Haru stood there in silence, staring at what remained of all the people he held down using his technique. The sinkhole itself would move ever so gently, churning and trying to cover up the flames which remained from the final explosion. It was lucky that, with whatever chemicals were causing these people to burst earlier, the explosive notes didn’t set of a greater chain reaction. After a few moments, the flames died down, what remained was the dust and the stench of burnt bodies... Harupia tried his best to control his breathing, leaning against the wall with his eyes closed, his hands grinding against the texture of it. He could feel his skin scraping against the wall, he could feel the smell of burnt bodies, his heart pounding... just ensuring himself again and again that he was indeed alive and conscious, and not under the influence of some sort of illusion. As much as he wished his wasn’t true...that this was all just some crazy nightmare...
As Olgav spoke to him his eyes shot wide open, staring into the large men before him, inhaling a deep breath before releasing it. At least this went well...he managed to help reunite the brothers finally. Before he could say anything, the baker spoke again, before leading him and the rest into the bakery. He truly did want to believe the man, that all of this wasn’t a horrible pointless waste of life. These brothers had a thing for saying just what one needed to hear, though he doubted just words would help him now...then again, it seemed Olgav was very keen on delivering.
As they over through the bakery, and after unlocking what seemed to be a unnecessarily secure door for a establishment like this, and then all became clear. The women behind him had voiced his first thoughts quite well. This was...astonishing. All these people...hidden safely in a bakery. No wonder someone wanted to get here so badly... For a second Harupia was quiet, simply listening to the hum of conversations and watching these people. Perhaps a bit uncomfortable, but safe. A few Shinobi, exchanging notes between each other. And a small smile crept onto his lips...A safe haven indeed...
After Shiroi asked the obvious question he added "This...this had to be prepared ahead of time. I’d think at least, unless your architecture skills rival your baking...you family seems to be full of surprises all things considered" he said with a soft chuckle towards both of the brothers. He wished more of his family would come to their aid if at all possible. But for now he wasn’t complaining to much. As they passed a room with some of the notes gathered, he picked up one of the files trying to get a glimpse as to information was gathered by this point. Before reading he would turn to Shiori and say " I don’t think we have met before. Sunaku Harupia, please to meet you mam...even during such dire times" giving her a deep, polite bow. As his eyes scanned through the papers he would speak on "Just how big is this place Olgav? It seems to go on forever...also, how did those who attacked you learn about it? Should we worry about more attacks... Actually, shouldn’t there be more of us here. I did see Kuro withdraw, but there was at least one more Shinobi with us right?" he concluded, looking up towards the entrance of the bunker. It seemed everything was under control outside...but at times like this, could you be ever sure?
