Background: Handed down from son to son, this bladed as been in the Shukketsuseinohito family since they had become official residents and shinobi of the Kumogakure no Sato. Normally, handed to the first born it signifies the right as family leader. The blade itself is polished steel that has been fastened, cleaned and sharpened throughout the generations of males who has had the blade. Besides the polished and sharpened steel, the blade has an old black leather sheath, and a brown leather hilt. In the hilt is a swirling gem which has rumored to hold the souls of those who have sworn their lives to the blade of the family.

Background: This blade was crafted by the finest blacksmiths of the Kumogakue no Sato. Joukuu was told it came from the special ore that only the Kumogakure blacksmith had access too. The blade itself seems to be dark black steel that is the same length of the brother blade that Joukuu owns. This blade is a stamp of Joukuu’s own master swordsmen abilities. It’s white sheath and hilt gives contrasts to the new age of swordsmen which Joukuu represents compared to the dark colors of his ancient blade.
