- Konchu Hosuto -
Descriptions
[col]
|Physical: Hosuto has fair-skinned which is borderline pale and is taller that most other teenagers his age. He has dark, bushy, brown hair and dark, eyes that are generally always narrowed. Hosuto is/has never been seen without wearing darkened lensed goggles and a gray, open jacket that stretched down to his knees. Beneath this gray coat he wears a short sleeve black coat that extends beneath the gray jacket stretching to his shins. Witht he black jacket also comes a high collar that is fastened which covers the lower part of his face. The grey open jacket has the addition of a hood that obstructs his face even more and a satchel on his back which holds unknown contents. His current appearance makes it harder for people to recognise him, which fits right into his training as an Anbu.
Mental: At his core Hosuto is a solitary individual, prefering the company of his own devices and activities. With that said he is the type of few words among those whom he does not have prior social experience with/cannot trust and this persist even among other anbu/ait members with the exception of Akira Saito. This is not to say that he doesn't communicate with others and will do so on a need-be basis, but usually avoids unimportant conversations. He has somewhat high observational skills and pays attention to his surroundings and information gathered from around him subconciously. Due to his past Hosuto's loyalty lies not in the village itself but with Akira Saito and his goals, going so much as to adopt his role model as a brother figure and internally has a vow to protect his interests with everything he has. Due to this Hosuto has a will do what it takes to keep the village safe, but not because he sees the village as something important to him.
[/col]Personality: Calm and Collected. He doesn't have many emotional triggers and deals with stress well in most situations. If it gets to a certain point however he is capable of going into a social lock-down.
History

Early ChildhoodBorn into a small clan of Aburame (which split off from the main clan many years prior) whom settled in a small village within Lightning Countries borders, Hosuto was indoctrinated in the countryside lifestyle. His clan which assumed the surname Konchu had not produced a shinobi for generations though that was not to say they did not keep the practices established by the Aburame. When he was young Hosuto's body just like other Konchu children before him and undoubtedly after him was ceremonially made a host to newly hatched kikaichu larvae. It would be from this single larvae that his body would become a symbiotic catalyst to a host of kikaichu which could only be nutured within his body and from his chakra. Regardless of the fact that his body had become a nest, Hosuto was indistinguishable from other village children as he partook in the same activities as them. The only truly thing that set him apart (any other members of his clan) was the fact that their eyes were sensitive to light, causing them to wear variations of shades/or goggles to protect their vulnerable eyesight. It was while exploring the woods surrounding the village that his life would truly take a turn and a path that had not been walked by a Konchu in generations would be tread. Because of his natural interest in insects, Hosuto on this day had been searching cluster of stones and boulders that lay at the edge of a local riverway notorious for it's strong current. Having explored this area many times before, he would let his familiarity with the area get the betterment of his judgement skills. While attempting to balance himself on the top of a rock, Hosuto's balance would be thrown off suddenly and cause his body to fall into the river which quickly swept the young boy away. He was both to young and to weak to fight the pull of the current waters which caused the boy to fear imminent death due to drowning. After releasing the last stores of oxygen that were within his lungs his eyes would black out due to unconciousness. He'd awake next to a fire, lost and confused but quickly rest assured by the only other entity around, the man that save his life who introduced himself as Akira Saito. This was not the first time Hosuto had seen the man however as he had been working as a blacksmith within the village for a few years now, it was just the first instance that he had actually conversed with him and learned his name. After saving his life, Hosuto's parents were naturally grateful to Akira and whether he had realized it or not Hosuto had marked the man as his personal hero and role model. Naturally the boy found himself spending most of his time within Akira's blacksmithing shop and would become good friends with Akira even so much as to start working for him as an apprentice. His apprenticeship under Saito taught the boy more than some of the blacksmithing trade but also some fundamental skills of chakra manipulation (Specifically chakra control) on a basic level only after he had learned that Akira was once a shinobi and asked numerous times to be taught some things by him. This almost pseudo older/younger brother (Or atleast that's how Hosuto saw Akira) relationship would go on without any problems for a few more years until one day a group of shinobi entered the village. During this time feelings of distrust towards shinobi had spread across the outlying villages within the country and had finally materialized in Hosuto's. Because the group of kumogakure shinobi had came looking for Akira specifically many of the villagers gathered to force him out. Although he and his other friend who was also apprenticed under Akira tried to reason and beg with the townspeople, being children their words only fell to deaf ears. It would only take a single act of aggression from one of the village-folk before Akira released a surge of chakra that easily rattled everyone's senses. Hosuto himself was shocked but not in the same fashion, feeling envious of Akira's resolve and self-control. After the incident Akira would leave with the other three, though he made an offer to both Hosuto and his friend before leaving. With a quick discussion with his parents (who were not apart of the mob and neither was the clan) they agreed to send him to Kumogakure, sending a guide with the boy and letter for Akira. The letter would detail their trust in Akira to keep Hosuto safe as well as information regarding his clan's lineage which would have been the first instance that Akira learned of Hosuto's Aburame ties.

Academy DaysHosuto would spend three years within the academy, enrolling within the insititution at the age of ten. While a student his personality truly began to form and the boy found that he was far more interested in learning the history of Kumogakure and the shinobi arts than having a social life. He did not have friends or associates during his entire stay within the Academy and was easily labeled anti-social by the other kids even pressured to interact with other students outside of the classroom setting by the instructors. It was not that the other children did not interest him but the fact that his world had changed literally like the flipping of a coin (One minute he was a boy who knew nothing of the shinobi arts and now he was studying them within a shinobi village). While he showed average ability in learning taijutsu and ninjutsu skills, Hosuto demonstrated a considerable ability to control his chakra even early on in the Academy and had high marks in genjutsu classes. Chakra molding and manipulation came easy to the boy particularly because he had subconciously been controlling his chakra flow within his body to regulate the gestation and growth of his kikaichu. Spanning the three years he was in the academy it was never revealed once to others that he was part of the Aburame Clan because Hosuto personally felt that it was not something for others to know (Considering children can be rather cruel to others, especially if they found out his body was literally crawling with bugs). Communication between him and his parents remained on a somewhat random basis, as they would send letters whenever back and forth through merchants that traveled back and forth. During these years he would grow to learn more about Saito's past as a shinobi within Kumogakure, learning about his merits and become more fascinated with the man. It would be Akira who would progress Hosuto's genjutsu skills, teaching and training the boy when time was available outside the academies curriculum. Akira was the only other person in the village who knew about his clan's heritage and would also work with him in melding his ability to control kikaichu with genjutsu (something that was unusual even among Aburame as they were primarily ninjutsu users). It would be when his graduation was near that Hosuto would learn that he'd been reccomended to be placed within the Anbu Corps training program, thanks to Akira's personal reference. The time before graduation was spent with his parents who had traveled to the village to attend, they were also previously notified by Akira of Hosuto's AiT placement and informed about what it entailed. The night before the graduation ceremony, his parents would present Hosuto with three gifts each of which would become cherished mementos (His mother would give Hosuto a breed of insects known to Aburame as Rinkaichu while his father gave him a breed called Shokaichu. They also presented him with a scroll that the clan had kept for generations that layed out some of the clan's techniques). After the graduation he'd spend two days with his parents before they would leave for their clan home, all three understanding that communication between them would cease for some time as the boy afterwards disappeared.

AiT TrainingOnce encorporated beneath the Anbu's fold Hosuto showed promise early on as a capable tracker with the help of his kikaichu. His training outside of the usual skillsets that most anbu are trained in he has focused particularly on working his ability to track and find people. Until recent the boy has had average success, not standing out amongst other trainees while also not underperforming. Two months ago with the return of Akira to Senninship over the Anbu division Hosuto's spark was ignited and the boy has increasingly started showing the very promise that made him a canidate for Anbu in the first place.
