Hello All,
It is that time of the year that I get to bring this huge announcement to you with some exciting news to share. Leaf will be opening its gates to allow visitors and even for those to participate in the Leaf Student Tournament. A chance to put your knowledge and skills against others of the same level. As such we would like to invite you to allow sign ups from Tonight till the 19th February!
With the event itself opening on the 1st of March!
Now with the event running during the period that we have the event running for, there have been a few rules put into place and I want to make sure that everyone is aware of these rules. For the time the following rules will be in place:
- No Death Rule inside of Leaf for the entire time of the Event
- Removal of Travel rules for Fire Country
This means that travel to and from Fire Country will not be required during this time, so the villages can continue to do their work and you can join into the event topics with ease. Please be aware that your posting caps will still count if you have any questions please feel free to hit up one of the Leaf Council Members.
For anyone wishing to sign up during this time please read the rules very carefully and considering if your up for the challenge:
No-one of the rank of Jounin and Above may enter into the Tournament (without special consideration, if you think you go under that category, please DM a council member.)
Players entering into the tournament will have to provide the following information, once this information is set in stone that is it:

If you do not currently possess 9 Abilities, please select the ones that you wish to take; these will remain unchanged the entire tournament. For those above B Rank please limit your abilities to 9 again these will remain unchanged for the tournament.
Jutsu Known (Mastered): All Taijutsu, Genjutsu, Water, Fire, Earth, Wind, Non-Elemental, ANBU, Medical to B-Rank
Advanced Elements (Mastered): 4 Advanced Elements normally through this method (This does not include additional Advanced Elements gained through other effects, such as Bl/CA).
Affinity: 1 Free Major, Rest are Minor
Weapons: What you have Currently Have (B-Rank Augment Slot Limit of 3 Augments if your below B-Rank Currently)
Equipment: What you have Currently.
Remember when entering into the tournament you will be flat B-Rank there will be no exceptions to level the playing field, this means either ranking up or down and the above should be considered when entering yourself into the tournament. This will only affect you for the tournament, and anything outside your stats will be as they are normally.
