Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The teenage redhead pushed open the door to the rival blacksmith shop with a glance around. It was a humble space, filled with mostly wood and metal furnishings and there wasn't much for decorations save for a few rough sketches of weapons that were tacked up behind the counter. At the sound of the door creaking open, a large and muscular middle-aged man stepped through a door to the back of the shop and smiled genially. He simply said, “Hello,” knowing exactly who the redhead was before Amy spoke up.

Taking a few steps toward the man, she extended her small hand to shake his large and soot covered hand as she spoke. “I understand your apprentice is indisposed at the moment. I received a request to come and assist you in completing a project for the village but I would like to make a few things clear before we begin.” The girl's voice was confident – almost cocky – as she spoke, and she held her petite, but muscular frame with an air of authority. “I am here to assist you, but by no means am I your assistant. I am a master weaponsmith myself, so we are partners on this project and I would appreciate it if you would treat this relationship as such.”

The man looked a bit taken aback by the girl's words, but after a moment of disbelief he grinned a little and nodded, shaking her hand with a strong grip to reciprocate. “Very well, shall we get started then? My apprentice and I have been working for about a week on the project so it's about halfway done now. I've heard about how fast you work so perhaps we can finish this up quickly.”

“Oh, I expect to,” Amy said with a smile, clapping her hands together once before extending both to him, palms up. “So, show me what you've done so far.”

With that, the man led the teenage shinobi back through the door that he had come from and the pair entered a fairly good sized workshop with a mid-sized forge and anvil with a large table to the side that was stacked high with large metal doors to be used for the medical tower. “Very nice, you've made quite a bit of progress, how many more do we need to make for the contract?” The girl stepped over to the table to take a closer look at the doors, checking the type of steel and the strength of each piece. They seemed to be good quality pieces, so Amy nodded and turned back to look at the man.

“Just about fifteen more, the majority of them have already been picked up, I've already got a few bars smelting now, so we can get started in just a moment, should be easy as pie with a pair of master blacksmiths on the job.” The man chuckled a little, his slightly rounded belly shaking with his laughter.

Amy smiled and nodded and stepped over to get to work.

The work went exceptionally quickly with the pairs combined strength and skill, especially with the young blacksmith's speed brought into the mix. Just as the crystal sun began to dim to signal the day ending, the pair set the fifteenth door on the tall stack and took a deep breath, each wiping a large amount of sweat from their foreheads.

“Good work.” Both blacksmiths spoke the phrase simultaneously and both broke out into laughter before shaking hands and saying their farewells before Amy headed back home.
