Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Though Uri's assault upon the massive stone spikes was effective and thorough, only moments after they were launched into the shadows did a single one of them return from that abyss... heading the other direction than they had been flung. That single spike trailed streamers of tangible shadows behind it, clinging to it like the tail of a comet as the spike sailed through the air and lanced into the ground several feet in front of Magnetica's position angling away from her.

"This." Sighed the coalescing shadows upon the far end of the projectile. They rapidly came together to form into a slim-framed humanoid figure crouched at the tip of the former missile which was wearing long black and silver robes and adorned with silver shoulder epaulets and a voluminous black hood. "Is a joke."

"Under attack, they said."

The voice emanating from within the depths of the hood hissed out the words of it's condemnation as a ghastly frame of shadowy weapons loomed from the apparition's back giving it the appearance of size that it had lacked earlier as it crouched with it's elbows resting against it's knees.

"It's a crisis, they said."

Moving with quick but deliberate shifts, the hooded head of the creature now revealed finally to be the ANBU Sennin of Sunagakure turned towards Magnetica and slowly shook from side to side.

"Having rushed here to prevent the catastrophe which was clearly in process of occurring you cannot imagine my utter disappointment."

When the reports had reached Mikaboshi's desk of an attack on the gates which had brought the entirety of the lift in the Maw to a halt, they had described a scene of similar disaster as the attack of the supernatural monster which Sand had come to know as the Djinn. But this? A half-breed woman who was throwing rocks? This barely rated something that Mikaboshi would deign to have an extended conversation about much less actually attend to in person.

"Still, I am already here."

And with that, Mikaboshi stood while his "wings" flared out and the spike beneath his feet disintegrated under the crushing force of his will as he raised his right hand, his clawed fingers crooked in a grasping gesture, and unleashed a torrent of slashing kinetic force that scythed forward towards Magnetica obliterating the stone floor of the cavern as it went without showing any signs of stopping or slowing.

"Try not to be as boring as you look!"

Akuma Kuro was flung away, as it seemed the woman had a knack for mental arts after all, luckily he had not put his all into the use of his mindripper. It was all a ploy to make sure this woman could not stop his taijutsu. In the end it had forced her to summon an ally, well two could play at that game as well and he was far better at it. After he was tossed into his bestial self they shifted to land as the beast clone grazed her metallic skin. Her companion leveled a massive pulsing beam of energy at Kyojin Kuro. He took it easily and shook off the effects of the blast as easily as he would a normal attack. She was angry as she pulled for a dozen metallic spikes that quickly became one dozen once more before she launched them at the residential areas. Little did she know that Kuro had positioned all of himself in various areas just to control resulting casualties and excess destruction if massive jutsu were used. Kuro soon found he did not need to worry as Uri displayed remarkable explosive talent but it cost him a great deal of chakra. Similar unstable chakra flowed from Aru but into her puppets causing similar but far lesser explosions that throw the projectiles they managed to strike off course. Kuro ignored Magnetica's verbal barb as he was certain no one could reach Sousuke without him being dead. Aru's aim would need quite a bit of work as Akuma Kuro leaped back softly landing near her to let her in on a plan. Just as he was about to consider what would annoy Magnetica more and cause her to make more mistakes Mikaboshi arrived in spectacular fashion to unleash a massive psychic assault that Kuro wagered was far more potent than it should be. Easily enough Akuma Kuro followed suit amplifying Mikaboshi's assault by adding a dark psionic rend to follow just behind Mikaboshi's onslaught as Mouko Kuro waved the young puppeteer to his side. "You are doing well young lady but you have to be more careful with your chakra as you master your arts. We will work on your control as we do battle. First visualize your chakra, then allow it to flow into your puppets. When you are content with the chakra's response then activate your jutsu, no sooner lest you lose control and cause injury or death to yourself." Kyojin Kuro performed a magnificent 3 step dashing assault to bash her metallic flesh over and over again with his kinetically reinforced fists which would drain chakra too if she wasn't careful. Kyojin Kuro was the distraction this time and he hoped she knew it because Kuro was digging in deep to summon Hyakujuuonouu to the forefront. She had declared her intent and he had declared his own, now it was time to enforce what he had said in the heat of battle. "Young lady can you use your marvelous skills to protect my flanks while I summon back up?" Kuro dug deep into his immortal soul to call upon the true reason for his powers the bound Demonbeast King his uncle. While this occurred Mouko Kuro began the process of calling forth another set of powerful allies.

Summoning Tiger Contract A rank
A-Rank : Burakku
A genetic rarity, the inverted white tiger known as Burakku was born with a body of sleek black fur striped with gleaming white lines. This body is large and formidable, with claws and fangs to match. Across his body hang heavy chains, one of many training methods behind Burakku’s superior strength. Burakku is second in command of the Tiger kin, and takes this responsibility respectfully, and with honor. Brother to Byakko, the two rarely qualm over anything. Burakku does believe that combat is never the correct solution to a problem, but knows such thinking is not the way of many others, and thus rigorously trains himself, and is always prepared for an attack. His sharp sleek claws can cut through solid steel with his fangs being just as, if not more powerful. The gleaming eyes of pure ice can stare any foe down with his cold gaze of unrelenting fury.

Shuu sighed, a bit vexed. She'd been napping after a particularly grueling shift at the hospital, and the only way she knew something was up was that some burst into the on-call room where she's been napping in a bunk and shouted for all hands on deck. Once she realized something was going on at the gates she glanced in that direction. Her gifted eyes let her see the long distance to realize the battle going on there. Cursing herself quietly she took off full speed for the gates. Full speed for Shuu however was quite impressive, so it was only a brief moment before she arrived there.

She surveyed the chaos and with logic very quickly mentally reconstructed the biggest parts of the battle. She saw Uri, Yume, Aru, and a few she didn't recognize, though the large cat-like man she assumed based on Sousuke's description was one of the Toraono.

And then there was Magnetica, who carried herself with a classic 'villain of the month' arrogance. Shuu hadn't missed the giant beam she's chucked in the direction Shuu was coming from but Uri's paper skills destroyed it before Shuu needed to deal with it. The woman clenched her fist and sighed as she decided how best to aid the battle.

With a quick weaving if seals even as she charged in she created a clone then with hand gestures communicated orders to the copy. The false Shuu peeled off headed to assist the wounded with medical jutsu while she clenched her fist. While her pure destructive force was not as great as others, it was countered by her versatility and survivability. Her focus was more on being a medical Titan rather than a goddess of war and wrath. That did not mean, however, that she was not capable of some scary-ass things.

"Nice catch on that beam, Uri-boya, I woulda had to punch the shit out of it if you hadn't caught it!"<i></i> she teased.

Her hands weaved a series of signs to string together multiple jutsu. First she produced an illusory anthem, targeting herself so that her ninjutsu were deadlier. A soundtrack for the epic beatdown was a nice touch too. Next she in an instant disappeared behind the attacker and--if all went well up to this point, slammed a lightning-infused rasengan into her, a 'rasenhirameki'. While this would give her a pretty dangerous level of damage inflicted, she was ready to follow it up with more, but first she would focus on drawing the monster woman's attention away from the others. She was fresh to the fight and could last a bit longer than many, so buying time for her clone to go heal who it could was a good use of her brand new appearance on the battlefield. Her unique eyes gave her an advantage over many, and allowed her to maintain a constant survey over the battlefield and try to ensure that if anyone needed support, she could be there instantly to heal them, and for now left minor damage in the capable hands of her medical clone.

"Anyone gonna fill me in, or is it beat down the stupid bitch first, then have a long and philosophical discussion about who she is and what the hell she's doing here?"<i></i> After delivering her attack she would dive away, already formulating her next move. She would move to protect any who needed it, but for now she was devising the best way to hurt the woman clearly suffering from a psychotic break. Insanity claimed so many of the powerful these days...it was quite sad, really...then she saw how bad Uri was and all mirth drained from her face as she grew deadly serious.

In a flash she headed for him. She would back him up no matter what. He was strong, but he was also mortal. He could benefit greatly from a healer whose combat medicine was unparalleled in this fight. She just had to reach him first.

It seemed that even with her arrogance, the magnetic menace , being more calm in her and methodical then a few minutes ago. Which wasn’t really a good thing. In between summoning some strange creature above her head, the gaze of which seemed to have a cold, pricing power to it, to now starting to fire shoots at civilians just as he prepared to attack her. Whatever that creature above her was, it seemed to be able to deflect blows in some way, misdirecting one of his attack. That would have to be dealt with quickly, and he had an idea forming in his mind already. Still, the other one managed to hit the mark, wounding his opponent. So there was some progress at that. As the attack struck he answered her question saying "Actually I think you should be knocked down a peg or two". Still, her next move quickly made his mood much more sour, a presentation of her abilities before she launched an attack at the rest of the village.

Of course the first thing that crossed his mind was trying to erect a barrier around the area to block the pieces of metal, but that would take time and focus to maintain. Luckily, it seemed that the potential collateral damage was being handled. It seemed the white haired Shinobi had just as much power and intelligence as he had bravado... he wasn’t sure just what kind of power he was using, but he dreaded to think what would happen if such explosive force was used in combat...and yet it still showed even the most destructive power could be used for good. And besides, if he locked of the area in some way, it would be hard for reinforcement to come.

As Magentica threatened their people, more of them came to attack, from the youngest to the eldest. With the shadowy entity striking from the ground, and another unknown face striking with ferocious power from behind, the odds were in their favor. Regardless of what action the giant creature summoned by the mad women would be attempting to do, its efforts would be impaired as a giant form jumped from under the ground, attempting to swallow the humongous eyeball. While not as powerful as a real Sandworm, his Terror of the Dunes was sure to distract the magnetic user by some degree.

After the attacks came flying and the coast was somewhat clear, the Sunaku who was inching his way closer to magnetic would leap towards her from his nimbus, his hand assuming the position needed to apply the five elements seal. Impairing the use of her powers would surely prove useful...and if anything it seemed she was quit displaced by being touched by those "beneath" her so it would serve to unnerve her more. As this went on, the Sand Clone on the ground would make his way towards Uri, sand starting to form around it in a wide wall, being prepared to defended the exhausted Shinobi and anyone who would wish to provide aid. After all the work he had done already to save the villagers he felt it was the least he could do for now.

The creature that Magnetica referred to as The Beholder made Yume’s skin crawl as it told of people’s secrets, her eyes widening at the mention of Room 642 where their Steward currently lay; a thought it had ripped directly from her mind. Her fists clenched tight and her whole body began to tremor with ire as the villainess continued to mock them, threatening everyone they loved and trying to destroy their morale with insults. Taking calming breaths, she had to continue to remind herself that her place in this battle was to provide healing aid, leaving it to the heavy hitters to do the majority of damage. Keeping behind the protective barrier, Yume listens to Kuro and shakes her head a little. It made sense now as to why the student was the way she way; She was being directly trained by the Main Sennin himself. Within moments, Yume’s disbelief was mutated into fear as an otherworldly presence was summoned by the beast lord Toraono, gripping the Mednin with an overwhelming despair that was amplified by the unusual appearance of a shadowy entity. Her eyes were painfully wide as they gazed unblinking up at what she believed to be Shinigami come to reap them all.

Death has come for us. All is lost. No hope. No sunshine… only fear. The lift is gone… we’re never leaving… OW! HEY!

Her babblings were interrupted by her companion as he sunk his teeth into her ankle, rousing her from the shock that left her vulnerable to madness. Her nose would pick up on it then, it wasn’t much but it was enough; a scent for her to realize that the Shinigami was human enough though the dire situation left her no time to muse upon his shady disposition. Her fingers wrestled with each other as she spun a web of lies and chakra as she directed a sense of false success to Magnetica. If the woman believed that her spikes had hit their mark, perhaps her arrogance would cause her to drop her guard. In the distance, she could hear Uri stumble around proclaiming his good health. It looked like someone needed a medic.

Hey Lotus, I’ll give you some cover. You go take care of that madman.

Ever the willing servant to pain, the elder Sagasu cracked his knuckles and leaped toward his target with obsidian senbon between his knuckles giving the illusion of claws. Using the wreckage of the lift to propel him upward and onward, deftly climbing the walls and thrusting himself at the metallic terror with a swinging fist aimed to impale her spine. As the spikes would make contact, he would be blindsided by a floating piece of metal that had been protecting her form, catching him in the temple and sending him side long into the other wall where he would slide to the cavern floor, unconscious.

Using the distraction of Shinji’s attack, Yume sprinted to Uri, scrambling up a wall and leaping across roofs to his location. Sliding to a stop behind Harupia’s barrier, she knelt down next to her friend and quickly took inventory of his injuries, gently examining him with her finger tips. Scrapes and bruises covered his body but more than that, it appeared he had shattered a few ribs in his falls. Her fingers wove the symbols needed to mend his broken bones as she pressed her hands to his sides to infuse his skeleton with enough chakra to get him back up. The sweet stench of charred flesh was long gone but the mass of dressings that covered his body reminded Yume of the result of his fight with SniperMan. Her digits verified that his ribs had healed and continued to offer support as she imbued her friend with a healing force to help get him back on his feet.

I never thought I’d find someone more masochistic than my brother. You stay still a moment, or I’ll tickle you. You're going to need this.

Taking the opportunity before the zealous chuunin ran off again, the mednin placed a Medical Ward on his chest. If he continued to fight the way he had been, he was going to use it before anyone else did.

Aru opened fire upon the steel beams. First she fired a flame jutsu attempting to melt the steel beam, then her two puppets were on the move. They opened fire too but launched a different attack. Two of the steel beams that were in transit got rocked by their combined efforts. Aru had done well in her task to take out some of the steel beams. Although Sousuke was not present, something would fill that gap though. His weakened voice crackled over the audio. "Aru. This is sensei. Care packing enroute..."<i></i> From the distance something fired out of Keystone. A large ball would be sent rocketing towards them. As the ball grew closer it began to transform. The shape of the ball inverted and transformed into a spider. The spider would land on its eight legs before Aru and would await for her to bond with it via chakra strings. "Spider Convey Puppet 73A. Made from the sacred emerald trees of Everwoods. My father made forty-seven of them, and I have made the others. It is superior to former models due to the wood it is made from, which is as strong as steel. Attach your chakra strings to it, and use it as you will. Don't worry about using fire jutsu with it."<i></i> Sousuke would explain through the headsets. The puppet was a meter and a half in height, and in width it was three meters. It was certainly large and bulky, but it was certainly not clunky.

Uri next contributed to the destruction of the flying beams. The sky was filled with artistic aerial creations as this very quickly became an air show. Birds fly into the steel beams and began destroying them, one by one. It was a sight to be hold and one that left Magentica clapping at the display. "Perhaps you would do well to replace Sniper-man..."<i></i> She spoke lowly. He had indeed bested her for the moment, but she took notice of him through the Beholder that he was clearly weakening. While it was perhaps a temporary weakness, it would certainly be taken advantage of by Magnetica. The metallic mistress waved her hands together and formed a cage with it. She then raised her hands and sent the cage flying at him trying to trap him in it. All she needed to do for the time being was to trap him, crushing him would come later. Five steel gates would come flying towards Uri trying to enclose him. The first four would try and box him in, then the final one would land on top to form the final part of the cage.

Another of the beams that was not destroyed by Uri came back on a whirlwind tour. The beam landed just a few feet from her, and the speaker revealed himself. He was bored was he? The Beholder shifted its gaze to him and tried to read him. Strangely several red cracks would appear in the eye as it had difficulty in reading him. "A fiend?" Magentica would question. "A lowly fiend. Please. Don't tell me you're a Pit Lord? The lowest of the lower of the old world?"<i></i> She spoke putting on an air about herself as she spoke. Mikaboshi called upon psionic energies. It took a moment for Magnetica to realize what was happened as Mikaboshi's thoughts further empowered by Kuro formed a gash across her chest. A bright red mark surfaced and as it forced its way upon her, Magentica did not howl in pain, but she very visibly gritted her teeth. She stumbled off of the her floating platform and landed on the ground. She landed kneeling as she was reeling from the attack. Why was the attack so effective against her? An image went into her mind as the Beholder witnessed Kuro's statue forming, and even then he graced themselves with the presence of a summoned creature, a great black cat with white stripes. "So you can summon a cat. Well enough, but it doesn't match the power of the Cubix Observer."<i></i> As she finished her sentence, the aforementioned summoned creature turned its gaze upon Kuro's statue and fired a red beam at it. The beam began to melt the statue. In addition the beam in which Mikaboshi travelled upon rose up and then bashed the statue. The statue was taking a beating, but it still had some form left to it.

As Magnetica focused upon attacking the statue, she missed Shuu stepping in. The medical sennin of the Mists empowered herself. She then shadow danced herself across the battle field, and went toe to toe with Magnetica, which none other had yet done. She prepared a rassengan that was overpowered and tried to get the drop on Magnetica in a true surprise attack. It was seconds away from seeming that was, but the mistress of metal turned at the very last moment and with her own bear hand met the Rassengan. While a back attack would have been most devastating, Shuu's attack still had an effect. Magentica tried to catch the attack, but paid the price for it. Her metallic skin rippled and veins very readily appeared on her hand. The Beholder was slow to notice then, but its gaze fixated upon her. Magentica gritted her teeth. She was reeling from the attacking, but slowly her mind was being fed information by the Beholder. As it seemed with Kuro, Magnetica would strike at sore points within the mind of one. To unease them. To make them doubt themselves. So far the mind games weren't winning her but ... knowledge was always power. "I am cataclysmic in nature. You won't escape the end. A steel coffin awaits you my dear..."<i></i> The platform which carried Magnetica from before came towards her. The platform which was a circle transformed into an axe which the vile mistress armed herself with. "I'll devastate you!!"<i></i> She swung the axe at Shuu trying to cleave her in two.

Harupia like Magnetica, and then Kuro brought upon the battle field a summoned creature a sandworm born of grains of sand. Here in the Maw of Barynx, a lesser progeny was created to battle in its parent's throat. The sight was terrifying, but not to Magnetica. It was summon versus summon as the Beholder was being attacked by the progeny of the sands. The boxed Beholder was struck. The box around it starting to crack open. A few more attacks would perhaps break it allowing the eye within to be subjects to whatever the Suna shinobi had on their minds. Uri who was going to be boxed in my Magnetica's attack was going to be saved by Harpuia. Each of the walls of sands were colliding with the gates of steel making the trap incapable of being formed. Uri had his lucky stars to thank for the save by Harupia. To make the play go the extra distance, Harupia went toe to toe with Magnetica like Shuu. He attempted a five element seal on her. His seal landed, but not quite on the mark. The seal landed on her right arm. The limb would fall dead and lifeless. Most curious it would be. The Beholder did not vanish, but it seemed that Magnetica was indeed being weakened. "Clever..." She would say as the limb proved useless. She would turn upon Harupia. Her left arm would shift and transform into three pronged trident in which she would turn quickly upon him and attempt to skewer him. "How dare you touch me. Your hands are not fit to touch someone of my prestige."

For a second Magnetica's mind was graced with his victory. That the beam sent flying towards the hopistal hand landed. Killing several, and one of the village's most treasured individuals. The victory was nearing ... but then ... no. The thought was robbed of her as her mind freed itself. How could she, who was truly more powerful than these peasants, fall victim to such trickery? Most illusions would not work upon her if the Beholder was in tact ... but it wasn't. The Beholder's vision was occupied by the sandworm. Yume bought herself and Uri time. The medic quickly went to tend to him giving him precious moments to recuperate before Magnetica was ready to launch another attack. The time was given and granted as Magnetica shook her head. She turned her head and look upon Shinji in his fallen state. Earlier he had tried to get at her, but he failed... as men usually do.

Magnetica shook off her wounds and did a series of sommersaults seperarting herself from the Suna nin. She focused. Her body would rise up. Using her own metallic body as a tool she would float upward to again assert her superiority. She was above all of this. With her own working hand she would lift the remaining metal left from the great lift. The metal would raise in front of her and break apart forming a hundred swords. <B>"I admit I was a fool. I thought to best you by destroying your loved ones first. I must focus my gaze upon you instead. Behold. I sentence you all to death. Every single last one of you."<i></i> The swords would then fire themselves upon the Suna nin.

Kyojin Kuro stood easily as his chakra gems shimmered briefly, his armor had a few dents but was still more than functional but what he did next was all that Magnetica could ever stand as he revealed why he was Kuro’s guardian form. His ogre body was capable of matching the ancient Kaijuu of old in stature for a limited time which he revealed now by transforming into a bakemono twenty times his normal size. To make matters even worse for her his Takahashi steel armor was specially made to increase size with him. The hundreds of swords were met by a living barrier of steel, muscle, and demonic chakra. Despite her gravity enhancement Kyojin Kuro moved like a well-oiled machine of Takahashi design as seventy percent of her blades were immediately blocked and lodged into the armor of the demonic behemoth. Mouko Kuro, Moukyo in Beast clone form and Burraku formed a three way assault upon the monolithic eye. Claws and steel chains ravaged the beast’s shielding in an attempt to make it easy for the sandworm to finish it. Akuma Kuro helped reinforce Hyakujuuonouu’s statue removing the steel beam from its shoulder. The energy beam had scorched it but oddly enough had done more to empower it than harm him. Magnetica’s chakra and life energy would feel the drain immediately. As he calmed down to observe her and her injuries Kuro would then look to assess Suteki Aru’s progress. Things seemed to be going well, the plans followed through despite the mindreading summons. Kuro’s ally Burakku was everything Kuro had imagined as his claws and chain tore at the beholder’s shields. Clearing his mind of thoughts of strategy and initiative Akuma Kuro began his own transformation in order to block out the mind reading abilities of her summons.

The battle was already under way and the Ikoji clan was now making their appearance on the battlefield. While only a small handful of 13 warriors were sent 9 of them were healing experts meant to assist any of those who needed medical attention. Four of them specifically were there to fight the large threat Magnetica, the Queen of Magnetism. Self proclaimed or not she was strong to attack the village alone and to make such a destructive blow to them although they were fighting valiantly the fact that she could single handedly fight a village meant that she was more than strong enough to be considered a god. Or at least she was in Koga's eyes.

Koga stood a distance from the battle observing as he had just only arrived. At the current moment he witnessed the destructive force of Magnetica as some gigantic eye that seemed to be allied with her fired beams melting a gigantic statue that was conjured by the Sunans. She herself was tangled up in combat with Harpuia and another. Magnetica seemed to be handling herself well enough but was soon caught by a Five Elemental Seal. Her arm went limp giving room for an opening but Koga didn't move he was sure the metal queen had more up her sleeve. In that instant she began to do somersaults giving herself distance between the Sunan shinobi. It didn't take long for her to make a counter measure not before she continued speaking sentencing them all to death.

Magnetica would begin to raise large pieces of metal from the ground and begin to convert them into hundreds of blades all with the intent of demolishing the sand ninja. It didn't take long for a reaction of counter measures to take place. He was sure some of them would conjure jutsu to strike back at the blades. One person who bore resemblance to the Sennin used their power to make themselves grow larger. He used his own body to try and block the blades which seemed foolish in theory but brave. Koga was 100% sure these blades were not normal and since they were constructed through her manipulation they could probably change form and be maneuvered like puppet strings to attack the Sunans. Putting your body to be destroyed might have been a good way to protect the villagers but his life was surely going to be hanging in the balance. No matter Koga wouldn't let the opening go to waste as he motioned for his brethren to begin to move. They would break off going in separate directions while moving straight for Magnetica. As they moved another trio also moved attacking the gigantic eye she had summoned. This would serve well in the Ikoji's strike as her giant pet would be occupied and not attacking them as they attacked it's master.

Two of the Ikoji warriors would manipulate their bone into armor (Ultimate Bone Defense). They would try to make their way to the front lines while manipulating the bones in their arms to create giant bone spears (Dance of the Clematis) to thrust at the metal queen. While two of them led a frontal assault, the third warrior would attack from behind using the same techniques in an attempt to skewer her. However intense the attack was their efforts were only meant to bring forth one goal. To open a way for Koga to strike.

His body underwent a transformation, unlike their transformations he was not simply creating the Ultimate Bone Defense. No Koga was entering a state far more sturdier and deadly than that. He used a technique known as the Mystic Transmutation, to enhance the capabilities of his bone gauntlets. By digging deep within himself he accessed the extra chakra reserve he received from Oto and unleashed the mysterious blue and black chakra. His bones would then extend further and begin to violently twist around him encasing his body in bone. The skeletal armor would turn black as it finally covered his face giving him the appearance of a walking armored skeleton. He was ready now to attack at the enemy in full strength as he underwent a Kindred Fusion with "his" skeletal structure.

With an adrenaline rush coursing through his body, he'd burst forward trying to make way to Magnetica as fast as he could. His brethren were trying to attack her with bone spears, two in front and one from behind. He was to come from under leaping with all the force he could muster. While he could just attack with anything nothing would be better than to hit her with the strongest attack he could muster. In his left hand he would create a Perfected Rasengan fused with the power of pure Chakra. This would triple the Rasengan in size and strength but the massive ball of energy would get absorbed into his bones. The jutsu had not disappeared but mixed with his weapon as he finally leapt at Magnetica with an attack ready to be unleashed. His hand would then charge with light as he used a move known as The Fist of Virtue. An immensely powerful taijutsu attack the borrowed the power of the spirits to augment it's power. There were 7 Virtues this jutsu could undertake, to match it's opposite the Fist of Sin. Koga specifically chose the Virtue of Kindness to augment this jutsu in order to bypass Magnetica's armor. He had came to a conclusion that in order to truly hurt her he should try to attack the metal queen with a move that could get past her defense. When this attack would strike he'd unleash the stored power of the Rasengan to reign down on her.

As the beholder turned it's ugly gaze upon the Violet Sage, it turned her gaze inward at her own deepest fears. As terrifying as it was that all of her family was gone along with her home, some fears transcended even that life-shattering change. What she feared most was not losing everyone, that had already happened. What she feared was that they would be alive, and blame her for not being there to save them. Worse still, that she had given them up for dead and they still lived and blamed her for giving up. Accusatory stares and hurt voices bounded about in her head, and while it was a horrible feeling, the sad truth was the worst that could happen to her already had. Everything she knew and loved was already gone. Had she been trapped in this gaze a week earlier she would have had much more to fear, but at this stage there was little left that could truly paralyze the Violet Sage.

That being said, she was on the move with only a fraction of deceleration, but that fraction was enough. Her sluggish movements ensured that her attack didn't fully connect, and to boot one of the falling swords happened to graze her left side, but did not do any serious damage. As she observed the battle as it continued she noticed something very interesting. Quickly she closed her eyes and used her unique eyes to scan The situation to understand what was truly going on. The evil witch was there, but at the same time she also seems to be comprised of several elements. Because the five elements seal landed on her arm and it stopped functioning, she began to have suspicions about something much greater going on here. At the very least though, the outer shell was not Magnetica herself. Meanwhile, as she moved the happy-go-lucky ninja's side, she saw a familiar medic already working on him. Shifting her chakra molding to a method that was more conducive to medical techniques, even as she spoke to both Uri and Yume.

"Not that I doubt your ability, but we need to get him combat ready as soon as possible so I'm pitching in."<i></i>

With that, she produced an Overcharged Angelic Blessing which she combined with her paramedic skills to super-power her medical technique with her other capabilities would be very potent indeed. There was very little that would not be immediately healed from that power. The trade off was that the chakra cost was exhausting, but Shuu knew Uri was one of their most potent weapons and needed him at top strength. Once he was healed, just to keep Magnetica busy after dropping her special chakra style she weaved a set of handseals to force a jutsu known as Stardust Nova to rain down upon her, making her for the moment quite distracted, or so the Kiri-nin hoped.

"This is getting bad. We need to end this. Now." She glanced to Uri with a smirk. "You've got a bead on the situation better than I do. You know what's going on, I'm just the hired muscle. You make the call, and I'll back your play, so tell me what you need."<i></i>

Blood trickled from multiple lacerations that had formed from Shinji’s tumble down the rock face after crashing into it sideways. The sanguination wasn’t lethal but it certainly wasn’t helping him. The battle raged around him as he floated in between conscious states, unaware of the volley of projectiles that were aimed in his direction. In a brief moment of lucidness, he felt his body lift from the ground and the scent of an animal. For a second he was weightless until he was flipped over and landed face first on what felt like a furry pillow. Forgetting he was in the midst of battle, he buried his fingers into fur, nuzzling his bloody cheeks against the pelt without much thought and passed back out.

~*~*~*~

Fill your boots. I'm a physician, not a combat medic.

The younger mednin was relieved when Shuu stepped in to help her, scootching a few feet to one side allowing her access to their injured comrade. She observed how easily the displaced Sennin practiced her techniques. Recalling the voice that she had heard over the headset, she clicked her own on with an exasperated sigh. Her message was directed at the Steward, but the second half was an open expression of her displeasure with the situation.

Takahashi-sama, you’re supposed to be resting. I will sedate you personally if you don’t take it easy. And if I may speak freely, we shouldn’t be encouraging our students to fight. They should be instilled with discipline or else I will have more cowboys and their rampant injuries to treat.

Her bangs did a poor job of hiding her brow creased with irritation. Looking back to the battle, her expression quickly changes as the sight of a flurry of blades on a collision path with their location freezes her in place. With haste, her hands form seals and throws up a barrier focusing more on the part that would block Shuu and Uri, carelessly allowing a few through the edges. The refined steel bite into the flesh of her arms, slicing deep into the dermis as it sailed passed and hit the ground. The sight of her own blood wasn’t something that Yume was used to and for a moment she felt her stomach lurch. Across the cavern she espies her brother’s prone form, terrified for his life as a similar barrage is sent in his direction. Her mouth opens to scream but the cry falls silent as a canine bounds in from the shadows and throws him safely onto his back before charging away… Was that a jackal?

The shock of her wounds begins to set in as she realizes the strength behind Magneticas attacks, already having her limbs become heavy from the effects or perhaps it was the blood that was dripping to her fingertips. Sweat dripped from her pours and her skin was a sickly white, but the only thing her mind could think about was the damage that would happen if they didn’t stop Magnetica. In an attempt to maintain her sanity, she musters the strength to control the aqueous matter that flowed from her skin and forms it into strands, launching her own volley of attacks towards their villain.

Despite the presence of other village shinobi, Magnetica was still maintaining herself rather well. Even with numerous powerful attacks people just didn't seem to be dealing the raw damage needed to finish her off. In his exhausted state, he had seen the trap heading towards him and its subsequent deflection from the Sunaku in the fight. The sandworm would do well to hold-up a good distraction, but that was all it was. Aid came to his side in the form of a familiar med-nin. Wounds began to mend and he could feel creaks in joints as Yume's chakra hardened his bones. Not too long after Shuu arrived and decided there wasn't time to take it slow and applied some of her own medical skills to the task at hand. Almost instantly Uri sprung up brimming with renewed energy. The paper coating his body fell away as he released the chakra armor and prepared for what would be an even greater technique. Even with the incoming attack, Uri watched and maintained himself unafraid.

"This has to be amateur hour in here. I guess I'll do something if I have to."<i></i>

The gloves had come off long ago, but Uri was holding himself back due to there being so many people near. The flaw in his logic was that he was relying entirely on the other ninja to get the job done; which wasn't going so well considering Magnetica still stood. Reaching into the folds of his vest, he retrieved a single stick of chocolate-dipped pocky and stuck it between his lips; his version of an action hero smoking a cigarette. An eyebrow arched as he looked at Shuu, giving her a nod, "So you've always wanted to know what I can do...here's a taste, Dori-chan."<i></i>

The branded seals on his hands glowed brightly as the new found energy coursed through him, pieces of broken earth floating up and gathering onto his right arm. Strings of pure white chakra jumped out from between the cracks in the rock-coating. As if alive, it began to crawl downward and gather at his hand. Soon there was a spherical mass of razor rocks and chakra held in the palm of his hand, but if one looked closely, parts of it were expanding outward, as if tiny explosions were occurring within. The dark pieces of rock and earth became heated and soon melted away, consuming the rest of the energy formation and it appeared as if he was holding a living ball of fire. The bandages that had been covering his arms started to disintegrate under the immense heat, falling away in cinders. There was a grin spread across his lips and he waggled his eyebrows a bit. Everyone else had employed numerous masterful techniques, but they had all read the same scrolls, were no different from Joe Ninja A or B anywhere else that had read the same scroll. This made them fundamentally weak...and uncreative.

The ball of pure chaotic energy pulsed further, the heat becoming more and more unbearable. Lances of red hot chakra radiated from it, scorching their surroundings black where ever it touched. Whenever a sword met one of these, it was melted away and reduced to nothing. Unfortunately, Yume's barrier suffered too from the attack. Each pulse it grew in size and more melting streams flowed forth from it. The power of the technique was evident; more so by how it was starting to singed the edges of Uri's fingers.

Another couple of split seconds past and it finished its growth, Uri's opposite hand now hovering over the outside of the orb to contain and maintain the chaotic and unstable mass of destructive chakra.

"Secret Ninjutsu Art: Pyroclasmic Culling."<i></i> He looked at Shuu, and then to Magnetica, "Someone is going to hit her from below. Lets hit her from above. You did well in geometry, right?"<i></i> The Violet Sage nodded and they knew what they had to do. Few people understood just how psychically powerful the mist sennin was, but Uri understood full well. Digging her fingers into the ground beneath the chuunin she hefted the chunk of earth he had been standing on, and in one smooth motion tossed him into the air. As he hovered in the air for nor more than a fraction of a second, she charged up a powerful punch, her fist glowing red with a great might; fueled by all of her emotions. She rushed forward and struck the makeshift impromptu platform sending Uri rocketing towards Magnetica.

However, it was clear after only a moment he would sail right over top of her. As he reached just above her, flying through the hail of swords, Shuu reappeared above him. Uri rotated the chunk of compressed stone and she kicked it downward, putting Uri on a collision course with the villainess. While he looked past her, he could see the energy from the bone warrior's attack. She would be compressed between the two and put into a world of pain. As the chuunin focused himself and kept his eyes locked on the metal woman, he felt powerful arms wrap around his waist and squeeze tight. Suddenly the violet-haired woman was staring right at him. Not a single word was said, just a simple acknowledgement that hadn't needed verbalizing. From out in the distance, the volatile fireball of explosive energy began to spin wildly turning into a vortex drill of wild energy and unparallelled destruction. Everything that was even remotely near them just melted away into nothingness, removed from existence by the shear strength of the combined technique.

Hopefully they would all be able to sustain the backlash from the attack. Uri never fought like this for a reason. All techniques infused with his chakra were dangerous and always radiated outward due to their uncontrollable energy.

Slowly but surely each attack was getting through the defense of their enemy, though with her destructive potential it could be slower then it needed to be. The fact that she endured such punishment up to this point was also worrying. Still, In his mind, if they could suppress the control of her own power, her offense and defense would both weaken. Unfortunately he didn’t quite hit the mark, though he managed to seal her right arm. That left her other arm, which soon formed into a gruesome weapon aimed straight for him. As she screeched at him he would push himself away from her, the sand he used to levitate earlier now attempting to reform itself into a shield before him attempting to deflect the attack of the trident. His quick reaction and his sand managed to save him from becoming a Shish kebab, though as he fall to the ground he felt a sting in the middle of his stomach, the tip of one of the blades managing to pierce his skin.

Ignoring the pain to the best of his ability, Harupia landed on the ground somewhat roughly, due to not being able to slow his descent with sand. Still, he managed to land on his hands and feet without breaking anything…though blood seeping through his wound showed the fall wasn’t that great. Still, he remembered the seal placed on him by Yume, so he wasn’t going to turn tail just yet. He looked up, and saw that his summon managed to keep the Beholder trapped for now. So far he managed to inhibit Mageticas abilities…though soon it became apparent it wasn’t enough.

As Magnetic focused the metal around her into the shapes of swords and started her threatening babble, he knew he had little time to react. As the sword were sent flying, the Sunaku covered himself first in a Bedrock Coffin and then a layer of Sand to enhance his defense, managing to save himself from serious arm, though one of the blades did pierce through and graze his cheek. Turning back he saw the their group, defended by both Yume and the women who attacked Magnetica head on earlier…he soon wished he hadn’t. With his Sand Clone damaged due to defending Uri from the steel cage, the barrier seemed insufficient to defend them all, leaving Yume wounded.

Even if the wounds were less sever, the sheer fact of seeing his friend attacked like that unnerved Harupia. IN spite his best attempts people were still being hurt. Because of his lenience in disposing of an enemy. And even though the assault on Magentic was renewed with even more fervor, Harupia didn’t take notice, enraged and just wanting to hurt the infernal witch back. As the Ikoji clan and Uri and Shu preformed their attacks, he slowly moved towards Magentica, extending his arm to the side. An orb of chakra appeared in his grasp, swirling in an erratic manner. Soon the chakra was taking the shape of a large Shuriken, its form wild and violate, as if he was holding on to the eye of a storm. But that wasn’t enough, as soon he infused the win with his Sunaku essence, sharp bits of mineral and steel mingling into the wind. An already dangerous technique made even more devastating. Not something Harupia enjoyed doing often…as his allies closed into the attack, Haru let out a furious roar as he swung his arm, sending the Rasen Shuriken flying at his target. Soon after the area around Magnetic was covered in a violate explosion of energy he couldn’t remember ever seeing. He was certain it wasn’t his technique…whatever it was, he hoped the bitch would be burning right at its core with his attack grinding into her stomach… and then he hold onto his own stomach, since it seemed losing blood was making him slightly more lightheaded then he’d want.

Used Bedrock Coffin and Sand Deflection to defend from the Attack
Attacked using Perfect Rasengan with following modifiers:
Ninjutsu Accuracy, Single target, +5% accurate and – 10%CP cost but -5% damage, Rasen Shuriken
Used Sand Mastery to convert it into a sand Jutsu, and used Blood Diamonds and Iron sand Buffs on it

Magnetica's final all in was met with varied answers. Defensive jutsus, ofensive techniques used to eliminate attacks. It was all coming together. A single unified response. Some of the answers came individually, others came as a team. Kuro making use of his defensive body, and two of the house Ikoji used their bodies as shields. Yume thew up her own barrier to aid in the defenses. Harupia called upon bedrock and his sand to further enhance the already incredible defensive wall. Metal, chakra fields, sand, and bone clashed. The sound was horrific. Bones were broken. Blades were cracked. Barriers were shattered. Sand was dispersed. The two Ikoji warriors would live to see another day, and so would Kuro's defensive body, however, they would need some serious medical attention.

Kuro's summon in conjunction with others of the house Ikoji would strike at the Beholder Cubix which was still in the dual with Harupia's own summon. The box containing the creature was on the very verge of shattering. To put that to rest the newly arrived spider convey would begin shifting for battle. Several of the legs would shift as the convey locked itself down unto the ground. The puppet would go into a siege mode of sorts. Once fed chakra from Aru the head would pop out forward and the spider's mouth would open up. It would fire a sticky explosive that was within the puppet which would land on the weakest point determined. Seconds later the bomb would go off, but it wouldn't be an explosion, it would be an implosion. Suddenly sand from Harupia's sandworm creation would begin to fill in the box. The Ikoji warriors in conjunction with the tiger summon would make their way into the cube and meet the eye in a close quarters combat. Thankfully Kuro's mental defense shielded their minds from whatever attacks they summon would use that would deter their course of action. Bone and fangs met the eye. With its defensive box destroyed, the eye was only left. The eye was no match for the physical assault. In fact both the tiger and the warrior would go right through the eye. They would be bathed in green goo as they gave the eye a most timely death. It could be said that the eye didn't see that coming. The summon twirled about as its demise upon this plane of existence came to an end. A howl escaped the summon, which sounded like nails on a chalk board. The innards of the box were littered with puss and viscera from the eye's interal organs. The eye would fall dead and a large clunk would be heard as it simply slammed against the cube sides. The summon would vanish, and our Ikoji heroes and their feline ally would land safely on the coiled form of Harupia's sandworm summon. All of them would need to take a bath. The stench was not pleasant.

So far the combined efforts of the descendants of the First Men and the Wanderers had been but nails in the coffin of Magnetica. While the coffin was full of nails, what was to come next were the blows to destroy the coffin and its contents so to speak. Koga's men led the first assault which was an opener. Usually Magnetica would have the aid of the Beholder Cubix to distract her foes with their fears, but such a foul creature was no longer at her disposal. Magentica spun about and deflected two of the attacks, but the third one which was from the second frontal assault caught her in lower abdomen. With much effort, the bone spear went right through but it wasn't deep. Perhaps it was two centimeters, but it was enough to make her stop. She turned and screamed at the Ikoji member, he suddenly fell due to his increased gravity. He hit the ground hard. The spinning though would have perhaps countered several other of the attacks that were inbound if it had continued. First came Shuu's stardust nova. Magentica tried to prepare a defense she tried rising the failed blades to conjure a sphere around her, but the comets ripped through shredding that defense and began to puncture her. Then came Koga and his infused form. He combined techniques of taijutsu and ninjutsu to form a Virture Rasengan. The attack bypassed her defenses, and struck her. The jutsu ultimately bore a hole through her and hit something. It was not flesh, but something invisible to the eye. He had hit the spirit. Magnetica howled a shriek of pain as he struck home. She wound up her fist to strike him down, but then a whip formed out of water grabbed her arm and prevented her from striking Koga. That came from the medic Yume who unleashed her own series of strikes as a follow up to the save from Koga.

Uri and Shuu combined efforts. Uri was sent skyward on a platform of rock so to speak. For a slight moment Uri would catch a good glimpse of the village from the height. A good view it was, but the view was short as Shuu followed up again giving another twist to Uri's attack. Uri came down upon Magenitca like a hawk upon a field mouse to deliver a devastating blow. It was a sight to behold as a fireborn drill came down upon Magentica. Crackling was heard. Metal was crushed. Magnetica's form was being not destroyed entirely, but decimated. Should Magentica have been of flesh, she would not have survived this. Her skin had turned bright hot red and it was steaming. Her eyes glared upon Uri with hatred that Uri had perhaps had never seen. She snarled at him and prepared to scream a curse at him. Her arms were no longer worked, but she certainly had her voice left. Harupia took no risks and deployed a Perfected Rassengan. Uri saw this coming and had shifted slightly. The attack fired by the Sunaku was empowered by iron sand and blood diamonds. The attack tore through her throat, it sliced through and cut off vocal chords or whatever it was inside that would have permitted the scream. The sound that came out was not a scream, but a croak. Magnetica had lost her voice so to speak, and that was that.

The smoldering body fell. It simply fell and hit the ground. The body hit the floor and went through the earth slightly causing a crater to appear. Magentica's body shook. It curled into a fetal position and simply stopped moving. Was she dead? The Steward's voice crackled over the headset. "Well done. A sealing strike-team is inbound."</B><i></i> The Steward would pause for a moment. "Mikaboshi will handle the wrap up, and what will be her successful journey to the Obsidian Palace. I think we'll all be able to sleep knowing that she'll be several hundred feet below ground." It was clean up time, but such a cleanup was not for those present. <B>"I suspect each of you are exhausted. You have all done a great service to Suna. I thank-you. All of you. I'll have a cleanup team dispatched shortly... and another med team. I do not expect the medics who have already aided to give anything further than what they already have."<i></i> The Steward would add. "Another foe has been laid low who has attempted to destroy our way of life."<i></i>

(OOC: And this completed the Magnetica Arc! A new arc will be up and running, and weekly missions will return. I'll figure out how to do rewards because this is a first. You guys can rp an exit post, rp going with a med team, or returning to the dark recesses from whence you came!)

Shuu cracked her neck as she stood, dusting herself off as she glanced down at Magnetica's body. She grinned over to Uri and high-fived him as she clicked on her radio to speak back to Sousuke.

"Sousuke-kun, I'll handle the medical necessities and emergency treatment. Burned a fair bit of chakra, but I've got a lot left in my tanks still, and a good medic is not limited by chakra and jutsu alone."<i></i> She turned to look at Yume and with a bright smile she set her hand on the girl's shoulder, momentarily forgetting formality in her manner of address.

"You did well, Yumecchi! I'm proud of you!"<i></i> She reached forward and pulled the chuunin into a brief hug before tilting her head to the side, her expression morphing to clear concern. "Are you okay? Do you need assistance, or are you good to help manage the medical cleanup?"<i></i> She would heal the girl if necessary, otherwise she'd turn her radio to the hospital's emergency band.

"I need all medical evac teams to the gates. ERs and triage rooms on standby. We have wounded incoming. I know we're full from recent events, but clear the breakroom tables if you have to, we need these people seen to!"<i></i> Immediately she busied herself with tending to the wounded, healing and patching them up with the first aid kit she kept on hand as well as her jutsu, and escorting those in need of medical attention to Omni Prime. While most of them could pat themselves on the back for a job well done, for Shuu and the staff of the Medical Building, the day was only beginning. To Yume she would grin broadly though and sigh,

"Once our shift is up, I'm buying. We both could use a break!"<i></i>

(OoC: Sorry for the delay, I have been busy with school observations throughout my entire spring break))

Aru nodded at Kuro-Sennin when he told her to be more careful with her chakra. "Yes Kuro-Sennin, I'll try..." The girl twitched her fingers and brought the puppets back at her. Though it seemed that she wasn't attacked directly, probably because Magnetica say her as a child, the young girl brought her two puppets up in a defensive stance to protect her from debris from near explosions. The young girl was about to go back into the attacking mode but something else came up.

A huge wooden spider had landed near the young girl. She heard her sensei through her headset and smiled as she was given this puppet to use, but it was extremely foreign. As if she completely disappeared from the battle, the young girl spent the next few moments trying to connect her chakra strings correctly to control. She completed spaced about the battle and was more concerned about the puppet than the monster woman. A few moments passed and the young girl finally was able to connect the strings and the spider came alive. She quickly turned the spider and sent a blast out of it's head. The explosions imploded part of the metallic summoning which allowed the sands to enter and destroy it.

though she helped with the summoning she was to late for her to be more helpful with Magnetica. Disconnecting the strings she pulled out the scrolls and resealed her puppets. Afterwards she completely reconnected the strings and hopped onto the spider. The young girl began to ride the spider over to Kuro-Sennin to speak to him. On her way to the great Sennin the young girl tapped her headset to speak to her sensei. "I'm sorry Sensei... The spider was to hard for me to control and I was unable to use it to it's fullest potential in battle... I'm sorry I didn't do as you commanded..." Distraught could be heard in her voice as she let go of the speaking console. By now she was near Kuro. "I'm sorry Kuro-Sennin, I wasn't that helpful even though you aided me greatly."<i></i> She looked down as brought the spider to a stop. "I'm not strong enough to protect the village from true threats... I could only help with the summoning."<i></i> a tar dropped from her eye as she realized that she was just a little girl amongst ninja. She hadn't even graduated the academy and she thought that she could help save the village. what a joke...

A sigh was all Yume could manage when all was said and done. The attacks had come to an end and the villainess was in the fetal position in a crater on the floor. The mednin simply felt numb, barely responding to Shuu’s affection and mirth. She assured the sennin that she was fine and that her wounds would heal soon enough, using her chakra to seal up her flesh as they spoke. Focusing on the seals that had been placed on everyone, she burst their healing properties to give the boost needed until proper medical teams arrived. A weak smile and a nod agreed to the offer of a break once everything was done before she walked towards where Magnetica now lay. The woman, if she could be called that, was nothing more than a metal case and smouldering flesh. Kneeling on the ground, Yume took a handful of dirt and held it up high. She wasn’t a shaman but there was no one else who would pray to the great goddess on her behalf before they locked her away.

We do you a disservice by not killing you. Instead we let you rot in the catacombs and call ourselves just. No warrior deserves to be deprived of a good death.

The cavern would be filled with a wailing hymn as the young woman begged for Mother Suna to care for their foe and nurture her as she is imprisoned in the darkness beneath them. Finishing her prayer, she dropped the handful of dirt into the crater to land next to the unconscious body and offered a silent prayer forgiving Magetica in order to relinquish her own resentment. What was it that made people go so very wrong? Did it stem from the same feeling she had just experienced, a taste of what it was like to wield the taboo power over blood? She had felt that before when reading over the book of shadows from Al’Haqqish but it had upset her then. Now it was almost comfortable; a sense of protection stronger than anyone had given her before. Rising to her feet, she afforded one last glance before getting out of the way of ANBU team and went to find someone to treat.

Her sights would land on Harupia as he stood clutching his stomach, blood seeping into his clothes from where one of the blades had found its mark. Throwing one of his arms over her shoulder to steady him, she pressed the other to his stomach to encourage coagulation and stem the bleeding. Coaxing him to the ground she gave his hand a squeeze and offered a reassuring smile.

How’re ya doing there, Haru-kun? We’ll have you transported to the hospital in no time but for now I’m going to put a dressing on this to help with the bleeding.

Taking out the items she needed, she tucks her medic pouch under Haru’s head and shoulder to elevate him a little and to keep him comfortable. Lifting his shirt, she places down a thick abdominal dressing and binds it in place with a bandage. When the medical teams arrived, she helped them load everyone onto different forms of transports and made the journey back to the hospital. It would be awhile before they would get that break.

As the dust settled all that was left of Magnetica was a piling steaming husk although Koga highly doubted that this would be the end of the metal queen. While his attack did break through her defenses, he didn't feel like he truly hit anything in fact it was almost as if it was just an empty shell. Taking no time in the midst of everyone's celebrations Koga made way next to the metal queen's lying husk. Still in his eerie transformation he was not willing to let his guard down even for the slightest second. In order to ensure that she wouldn't recuperate once more, the body had to be bound. "Waiting on the sealing team may take too long. I won't risk it, no I have to do something."

Kneeling he'd place his hand on the ground next to Magnetica. She was in a fetal position reminding him how frail any creature could be when they were beaten down and broken. The medic ahead of him had taken her time to praise the corpse something that a shaman like Koga should have been doing. However that route of life was long since fading. Now he was an avenger, a vanguard, and probably the furthest thing from a spiritual praiser for his dark life would be taking unexpected turns in the months to come. With his resolve and plan in mind chakra would surge throughout his body as his bones would build up in the palm of his hand and begin to break down into millions of bones shards. They would implant themselves into the ground like seeds and then would instantaneously sprout from the ground like trees made of bone. The bone however would bend their shape wrapping around Magnetica and restraining her body in place. The ultimate jutsu of the Kaguya, a forest made of bones created by rapidly breaking down their own and recreating the structure as millions of bone seedlings. By using chakra and rapidly regrowing the bones they would grow and create their own field of bones. However controlling it after was far more difficult but not for Koga it was as easy as breathing.

He would wait here and keep a watch on the magnetic brute just in case she awoke once more. Mikaboshi would be coming along soon, and hopefully the sealing team would be coming along as well. For now he'd wait for the response team and keep watch over the aggressor keeping the black skeleton armor firmly activated and wrapped over his body.

Uri wasn't entirely sure how everything had transpired, but when he finally came to next he was sitting flat on his butt, looking onward at the Sunan shinobi standing around the battered and broken form of Magnetica. They had thrown together and attack so powerful that it ended the fight in a single maneuver. The chuunin would have to make a note to remind him that many other ninja in the village were cautious and it could lead to potentially long and drawn out exchanges that were unnecessary. He reached into the open gap of his vest to fetch another chocolate-coated pocky and instantly jerked his hand back, gazing at it. Even though he had healed from a large majority of his burns from his bout of Sniperman, the attack used to finish off Magnetica had been so unstable that it couldn't simply be contained like a normal technique.

Even in spite of Yume's seal, his wounds remained serious.

From forearm to fingertip, Uri's skin was charred and blister. Long, curved streaks of seared flesh marred the length of his right arm, from where the bands of volatile chakra had roiled past. The attack had devastated Magnetica and her unusual body, but to a normal person of skin, bone, and flesh it would consume them in no time. So many of the widespread attempts had been thwarted by Uri's efforts, but they had taken a significant toll on his body and his energy, despite the second wind that the med-nin duo had given him. Luckily this wasn't the first time he had suffered through some severe and it was a simple matter of having his mind wander else where, letting the throbbing pain ebb away into a dull numbness.

"Oi, the last time I saw something this well-done was when I forgot to move my marshmallow away from the fire."<i></i>

Using the non-damaged hand, he formed a single tiger seal and created a thin layer of water to engulf his burned limb, protecting it from infections and helping to reduce the pain. By the time the medical teams had arrived, Uri was getting to his feet and waving one of them over. There was no dodging a visit to Omni Prime this time. This would leave a mark on him for a while, even with the help of medical jutsu.

"All alone, trapped in your little cage." Whispered the words of Mikaboshi whose ethereal form materialized into sight kneeling over Magnetica's curled up body. He had been curiously absent from the battle following his direct arrival on scene; mostly due to his intense disinterest in the fight. When the beholder had stared into his mind, the darkness of Mikaboshi's psyche had lashed out with a vengeance giving him a glimpse of what it was they were facing and it bored him nearly to tears. But if there was anything that could lighten the mood of the former Lord of Shadow, it was the further tormenting of one already suffering. "A lonely cage for a false queen with no kingdom."

A quiet noise came from Magnetica's ruined body as it shuddered under the canopy of Mikaboshi's ephemeral wings of spirit energy which loomed over the both of them. The Sand-nin had wasted no time in taking her apart. Truth be told, the ANBU Sennin was a little impressed. In the battle against the Djinn there had been much posturing and fooling around. Few that had taken the field actually had understood the magnitude of the threat they'd battled and hundreds of people paid the price for that arrogance with their lives. It seemed very much as if the men and women of Sunagakure had learned from their failures that day. Magnetica descended into Sand and expected to send the Sand-nin running with displays of power but found only their anger and resentment waiting for her.

"Do you fear death, Magnetica?"

Mikaboshi didn't expect an answer. He already knew. Running the back of his index finger down the side of Magnetica's cheek, he could feel her skin crawl under his touch betraying her fear. He could picture the thoughts going through her mind as her heart raced at his touch. For one that had thought so much of herself, she had fallen quite hard at the hands of Sunagakure's warriors. He was surprised to find that he almost pitied her. Still, compared to the other members of Sunagakure she had been reasonably powerful. It would be such a waste to throw away potential such as hers. She would need to have her attitude adjusted but in the malefic wonderland that was the Obsidian Palace, Mikaboshi had all the time in the world to re-educate her on her place and purpose in the world.

"Worry not little half-breed. Death has no claim for you today. Your life is mine, now. The name you should fear is Mikaboshi." A hidden smile behind the shadows of his hood would have betrayed the thoughts going through the mind of the Sennin as he retracted his hand and stood up from his crouching position, his wings fading away as though they were smoke around him. "Koga, free her from your restraints. This one could not continue fighting even if she possessed the will to rise."

Mikaboshi the ANBU Sennin, came as eerie as always looming over the battlefield like a shade over light. He spent his time to mentally attack the magnetic queen taunting her as if she was nothing more but a tool. However one on one she could easily be a threat. She still came to the village alone destroying what she could, and her army had failed the insurgents dead and now herself captured. It was good she wasn't dead yet, as Koga expected she would become a prisoner most likely in the deepest depths of the Obsidian Palace.

As the Sennin continued to berate her Koga kept the restraints on tightly watching for any sign of movement. His spiritual pressure was so strong it was literally forming wings on his back. It was clear he found no threat in Magnetica but call it the cautiousness that continued to plague Koga over the metal woman lying in his bones. He wanted to take every precaution Mikaboshi felt as otherwise, and as his commander he would follow orders, with his own tweaks of course. With a flick of his wrist he would begin to remove the bone trees that restrained her and also the skull helm that had formed over his face. Anyone who cared would notice that Koga's luxurious red hair had turned black. He would bend down and begin to pick up the metal queen despite her "weight".

He would take the time to whisper in the ear of the past aggressor. "If you make a move, one move I disapprove of I will ravage you. There are little pieces of my bones all throughout your body and if you so decide to attempt anything I will rupture them and torture your most non vital parts from the inside...." While he did slip some of the bone shards inside her body he was not sure if he could actually make them rupture whenever he wanted. Maybe it was a bluff but for anyone in her position it was probably a damn good one. Turning his direction to the Sennin as he hoisted the metal queen on his shoulder, the sunan spoke calmly seeking direction. "What do we do with her now, straight to the Palace I presume?"
