Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Shira had arranged for her team to meet her outside of the academy. It was here that they would be testing the students. Shira was dressed in her usual attire, except today she had a bit more plating on her arms and legs for defensive measures. Since she was the first to show up, she would go ahead and plan out who was assigned to who. There was a total of forty children. Shira had prepped the team by giving them details that they should expect everything and anything when it came to jutsu styles and bloodline incorporation. Shira had a roster of last names in her hand, making it easier for her to deviate the groups of ten, even if she was not made aware of their prefered style types. As Shira went down the roster, seperating the teams as she went, she paused. Motomori? Geez there's a lot, control much? I'll have to split these guys up so there's more variety in the groups. Sorry, Aika. There looked to be about ten of them. Shira proceeded to seperate the groups out a bit more and she paused again. This time she looked utterly gobsmacked. WHY are there members of my mother's clan here? Since when do they send children to the acedemy? I have to deal with distant relatives now? Shira saw that there were only three of them. She smirked. She quickly assigned one each to Haruto, Kimi, and Aika. She scribbled a few more things down and then set the individual rosters asside. Then she took several scrolls from her pocked and set ten each in a seperate pile so that there were four piles in a row. Shira placed a roster down in front of each pile that contained the names; at the top would be the name of the member assigned to the group.

Shira stood in front of all the piles, centered. She would wait for everyone to report in before continuing further. Haruto had arrived with her so he was simply waiting silently in front of his own pile, arms crossed and waiting patiently.

Kimi showed up next, ready to get a mission done. Katsu and Kora walked along side her through the corridors and into the familiar training area within the academy side within the Halls of learning. They looked around and saw Shira standing near a table. Kimi waved and walked over. With a smile, she perused the list of names she had. Two Inuzuka, eh? That's quite the surprise. Motomori? I think I know one. Oh! Isn't Aika one? I think that's her last name. She never has anyone call her that though. Or so I've heard.
Just then, Aika showed up and walked over to the table as well. Her breasts were bound tighter than normal, and to most that didn't know her, or didn't look close enough, she could almost pass for a boy. This was done on purpose, couldn't have academy students ogling her all day now could she? She noticed the purple haired Nekozuka but smiled when she saw Shira. Shira was the main reason she was even doing this. If she hadn't convinced- more like bribed- Aika into coming, she would have stayed as far away from the academy as possible. The stupid tingle was starting to get annoying. There had to be like ten Motomori youth in the vicinity, oh how right she was.
She picked up her scroll and read the names. She was quite happy that she only had two Motomori in her group of ten. She could do without her mother getting angry at her for "attacking" her "family", thank you very much.

As the others started to arrive, Shira acknowledged each with a different, subtle greeting. Kimi had waved, Shira nodded. Her eyes slowly shifted to Aika, a smirk curling up on her lips. To anyone, these were normal behaviors, but each held symbolism in it's own right. Everything Shira did, even down to the tiniest detail of body language had meaning. A nod, giving respect and approval to an old friend whom once gave assistnace when she had none willing to give it and a smirk acknowledging delight, showing that she cared enough to let some of her usual formality and rigidness go. Still, she was happy that both Kimi and Aika had come. Haruto more or less would have been dragged here.

After the quick greetings, Shira allowed pause for each to look over the roster, if there were complaints then she might be up for compromise at a switch, but seeing as no one had said anything as of yet, she would press forward. "Alright, now, the students will be arriving shortly. Each leader and group will be appart from the rest. You may handle your group as you wish, doing whatever exercise you deem fitting, so long as it is a challenge for them to get the scroll, they are showing off their skills, and fighting is involved, but you can be as creative with it as you want. I believe you've all been briefed on the limitations of jutsu use. Are there any questions before we split? If no, then take your things and head to distanced location on the training grounds." Shira would then pick up her own scrolls, quickly tucking them away on her person, then grab her own roster. All the groups were arranged so that the leader would have to use different tactics than perhaps they were used to. She herself was a little worried about her group. For all she knew, she could have ended up with something that could really give her some issues in the long run. Still, a challenge was a challenge and taking on ten students at once would simply be a way to better herself.

Haruto looked down at his own roster, skimming it over once more. He had no quirrel with whom he was given. He was trained to be merciless, a protector and a weapon. While he would do his best not to harm these younglings, he would most definitely give them a hard time. He had been trained brutally, tired way past exhaustion. This would be an interesting task indeed. As he listend to his cousin speak, he started to devise a taskingly brutal strategy that would put him on a defensive advatage, and the students on an offensive disadvantage. Perhaps he would let them have the upper hand, allowing them to raise their pride and cockiness before putting them in their place. That is his way of training. That is his way of judgment. He picked up the scrolls and stowed them away. They were visible, all bundled together. If one got close enough, they would be easy to take, however, Haruto would do his best to allow that not to happen. If they were worthy, they should be able to take it. It was that simple. His face was expressionless as he took his roster, gave a final nod, and headed off to a farther location on the training grounds to await his own group.
