Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

There was a stir at the gates, one which was brought to Ayumu's attention at his desk in the Sileo in the dead of the night. Within 15 minutes he was at the gates of the village. He was met by a masked ANBU who saluted him and brought him to a man who saluted him nervously, worried about something. "What is it? What did you see?" Ayumu asked, having been given little information up until this point.

"Sir, I believe there was an unauthorized exit. It happened about half an hour ago. A large group of them climbed the side of the gate and left. I would have met them to seek their information, but..." the man explained, trailing off, seemingly unsure whether he should continue to say what he saw. Ayumu narrowed his eyes, gears in his mind turning already though he hadn't received the full story. "But what?" Ayumu asked, prodding the guard to continue his story. It wasn't as though he was in a tremendous hurry, guards would have already been sent in pursuit, but they would ultimately fail to find anybody. It would be too late at this point. Still, he wanted to know what had happened.

"The Deathwatch Captain was there. I thought he was letting them out. But he left with them and hasn't returned," he finally managed to say. Ayumu's eyes widened subtly with a bit of surprise. The Deathwatch Captain had left? He who had been faithfully policing the gates to ensure there were no unauthorized entries or exits had gone and left without authorization? It was ironic, but it wasn't funny. "I'm sorry sir, I should have stopped them... I knew something seemed off," he said, clearly concerned for his job or more. "Chances are with a group that large you would have been killed for trying. You didn't recognize anybody but the Deathwatch Captain?" Ayumu asked, trying to gather what information he could.

"The visitors, sir. From Mist," the guard answered. "Which group?" Ayumu asked, recalling that in addition to Hoshikata's group, a smaller group from Mist had arrived recently. "Both... although one of them didn't seem to be from either group. He was bald. Another was in a robe and I couldn't see his face... but he had a staff," was the response. 'Hoshikata,' Ayumu thought immediately. Who else carried around a staff? That was... unique. "Give me a full report of what you saw along with descriptions of each person," Ayumu said. Fortunately the man had already prepared such while waiting for the Sennin to arrive. He handed Ayumu a notepad, the front page scrawled hastily with the report and descriptions.
