Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Looking on in at the situation at hand you would have thought it was a meeting of a board of directors in some sort of high scale company. The man sitting around a table wearing very fine and exquisite business suits and having cigars in hand having smoke proliferate the the air in the room. While these men looked like they were on the level when it came to their business this was no further from the truth. Their business was in crime, however when it came to working with crime you had to be diabolical. If you merely wore a large target on your back and didn't cover your tracks and made it obvious you were a mustache twirling villain it would be quite easy for somebody to pick you up and realize your true intention. A proper criminal would know how to hold up a front so that their more dubious business deals could go on unnoticed. There may be those who have their reasonable suspicions but there are ways to make sure lose ends are trimmed off and to cover your losses with a fall guy or two. These men were hidden from the prying eyes of the world so they were speaking freely . They had no reason to suspect that there was a spy hiding in the shadows.

“Things have been getting rough for us down here. Seems that there have been some high end aristocrats attempting to weed us out by getting shinobi to perform missions. If this was just any normal group looking for criminal justice that would be no problem to deal with. We don't have the kind of power to deal with shinobi. You remember what happened to Shogam's gang right? Their entire base of operations had been burned to the ground, while a majority of the gang was sleeping inside of it. Nearly all of them died, and we have reason to believe a shinobi was behind that.” With those words being mentioned Bruinetto could not help but be brought back to memories of a little girl he had saved from being kidnapped nearly a year ago now. The incident they were talking about, had been his doing. Being disgusted by their behavior he took justice into his own hands. There was no way he was going to let men who spoke selling children in the hands of devious and perverted men so lightly live to continue to do so. One of those men amongst them would call out. “Shogam's business was by far the worst though. Only reason I ever associated with him was because of the protection that some of his men could offer. Very cut throat and willing to do just about anything. They really were the worst of us..”

Even though by saying this group was the worst of them wasn't saying a whole lot. It was like looking at a pile of fecal matter and saying one in particular had the worst smell despite all of them being vile and disgusting. A man wearing shades would stand up and address this large group. “I think it is time that we all collaborated and brought our resources together. We could probably pool together our funds in order to hire mercenaries for our cause. If they are going to throw shinobi at us, then we have to keep a shinobi or two for hire on our payroll. It has to be somebody dangerous, somebody whose power carries a lot of weight. They cannot be a criminal from the village, otherwise we would draw too much attention.” Falling from the ceiling Bruinetto would land on the table and speak the words. “You guys have already gathered too much attention. Your movements have been noted, and it is far too late for you to be acting now.” All of the men quickly standing up in surprise stare towards Bruinetto. “Consider this a warning to all of you. To stop the business here and now. You can leave with your lives, and go back to your petty crimes. If things start to escalate, expect to see me again.” His Sharingan blaring up he takes a moment to look over all of them. “I won't forget your faces, and I will be submitting a report about it and you will all be on file. So take that into consideration..”

With that, Bruinetto would disappear in a burst of smoke and watch as soon after the entire group of men would leave the warehouse. Hopefully that was enough to keep the crime lords from coming together and forming a strong united group. Or perhaps they will try to be more secretive next time. He had a feeling that they would end up on each others path again.
