Jiendo would be the first to admit that even since Zangyaku had released his gates and unleshed the ninja's ability to use his chakra like a normal person that he still found himself preferring to fight with his fists and taijutsu. But that didn't mean that he didn't know how to use ninjutsu. He found himself a natural and mixing elements to make new kinds of jutsu. He had created a effective mix of fire and earth to make an Explosive result. He found this easy but not where near as effective as his mighty Taijutsu. But this was only basic Ninjutsu ability after all. Ninjutsu 101 you might call it. (WC-101)
Jiendo knew that his chakra pool wasn't huge. I mean compared to your regular person his pool was massive but when your fighting at a level close to a god as the young ninja was he knew his chakra fell short. But as long as you know your weaknesses you can make do. Instead of training to increase his pool the young ninja instead trained to have his Jutsu use less of his Chakra. He trained to have an incredible mastery of all of the jutsu he knew as to be a natural at casting them so to speak. A Jutsu mastery as it were.(WC-105)
What could be said of a man who spent day in day out practising his art. No Jinedo wasn't a painter, he didn't have the patience for that. The ninja was a fighter through and through. His skill lied in his ability to break down his opponent at a fair faster pace than he himself broke down. Jiendo fought as a double edged blade. Nearly every attack he did damaged his body in some way. Most of the time it was through his muscles ripping, tearing apart from the sheer power the man was forcing himself to exert. To this end Jiendo trained in many a fighting style. None suited him. So he did the only thing he could think of. Made his own style. It was pure insanity. The style almost did as much damage to him as it did to his opponent. Allowed him to move in a way to inflict the most possible damage while only....Slightly tearing his muscles from the bone. At this point the man was a skilled Martial artist. (WC=176)
His strength was always something to be feared. Before his gates were released Jiendo would train by endlessly kicking at stumps. Punching at rocks, doing push ups until the muscles in his arms were on the verge of tearing off the bone. Now that his true power had been released Jiendo had to take his training to a higher level. He now trained by kicking mountains. Punched Through solid steel and did his push ups with carts full of rocks stacked on his back. His strength was inhuman, he had to train in a private place as to not cause a panic in the streets. A Bulls Strength as it were (WC-111)
Ever since Zangyaku had healed his wounds all those years ago Jiendo found himself recovering from wounds far faster than he used to. At first he thought this may have just been a part of having his gates torn open but after meeting other ninja he quickly realized that no one else healed anywhere near as fast as he did. Small cuts would seal in minutes and large gashes in hours. Jiendo broke his arm during a training at one point and found that it had healed in just over two days. With no one to compare it to he never knew that it was unusual to heal that fast. He possessed a Healing Factor as it were. (WC-118)
Some people are naturally good musicians. They can pick up any instrument and naturally very quickly pick up the gist of how to play it. Just a natural talent, instinct. Well Jiendo could not play any instrument. He could fight. It didn't take long but you could see that as any fight the ninja was in continued Jiendo got stronger. As he did damage he learned where to hit them to inflict the most damage. As most got weaker as fights pressed on due to injury Jiendo became more powerful due to learning how his opponent was going to act. He had a combat instinct as it were. (WC-108)
Often he who hits first gains an advantage difficult to recover from. Jiendo learned this very early on in his life of combat. Jiendo was fast, he knew this fact but that didn't mean that he was going to always get in the first hit. Speed was important but it wasn't the most important part. No the important thing was to know when to strike. So many fights went to a stare down before the fight started it was clear that knowing when to make the first strike was could easily be the difference between winning and losing. Knowing how to take the Initiative without leaving yourself wide open for attacks...That was the key to victory. (WC-116)
Victory was important. This however didn't mean that Jiendo didn't have a sense of honor. The ninja loved nothing more than going head to head. One on one with a powerful opponent. This did leave him a little susceptible to getting hit in a blind spot when facing more than one opponent. This was a weakness he was well aware of. But a necessary weakness as it were. The ability to focus in on one opponent at the cost of losing a little of your sight on another was more of a power than a weakness in his eyes. If there were multiple opponents all Jiendo found himself doing was taking them out one at a time as quick as he could. Dueling them down one on one as soon as possible. (WC-132)
Some love swords, some love axes, some love strange weapons that outside of that one person no one would have ever seen before. Jiendo loved his fists. He would wear gloves and wraps on his hands to harden them sure but he preferred to throw punches and feel the hits on the opponent over striking them with some weapon. Growing up Jiendo never had weapons. All he had was the two things at the end of his wrists, and that's all he never needed. Jiendo know what his hands were capable of, the damage they could inflict. He was a weapons master of the unarmed. (WC-105)
Domination. Being controlled by another. This is a feeling Jiendo knew all too well. The seal that had once controlled his actions still burned on his chest from time to time as a constant reminder of a dark past. Due to the time he was controlled by the seal the ninja felt strongly about being controlled in any way. He hated following orders and he hated being bound in any way. Genjutsu was the worst. It reminded him of the times where he didn't have control of his body. This caused Jiendo to train his mind to new levels and train his body to be able to resist Genjutsu as best he could. His willpower was far more powerful than your regular ninja. (WC-105
