What a shame of a pilgrimage this journey turned out to be. Kazan had accomplished nothing, except the loss of some of his most precious skills. Even then, he gained somewhat of a better understanding of the world. As a result, his heart was now colder than it previously had ever been. Kazan the heroic soul was no more. His mind, which was once fuzzy and blurred, was now focused. Sude Sairasu's distortion no longer weighed heavy on his shoulders. All those those questions he one desired to seek answers too had faded into nothingness. Having accepted the realty of the world they lived in, his heart was now set. War, Destruction, Chaos, and Disorder would never reach Cloud, ever again, so long as he stood watch.
Although that was the job of a righteous, and diplomatic Kage, and he knew it, he would now the importance of serving as ones shadow. He had absolute faith that Lady Kitsune, and Abyss, could handle the village and it's future, but now he held the goal of standing beside them. While a position, equal to that of Sennin or the Raikage, meant very little to him, he now understood the importance such a title held. Kazan wanted to know what was wrong, and even without answers he had found the answer. It was time for him to step up. But, before all that information needed to be relayed to both Abyss and the Raikage themselves. Sand was at war with itself. Warships were fighting midair, raining down destruction on their village and it's innocents were suffering while it's own Shinobi force were assaulting it's civilians. Kazan even had the proof to back up his claims.
