Jutsu Swap: I counted 44 Rank 2+ jutsu total but I couldn't figure out the ranks for Wind Devil, Summoning, and Windwalk from the archive pull could those 3 plus Kage Bushin been the other 4? If not I'll just drop the transfers on those four and we can go with 44 total if it's easier.

Some people don’t look highly on opportunists calling them everything from scoundrels to vultures even bottom feeders. But when it comes to survival moral high ground doesn’t outweigh the will to live, even vultures have to eat. Kamaru doesn't really mind what people call him.
Kamaru at an early age hadn’t deluded himself with what he was going to do or what he was willing to do as being for a higher purpose or some greater good. It was a job that he usually got monetary compensation for and it usually didn’t end up biting him in the end. He’s okay with that, kind of selfish but he figured if he wasn't trying to get ahead he'd get left behind somewhere. In his mind being underhanded or using subterfuge at times wasn’t dishonorable it’s tactically sound to make use of loopholes in a system or the mistakes of others. He has constantly looked for those exploits that give him the ‘in’ he needed to do a job or make it easier or less noticeable.
Overtime Kamaru has considered in retrospect such things might have been considered tricks a con artist or what a coward might do. Kamaru isn't ashamed though. Standing up right announcing yourself ready for a proper beatdown doesn’t sound like the way to do things if you’re thinking with your head about it and it’s not Kamaru’s style to go in blindly both feet first.
He doesn’t really know what or how things will turn out for him in Leaf City but if someone needs something done and he's interviewed... if the price is decent he’ll do the job. Some people say beggar’s can’t be choosers but Kamaru thought you can always choose when you want to beg.
