It wasn't long since Izura had entered the village, but the time in stasis had left him worried about a great many of his former colleagues. He was in search of a specific person that he last remembered was spending their time in the Lightning Country, likely under another name. In any case, Izura was determined to see if he could illicit a response from them, and so he wrote a letter, sealing it away in a small envelope and sending it off towards Kumogakure via a messenger bird. It'd take a while, but he hoped that the message would allow him to get into contact with his friend...
