Character's Physical Description: Standing at about 1.5 meters Hana is rail thin. She has green hair and her sightless eyes lack any pupils. Many have thought she might possess a Byakugan at first glance but it quickly becomes clear that the similarities end at a glance. She tends to keep her hair in such a way that one would not normally be able see eyes if she is not wearing sunglasses to hide them.
Character's Mental Description: While young Hana carries a chip on her shoulder and is convinced that the world hates her. She never feels like she is good enough for what she does but strives to prove everyone wrong.

Character History: Hana was born with sightless eyes just like everyone in her family. When she was finally old enough to understand the tale her parents told her the story.

Many years ago in a land enshrouded in Mist lived their ancestor. None know his name anymore for because of him the family carries the curse. Their nameless ancestor was a bit of a philanderer. He thought that his shinobi abilities could be translated into having as many woman as he wanted without being caught. What the nameless ancestor did not understand was, while he may, or may not, have been a good shinobi there was always someone better and his wife was one such. She was a powerful genjutsu user that when she discovered his philandering managed to place a curse upon him leaving him blind to see any of the woman he always longed to see. Leaving him blind she threw him out of their house forcing him to become a blind homeless beggar on the street. Not done with her vengeance she told all of what he had done so that none would help him.

Alone, a laughing stock and with no way to take care of himself he found himself leaving the village for parts unknown.

For months he stumbled through the land. Unsure of where he was going until one day he stumbled into the shack of a hermit. The hermit was one that had been ostracized since her days as a child because of her looks. Taking pity upon the nameless ancestor she cared for him.

Many years later when the hermit and the nameless ancestor had a child they discovered that the curse had not just been upon him but all that would spawn from him. Forced to find a way to make up for the handicap of not being able to see the nameless ancestor trained and developed a jutsu that he could pass down to his progeny allowing them to “see” without their eyes.

Like most in her family Hana cursed the nameless ancestor. Not understanding how he could be so horrible that generations from then she would be picked on for her eyes and it still be his fault. Everytime someone brings up her eyes she can’t help but think about how horrible men are for without their philanderer ways she would be able to see the world in all its color.

Character's Physical Description: Standing at about 1.5 meters Hana is rail thin. She has green hair and her sightless eyes lack any pupils. Many have thought she might possess a Byakugan at first glance but it quickly becomes clear that the similarities end at a glance. She tends to keep her hair in such a way that one would not normally be able see eyes if she is not wearing sunglasses to hide them.
Character's Mental Description: While young Hana carries a chip on her shoulder and is convinced that the world hates her. She never feels like she is good enough for what she does but strives to prove everyone wrong.

Character History: Hana was born with sightless eyes just like everyone in her family. When she was finally old enough to understand the tale her parents told her the story.

Many years ago in a land enshrouded in Mist lived their ancestor. None know his name anymore for because of him the family carries the curse. Their nameless ancestor was a bit of a philanderer. He thought that his shinobi abilities could be translated into having as many woman as he wanted without being caught. What the nameless ancestor did not understand was, while he may, or may not, have been a good shinobi there was always someone better and his wife was one such. She was a powerful genjutsu user that when she discovered his philandering managed to place a curse upon him leaving him blind to see any of the woman he always longed to see. Leaving him blind she threw him out of their house forcing him to become a blind homeless beggar on the street. Not done with her vengeance she told all of what he had done so that none would help him.

Alone, a laughing stock and with no way to take care of himself he found himself leaving the village for parts unknown.

For months he stumbled through the land. Unsure of where he was going until one day he stumbled into the shack of a hermit. The hermit was one that had been ostracized since her days as a child because of her looks. Taking pity upon the nameless ancestor she cared for him.

Many years later when the hermit and the nameless ancestor had a child they discovered that the curse had not just been upon him but all that would spawn from him. Forced to find a way to make up for the handicap of not being able to see the nameless ancestor trained and developed a jutsu that he could pass down to his progeny allowing them to “see” without their eyes.

Like most in her family Hana cursed the nameless ancestor. Not understanding how he could be so horrible that generations from then she would be picked on for her eyes and it still be his fault. Everytime someone brings up her eyes she can’t help but think about how horrible men are for without their philanderer ways she would be able to see the world in all its color.

Manzo, unfortunately, we can't let you be stat capped as either AS or Genin. Chunin is the minimum for S- ranked players.
If you want, Med Chunin could work for you, though it would have to entail in brief history of AS and Genin.

Academy Life

Hana came into the academy not sure what to expect. She knew that there would be problems with some of her classmates after all some of them would be boys. She did not expect to be alienated by most of the class. Some picked on her for being blind, some just didn’t like her, though if she was honest with herself which she wasn’t that likely had to do with her own attitude. Coming to the realization that the academy would be a friendless experience she simply put her head down and made she was the best she could be. After all if she was better than the others, like she knew she was, then she would get out of the academy as soon as possible. She studied like no other learning jutsus that were not required of her but she knew would make her stand out.

Gennin Life
It wasn’t until she became a genin that she discovered her affinity for the flute. It wasn’t just her love for the music she made but also the ability she found that with that she could push her jutsu with the sound, giving them a pleasant experience of her music while she was beating them senseless. It was a new way for her to connect with the world. A way to see colors that she had never seen before. During this time in her life, her social skills seem to improve a bit and some of the chip on her shoulder seems to have worn off but she was far from the social butterfly that she thought she should be. She still comes off as awkward. Resolving to work on this she decided that she would join the medical nin forcing her to be around people and work on her bedside manner.
