Kimi ordered first, which was fine for Yuki considering her inability to choose among the several flavors they had. It was odd how many flavors you could think up to fit inside a tiny ball of rice, but they had everything from spicy to sweet to fishy. Even a curry rice ball. But in the end she decided to let Kimi's overly sensitive nose do the picking for her. "I'll take what she had" she told the vendor who looked at Kimi weird. Yuki gave him an eyeing down that said 'mind your own business' and it made him quickly adjust his gaze. He didn't miss her shinobi headband hanging off he neck.
Yuki smiled at him pleasantly after he corrected his manners, and then turned and took a bite out of the rice ball. It was delicious of course, and she made an appropriate sound of enjoyment. "These things aren't that bad. I'll have to cook some home made ones for you sometime though, I have perfected the rice balls recipe. Though don't ask me to cook anything else" She was a terrible cook. It took her forever to master the rice balls, but she was determined! And now her Onigiri were among the best in the village.
Her rice ball disappeared rather quickly.
"So what next, maybe some clothes shopping? On me" she promised as she helped Kimi steer herself through the crowd every now and again. Only when she seemed to be distracted and wandering off. "So what made you want to become a shinobi? Most in your condition decide to give up, instead you pushed yourself past those around you and became something more. What makes a person decide that? Oh sorry if that is too blunt!" she asked as they walked along.
