Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Deep inside the recesses of Tengoku, Hana along with Kouin were seated around a long table with several other members of the company. They were each a specialist in their field and had been brought in to brainstorm possible solutions for, well, changing the weather. Well, more like changing the weather in a specific location.

"So Mr. Babylon." spoke one of the men, rolling his eyes at the name. "Why don't you explain to us exactly what it's like there? Even if we can create a solution, if it's inhabitable there is no point in discussing further." he paused, looking to one of his comrades who was about to speak. "Also assuming that there is indeed a profit to be made there."

Hana sighed softly. Not everyone at the company was in it for the right reasons. Though the bottom line did get them to where there were today, so it could never be ruled out. Still, unfreezing the village would no doubt be a good thing in the long run. Some people just couldn't see the big picture.

The ride up to the citadel was an experience; approaching the ship was astonishing, it was made mostly from wood, but it appeared to work on the same principle as the island. The ride took no time, which left little time for pleasantries with Hana Darn He followed behind Hana and entered a large building; where it led was a mystery to him.

After many twists and turns, and descents and ascents, Kouin stood before a long mahogany table, where scientists and members of what was assumed the R&D department. The man referred to him as Mr. Babylon., he liked the ring of Babylon, but the Mr threw off the whole.... je ne sais quoi. Well... He made eye contact with everything member at the table, My village, my country and homeland, as most of you know is a frozen tundra and a desolate wasteland.

He took a brief pause, and looked over at Hana whom was listening to what he was saying, and knowing this gave him some solace; The country itself isnt totally useless; the frozen curse is the issue. The land holds much real estate; you just need to build on it. Remove the curse get the land.

He felt like an idiot, who waa he to try and make something nigh impossible task of releasing the grip, yet the members continued to listen to him, My bloodline is that of the Santaru Clan, we are controllers of weather. Also a unique trait, I am able to bend the fabric of time around certain things for a period of time. He uncrossed his arms and flipped his palm over. Channeling his lightning chakra he formed a 1x1x1 ft cube in his hand, and ran storm energy through it to simulate a lightning storm, he tapped into his temporal energy and began making the storm slow down is to just slow motions of crackles and then into "lightning" fast bolts, With a proper conduit, I believe its possible. [ He crushed his hand quickly into a fist, causing the lightning and storm energy to dance like cherry blossoms in the fall.

His mention of the real estate did put some of those at the table a bit more at ease, but there was still the main issue of the fucking cold-snap that remained. They watched his little display of power, but they were used to such displays by this point. Especially since Hana began to mix ninjutsu and technology along with Taro.

"Yes yes, we get it. That's all well and good that you can do it. But it would only be temporary as long as you are there and maintaining it; just making it clear for those who aren't paying attention!" the man shouted and through a pen at one of the men busy on his tablet. He nearly fell out of his chair in over reaction.

"A conduit could work if we could harness a bloodline and stick it into a machine. But as far as I know, that's never been done. The closest thing we have to that is the Memoria. A device in which memories and information could be stored and it could be accessed and donated to by giving it blood. My god if we could learn to harness Kekkei Genkai. It would change the face of the planet..." he seemed to be drifting off onto a tangent. One of the other gentlemen got his attention and focused it on the conversation at hand.

"First thing that would come to mind is some kind of web that we channel whatever weather suppressing power you have in your blood. You make a ring of pylons with a central conduit and connect them all together to make a dome of sorts. Changing the weather permanently, I believe, is impossible. We can't control the entire earth's climate." he finished, looking amongst his colleagues. There were some nods, but for the most part it was pretty quite. "Well any other suggestions?"

Hana looked to Kouin with a smirk. Even she was stumped. Perhaps this wasn't easier than making him Raikage. "Is it possible that there is something other than the weather affecting this Mist?" she questioned allowed, looking to Kouin for the answer. "Weather doesn't just change so drastically I don't think. I'm not expert in it at all but I just feel like that's impossible. Perhaps a shinobi of great power used ninjutsu to freeze it over?"

BGM: NOTICE: Attack On Titan

The men in the room seemed intelligent, yet arrogant all in the same. They say they understood his abilities, yet were bigoted to their power, maybe a larger, a more severe display was in order. A display of true power and magnitude.

Wouldn't the blood of the user be all you need to control part of its power? He started to subtly snap to a beat in his head, and with each snap he allowed a bit of static charge to be released into the air. They insult his moniker, his name and birth right. He had made two decisions back in the library on that faithful day.... Yet which side would he stick with? One side he can obtain limitless power and conquest.... But was that what he wanted? He would still have to watch his back each and every day, but then there was the other. He could protect the village with his dying breath, and redeem his fathers name that way.... Decisions seem to befall Kouin a lot as of late...

A brief sigh escaped his lips; his face turned to one of sadness and regret as his gaze turned to Hana, Maybe in a different timeline... In a different reality.... Maybe this worked out.... C'est La Vie... He turned his back to the board members and made his way to the door, I'll speak my final peace, as I assume none of you will survive... He opened the door, and stepped through it and faced the whole group, who were bound to be surprised at the turn of events, Kumogakure is protected.... This is an official notice. This is Attack on Titan. You best be prepared.

He closed the door with him on the outside; he placed his hand to the door, and channeled his storm chakra through the door, and into the immediate area. He unleashed the most devastating of area attacks, Kirin, the true Thunder Clap. Kouin began a trek down the hallway, his trained ears hearing the eventual build up of static, which was attributed to his subtle snapping, all a catalyst. He had given them a chance the scurry like the rats they were, but he knew some would perish, but he wanted some to live, if none had they objective would've been pointless.

He had made it to the front door, and before a final grip on the handle, he could hear the eventual clap that was Kirin. With the echo resonating in his head, he made headway back to cloud.

Hana sighed.

"Gather round."
she ordered, speaking to the frantic looking people in the room. "Come on all around me."

They listened to her and surrounded her. She made a few hand-seals and erected a barrier to protect them all. After the jutsu finally went off, she reached up to her ear piece and began to speak.

"Have the pawns working the ships let the stowaway leave the island, then bring all ships up to dock. And set up a meeting with Masahiro."
