Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The Kesshō Shikiten, the Crystal Ceremony, a celebration that has been practiced by the Reito clan ever since the time of the First Men. This year was Ko’s first time hosting such an event. The Crystal Ceremony is only celebrated every five years, and Ko had to make sure it would be remembered. The celebration was at his house, or Shira’s house, and Ko had spent well over a week preparing. He had cleaned the fridge of the blood packs, he told Shira to buy “normal” food, and he had begun to lock all of his experiments back into the morgue. Shizo had been over as well, helping for once, and she decided that she would cook for the celebration.

For a few weeks Ko had also practiced for the speech that he had to perform in order to ask for Dekishi’s blessings, and he had to make sure his event goes over well. The attending guest need not worship Dekishi, they needn’t even know of his name, but Ko would still ask Dekishi to bless over them. Ko wore his traditional white robes whilst he practiced, to get the feeling of what he would need to expect. Shizo offered her help in the ritual as well, but Ko wasn’t able to accept. It was nothing against her, but it had to be done by a Reito, not a friend.

The day had arrived, Ko wore his robes and carried his crystal, and little Shizo wore a beautiful gown of silk. The two were excited. The house was beautifully decorated with elegant design, the entire kitchen was filled with almost any kind of food, the living space look cozy and inviting, and the dojo was filled with basic party essentials such as table and seats, a large podium up front, an open dancing floor, and a small group of musical entertainers, nearly capable of playing any kind of music. Ko smiled, he was excited. He walked to his front door and propped it open. There were advertisements across Suna and it was posted in the Sunan newspaper. Ko was awaiting for guests to arrive when his hand was grabbed.

”Ko-Sensei, come on let’s go dance!” Shizo was blushing, the small girl was cute, in her own way, but Ko was her Sensei. He smiled back at her and placed his hand on her head. She was only a few years younger than Ko, but she was still a child, he wouldn’t want to get her hopes up.

”Only one…” He smiled and followed her into the dancing area, there was a soft jazzy song playing. Ko smiled, he was a fan of anything swing. He smiled and pushed his hands towards hers. They slowly began to dance, back and forth. Ko was light on his feet and Shizo could ollow well, He spun her around and smiled.

”Ko, I have a question.” Shizo said as they danced.

”Yes?” Ko smiled at his student and pushed her out into a backward bow.

”Do you think…” She stopped and looked down. By this time the song was coming to an end. Ko looked up and smiled at the band. He let go of one of her hands and walked towards the living room.

”Hey people should be arriving soon!” Ko chuckled as he made his way into the kitchen besides the entry way into his house. He grabbed a small sweet bun and took a bite out of it. He turned and grabbed another. Letting go of Shizo’s hand, he pushed the sweet bun into her mouth. With a mouth full of food he smiled at her. ”Ermergerd…” he swallowed the food. ”These are delicious!” Shizo put on a half smiled as she took the sweet bun; they were good, but not what she wanted. The two would wait near the door until guests would arrive.

Shira's Attire

Shira had to prevent herself from literally beating Ko to a pulp. The boy was technically under her responsibility so she was forced to share her home with him, but that didn't mean she was just supposed to let him throw a party whenever he felt like it. On top of that, he had a lost puppy following him around everywhere. In a matter of days, she watched her house being filled with ridiculous little decorations and whatever else Ko deemed necessary for this religious celebration. Since she was put in charge of getting food, she'd gone and bought the things necessary for hosting, but also slipped a little something for herself into the house. An exquisite wine that would hopefully keep her sane, and happily drunk, through most of this event.

As such, that was what she was currently getting a head start on. Ko and his little pest were in the dojo, the main location of the part, while she was in the kitchen amongst the food and drinks. She was dressed in a little more dignified attire, but she was keeping it casual. A light long sleeved white blouse and black trousers. It was pretty simple and comfortable for her mood. Shira was sitting on one of stools at the kitchen island and had her bottle of wine beside her. She's already started on her second glass and was starting to feel a little tipsy, her face slightly flushed already. Maybe she would be able to loosen up by the time people actually got there. "Maybe I'll actually get some interesting company for once." The 16 year old smiled happily before taking another sip.

She saw Ko and Shizo walk into the kitchen and take some of the sweet buns. Shizo really just had one of those personalities that made you want to kick her in the face. Shira hoped she would leave soon, though it seemed unlikely considering the girl was practically falling all over Ko, something she couldn't even begin to understand. Shira stood and placed her special concoction aside and started to better arrange snacks and drinks, doing her best to seperate the alcoholic beverages from the child friendly ones. She muttered to herself as she did so. "Idiot..." When Ko and Shizo went to the door to wait for everyones awaited arrival, Shira hopped up onto on the counters and resumed her drinking.
