Weapon Mastery:
Ishi looked towards the gloves that wrapped around his hands, they had become a part of him since his first days of Shinobi arts, as he brought his fists up, his arms shooting out and making contact with the wooden dummy, each thud of glove on wood echoing around the empty training ground that he was in. Hours he would spend, throwing his punches, ducking and dodging against a target that stood still. As expected experience came with time, and he found his proficiency with unarmed weapons began to rise to even those abilities with a projectile weapon. As days turned into weeks, the same routine mastered within him the ability to be as effective as ever with unarmed weapons.
Combo Mastery:
The cracking of the gun echoed out into the night, with the sudden shift to metal clashing from a sword being struck against the training dummy, Ishi felt the sweat dripping down from him, hours of being out in the field he had been combining weapons, attacking with one and swapping out the second to follow up, combining his abilities with projectile and slashing weapons. Experience would be the key to this situation, he knew and accepted that as he practiced, combining different attacks together through the night as he understood his ability to combine attacks together quickly mastering the ability to strike twice in the blink of an eye.
Versatile Arms:
Standing over his workbench, Ishi looked down at the pistol, he had been working on the weapon for hours, and understood that each weapon could be so much more than it appeared, as he looked towards the gun, the grip changed for the user of it to be able to punch with the weapon now, using the blunt force of the weapon to combine with his fists, if required, instead of just using it to fire the weapon out. It was clear that he had created the weapon to be able to trick those that saw it, he would take this technique to all of the weapons he created, giving them options on how they could be used in combat.
Strategies:
Ishi sat opposite the table from an old man, the little rocks on the table in front of them had been moved for hours between them. Though as he reached out and move one final rock into place, Ishi leaned back and smiled at the old man, it seemed that coming into this game prepared, taking the time to evaluate the situation and prepare everything that he needed to do gave him the edge over his opponent. He would take this into future missions with him, being prepared to have a strategy to play to and making sure that everything was ready, his weapons and gear would be how he would look to act in the future. After all nothing wrong with a Strategy.
Genetic Implant (Byakugan):
Ishi blinked, the vision in his left eye still blurry, he had committed some shadow sins that would not be well received if anyone found out. He had been pillaging from the dead, his eye stung still but it was worth the pain, as the healing processes had already begun, he took a deep breath in before allowing his chakra to flow into the eye, the veins around coming up to the surface as the eye changed into the well known Byakugan of Leaf, he looked into the mirror at the eye that had been replaced, this implant was for making the branch stronger, and in the future, he would make sure it did just that.
Willpower:
Ishi brought himself back up from the floor, he felt the pain running through his head in those few moments, once more he had failed to break the Genjutsu that had taken over him. As sweat dripped onto the floor he looked towards the ANBU who he knew was smirking under that mask. Standing once more, this time he felt a sensation on him, it seemed that over time he had at least gotten aware slightly focusing hard, it was like his mind became suddenly clear snapping away from the Genjutsu, he finally had understood it and found that there was an option to break free from the Genjutsu that were applied to him.
Quick Draw:
Standing in the room, he had been practicing every day in the morning for thirty minutes, he had been making sure that his hands were quick to draw his weapons, after all, to be able to kill someone with a flash movement it was clear that he was designed for assassination, that was his aim and his focus inside of the Branch. Letting his hand shot down to the familiar holster on his hip he grabbed the pistol handle and drew the weapon all without missing a beat, a second seemed too long for the quick move that he took, and this situation showed his practice had made him quick in drawing his weapons.
Duelist:
Ishi's training since he had been brought into the ANBU branch has taught him the main focus was on the target, he was able to zero his vision in against the person that he needed to kill, and it was clear that he could focus on fighting a single target when it was required, making sure that he blocked out any other distractions and entering into a single duel almost against the prey that he needed eliminate. Years of practice had allowed him to hone in on this skill and ability to focus down on a single person heightening his accuracy against that target.
Contract Mastery:
Looking through the book it was clear that Ishi was studying how pacts between Shinobi and animals work. Noticing the summoning and the bonds that could be created between the two of them it was clear that with the mastery of these arts, he could speed up the time it took to bring a contract in as backup, he could gain strength from them, and them from him. All of this was inside the knowledge of the Konaha book, and he would take his time to understand every second of it, every little detail, and in turn, be able to build himself up to have a strong mastery of contracts.
