[fontsize="16"]Born to the Kagetsu Ko family of the Kagetsu Clan, Shuro is the product of infidelity on his mother’s behalf, causing him to be born in a shameful manner to the Kagetsu Clan who take bloodline and marriages seriously. His mother’s husband abandoned her after her indiscretion, and she soon stopped taking care of herself which eventually led to an illness which she succumbed to shortly after. This led to the child be orphaned and only having the clan to lean on, however he was ostracized for his birth situation and was considered a shameful disgrace of his late mother. [/fontsize][lb2][/lb2]
[fontsize="16"]Shuro was raised in isolation during his early life, taught the art of shinobi combat by members of the Kagetsu Clan as was required but never being shown love and affection and never treated fairly by the older members of the clan. The children were also discouraged from socializing with him and as such he was the clans dirty secret, being primarily left to his own devices and being treated as if he never existed. This left an unbearable agony in his heart which turned into hatred for feeling abandoned by his mother as well as her birthing him under such horrible circumstances. He summarized that he would need to abandon emotions and become a great shinobi in order to be accepted by the clan. This led him to gain an obsessive mentality towards being the absolute best, spending all his time and effort training and educating himself in the way of the shinobi.[/fontsize][lb2][/lb2]
[fontsize="16"]<FONTFACE fontface="Palatino Linotype">Being part of the Ko family, he is known to be a tremendously skilled physical combatant, however it was discovered he possessed in eidetic memory, allowing him to be a prodigy in his training and studies, instantly being the top of his generation. However due to his position in the clan, he was not offered too much extra training as most would be. This forced him to train on his own more often than not, being given the bare minimum required for all Kagetsu Clan members. He spent many days training his body, often placing himself in dangerous and insane training methods in order to improve his physical condition. His prodigious skill only caused more resentment and harassment from the other children and members of the clan, most wishing misfortune on to Shuro. He however had grown accustomed to such treatment had decided to abandon his emotions, figuring that long term success and fame in Kumogakure in the future would change the clans view of him. As such, he begins his life in the Academy with his goals in sight, hoping that by being one of the best once again that he could gain some acceptance from his Clan.[/fontsize][lb2][/lb2][/td]
