walking normally. How long it would take in this state he really didn't know. No matter. Hopefully he'd come out of it like a new man! Then again stories like this were quite often quite exaggerated, but hey he wasn't one to be pessimistic, after all at the very least he would have a nice bath and see those carvings.
Takehiko had lived in Kumo for quite a while now and it was getting somewhat embarrassing for him not to have visited the monastery of Raiden. Many said that the view there was breathtaking, but then again a lot of people never actually reach it. The path that goes to it is rather hard to transverse and he wasn't really sure he himself would be able to make it. There was only one way to really find out and that was going to happen sooner rather than later.

His prediction really was right. It has been a good two hours by now and he was just about halfway up the treacherous path and at this rate it would be a good hour before he reached the spring. Hopefully all this would be worth the trouble, because this was a rather painful endeavor. Sure he could move absolutely normally with the exception of his right forearm and hand, but the pain was really slowing him down. Ah well there was really nothing he could do about it. His medical skills were useless to say the least and at least the flower he almost died for was safe for a good half a day before he needed to hand it in and get that over with.
There wasn't anything to keep him really. Nothing at all.

Finally after almost falling to his death quite a few times the Nimbus Spring was just ahead. Now it was time to test whether these waters really had any sort of healing properties or not. Was the rumor just an exaggeration or was it real?
