Akira sighed as he got up in the room he was staying in, he had spent a few nights now at the Hospital due to the workload and knew full well that this was just going to continue, after all, he had to keep busy and carry on the work even during these hard times, he knew that much and was aware of the situation, as he allowed himself to sigh inside slightly at the thought of today, he knew that with the help of the new applications, more nurses and doctors coming in would take some of the strain off the hospital that it had seen in the recent days.
Standing there he threw off the Chief robes that had been given to him by Nao, looking at them he let his fingers run across to the symbol as he smiled to himself before heading out of the door and to the front entrance of the Hospital to get a start to the day. As he walked into the room it was crowded with nurses and doctors, all smiling and chatting the eager faces around showing the eagerness that was almost radiating from the young group it was good to see as more bodies were needed, and the budget could afford it at least.
"Good morning, everyone. Thank you for coming to your induction day, today aims to make sure that you are inducted into the Hospital as well as which department you will be working on and making sure you have an understanding of how things are done here, please all of you follow me and we will begin this tour."
With that he led the group on a tour around the hospital, pointing out all locations from the morgue, emergency rooms, operation rooms anything that could be of use from changing rooms and break rooms, the tour was detailed and served the purpose of giving even the administration side of the Hospital a view, after all they needed to make sure that they saw everything without failure for the new group.
He allowed the nurse's station first the nurses to inform the group of their work and what to expect during this time, as well as what would be handed out by the team, they would be given daily duties at this station, and when they were not busy they would be at this situation for anyone who needed help or required a nurse assistance. Leaving the nurses here to be given instructions by the seniors he would then take the rest of the group down the hall.
As he moved to the doctors instead of showing them the offices that would house them, and the rounds that they would be required to do as well as the Rota, making sure they all had a clear understanding of what was required of them for their day duty leaving them with the other doctors to settle in and complete the rest of there induction. Giving his task for the day as well.
