Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.
Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.
Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.
The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Training RP:
Sitting within a forest, Maru had decided to channel his spiritual energy to his brain. Since he lost his abilities in his demonic ancestry, he decided to embrace his spiritual abilities so he could make his mind stronger. Honestly he didn't really need to do this, he could simply slack off and just use his Temporal Stride puppet to become immune to genjustu altogether which in itself would be frightening to some of the genjustu users who attempt to challenge him. Hell he could even negate damage if he predicted the possibilities of large amount of damage coming his way. But still, if that puppet somehow got destroyed he needed a back up plan in case things go south.
Maru had meditated for an hour and a second, seeing the flow if his dark energy and his light energy in a constant tug of war for power. It was almost as if he was witnessing a equality matched war between his lighting chakra and dark chakra. For some time he witness his chakra seemingly fighting for full control, sometimes the darkness will overpower the light energy while the lights and energy fought back to gain balance again. Honestly it was almost as if the two chakra were similar to a battery to help a machine move, and the puppet master being a spiritualist it seemed like this was his chakra now. He opened his eyes, getting up to plunge a large mechanical key into the back of his head then cranked himself up. Winding himself to full capacity before taking the key out… he placed the key in his pocket then strolled onward wondering what should he do now.

Maru had a week to train up, so it looked like it was finally time to see how far he came with his Darkness. Maru closed his eyes, the bright and sunny sky soon became darken. Maru reopened his eyes, raising his right hand so he could command the darkness, conjuring the darkness to darkening the area similar to an eclipse. Shadows converge in the air and form large spires of darkness. His targets were two dog training dummies and one human size one. Maru looked at these targets, and without hesitation he brought his hand down to crush each wooden dummy with more force than he should have.
Maru then darkened the ground to produce spikes of darkness to impale 8 training dummies at the same time, then the sky shot a dark beam hitting the targets without mercy. Then maru cloaks the entire area in darkness to make the area around him pitch black, leaving Maru to sneak around so he might will be able to pull off an sneak attack. The darkness was now Maru's but there was still one thing he needed for his darkness to be completed, improving his Karasu puppet was that next step. But for now it seemed that MARU was finished training, he needed to finish both himself and Karasu in order to be fully complete. Then he must find more ways to improve his dark capabilities by finding more ways to own the dark. For now on, he will focus on making his own darkness even stronger.

Training RP
Maru began to channel his cursed Chakra into his blade, allowing his hatred to take over as he looked around him. Maru had created six clones of himself, all in which were dark shades of black that really didn't look like him at all, they were all shadowy versions of himself that had one goal. Attack the original! The dark beings rushed at Maru at the same time, Maru took a step back then began to slash wildly at each of the clones! They all attacked with with basic strikes like trying to slash at him with their claws, however Maru slashed around him, forming a barrier that would send his attackers back, then with one slash each clone dispersed! However, there weird ordinary clones when they poofed they legy sticky black shadows upon Maru, covered in inky blackness. He watched as the shadows began to generate more of his dark self from the surface.
Maru attacked them with everyone he had! He used his demonic abilities to channel his hatred into his attack to do more damage, he used his dark abilities to take out all his targets with one swing of his Keyblade, and again and again the stubborn clones came back to attack him again. Maru now covered in sticky black shadows, Maru flashed a toothy white smile at his clones of darkness before continuing to attack them. Shooting needles, slashing, hacking, firing his water cannons, taking them out with flame throwers, he continued right up until he was completely drained from fighting. The dark clones slowly closing in… then they suddenly exploded.
“Phew,” Maru whipped inky shadows from his glassy eyes. Reaching in his pockets to get a wind up key to begin winding himself up, crank, crank,craaaank. His moments were fine. Maru sighed to himself, then brought his hand to his forehead. “Need more hatred, and more darkness. A lot more darkness.” He said, before absorbing the shadows into his puppet body like a sponge, healing himself to full capacity. He made his keyblade vanish for a moment, then walked over to the front door of his workshop standing there, he was wondering what should he do now that he was finished training…

Maru began to channel his cursed Chakra into his blade, allowing his hatred to take over as he looked around him. Maru had created six clones of himself, all in which were dark shades of black that really didn't look like him at all, they were all shadowy versions of himself that had one goal. Attack the original! The dark beings rushed at Maru at the same time, Maru took a step back then began to slash wildly at each of the clones! They all attacked with with basic strikes like trying to slash at him with their claws, however Maru slashed around him, forming a barrier that would send his attackers back, then with one slash each clone dispersed! However, there weird ordinary clones when they poofed they legy sticky black shadows upon Maru, covered in inky blackness. He watched as the shadows began to generate more of his dark self from the surface.
Maru attacked them with everyone he had! He used his demonic abilities to channel his hatred into his attack to do more damage, he used his dark abilities to take out all his targets with one swing of his Keyblade, and again and again the stubborn clones came back to attack him again. Maru now covered in sticky black shadows, Maru flashed a toothy white smile at his clones of darkness before continuing to attack them. Shooting needles, slashing, hacking, firing his water cannons, taking them out with flame throwers, he continued right up until he was completely drained from fighting. The dark clones slowly closing in… then they suddenly exploded.
“Phew,” Maru whipped inky shadows from his glassy eyes. Reaching in his pockets to get a wind up key to begin winding himself up, crank, crank,craaaank. His moments were fine. Maru sighed to himself, then brought his hand to his forehead. “Need more hatred, and more darkness. A lot more darkness.” He said, before absorbing the shadows into his puppet body like a sponge, healing himself to full capacity. He made his keyblade vanish for a moment, then walked over to the front door of his workshop standing there, he was wondering what should he do now that he was finished training…

Maru began chipping away at the small block of wood, using a chisel and hammer and a shaving stick to form a incredibly small snake. The snake was around 6 inches long after he put all the pieces together with small ball segments. After that he took to sharpening a bunch of little blades, they were paper thin and solid steel. He riveted them into each segment with liquid cement, as well as attaching two fang like needles syringes to the mouth, all of these he lined through a inner pip with a small tank of virulent poison. He smiled at his little fangs of death as he painted it with a black and silver motif. Once that was done he consigned himself to making 19 more of the little things...after 10 painstaking hours of non stop carving he got to painting them, after that it only took 3 hours to finish the little snakes up.
As he finished the snakes he checked to make sure all of the weapons were firmly placed in, and with any sort of pressure a small amount of the poison venom leaked out which showed that he was good. Maru meandered over to the bodies and found a 6ft tall headless body with 4 arms he liked. He walked it to the large table and threw it down with a thud, it was probably 100 pounds of oak here which made for a decent puppet...but today he wasn't aiming for decent...today he was aiming for great or better. he took all of the measurements for the body and walked to the forge room, where he already could feel the hot forge sizzle against his skin. He tied his hair into a tight bun, placed a thick leather apron and gloves on. Walking to the bin where he had stacks of metal sheets he grabbed a few that matched the sizes he needed.
Over the next couple of hours heated the metals then bended them into shape with a hammer and tongs, after they were shaped he would hammer the dents out and form it into smooth plate armor like sheets. After the whole body set was done he got to riveting the whole set to the very wood of the puppet, not doing the arms or legs yet since he had more ideas for them first. taking a few scrolls he drawed sealing jutsus for the 20 little puppets, and put ten in each scroll. Sealing them in the elbow of the puppet which would allow the user to summon small puppet snakes at will and at any amount up to 20, and it would even look as if the snaked were slithering from the arms of the puppet. Maru now examined the wooden snake, then smirked.

It was night, Maru was sitting on the sandy beach in his usual attire of a suite and top hat. Clearly wasn't planning on going swimming, beside him was a huge sack of jewels. A shiny collection of jewelry ranging from diamonds, rubies, and pearls spilled onto the sand while he examined each one to make sure that they weren't counterfeit. He held within his grasp a purplish crystal to the moon, it was pretty big too, probably worth a fortune to the right person. If he was smart, he could live off these jewels and rest here for the rest of his eternal puppet life. “Heh.. Wonder when that pearl diving contest will start. Now that would be a gold mine.“ he said, chuckling deeply to himself. He placed the purple gem with the others, they clicked happily together as the hit the sand.
With the relaxing and exotic atmosphere, he still wondered what happened to that Anbu In Training who tried to capture him. All he did when the girl was attacking him was create barriers, dodge, use smoke bombs, healed himself ,and trap her in a strong barrier. He was legit dancing around, but somehow... She ended up having to go to the hospital, and he didn't even lay a finger on the brat. Out of anything, if she would've gone all out she might would've captured him. He felt a slight guilt tugging at him, due to the fact that all he wanted to do was protect the dumb broad but somehow someway, he ended up putting her in the hospital. The puppet master scoffed, picking up a diamond to push away that feeling of regret. "Aye, I was only having a little fun. Not my fault she took it as a real fight, hell I didn't even attack.... Like at all!" he told himself as he checked the diamond in his hand to make sure it wasn't counterfeit.

He walked through a marketplace, looking at the nice knick knacks and weapons he could use so he could test out a new more interesting strategy in battle. Since he learned puppetry, puppet had been pretty much his well known fighting style however he was looking for something that involved using projectiles or something he could use at a range. He had faith that he'll find something just as useful as puppetry was however he needed to keep his fingers crossed. The merchant chuckled, standing up he gestured for Maru to follow to lead him to where the range weapons were sold. He saw cool looking bows and arrows, a nice throwing knife, puppet parts and other projectile weapons but one weapon in particular caught Maru's eye. It was a pure silver, long barrel, revolver.. The kind weapon famously used by western outlaws for a quick and swift kill. Maru strolled over to it, then picked it up. “Aye, how much.” When the merchant told the puppeteer the price he went ahead and bought the weapon plus two more pistols and a shotgun. When he got to a more private place he wanted to give his new weapons a test run….

Maru keeping his eye on his target fired shot after shot, each time he seems to be getting better. He already came up with a battle strategy in his head, it wasn't full proof nor perfect but at times like these he needed a plan in case he ran into any strong goons that would love to show off by taking down a big bad mercenary like himself. So after a while he already came up with a combat strategy, his duel weapons should be use for counter attacking. Since his Taijustu would be a lot faster than ninjustu than it wouldn't be a problem for him to use his high ranking attacks to counter high ranking justu to maybe knock the attack off course or what would be better if he could even dispell the justu.
His other weapon he called Mercy would be the fire power, this weapon would function as the big guns that he could use to attacks everyone from weakest to strongest and to kill off creations before getting to the said creator. It can also function as a flamethrower at one end of it, shoot bombs and he could use his puppet weapons with it. The final would be his smaller gun, he would use this to stop people from calling for help. Destroying headsets or flares won't be a problem for this gun especially since he could move it around easy. He seemed to have everything planned out, but all he really needed to do was actually put these strategies into practice. It could mean life or death…

The boy stood in his dimly lit room, the room looked to be filled with laboratory materials and many books on toxic materials. He was wearing a wooden make that had been filled with herbs, flowers, and spices to act as a sort of homemade gas mask. The mask that he made to protect himself from the toxic fumes of this rare fungus that was said to have the ability to produce a chemical that can produce fear if exposed to the body. Which is why he acted with the fungus like any other poisonous materials which is to always act if they would kill you.
He removed the lid off of the container of the fungus, looking down at the thick mushrooms, they were a dark brown with orange spots which kind of gave the look of candy. He smirked to himself, pushing his glasses up the bridge of his nose, the thought of what this “harmless” little fungus could do against a strong warrior, he would enjoy seeing fearless warriors lose themselves in the horror that will be caused by the mushroom, he might even be able to give them a dose that will make them die from fright.
“This should be fun.” He said, reaching into his ninja pouch to pull out his kunai and set it on the table next to the mushrooms. Moving over to get a beaker glass container. It made of high-quality borosilicate glass that can be heated directly in an open flame. He would then set the glass onto single burner electric hotplate. While the hot plate was going he headed over to get to the sink, grabbing a large cup to fill the cup halfway with the water from the sink. He chucked to himself, moving away from the running water go to the breaker glass. Filling it halfway with water before moving back to the sink where he would pour out the excess water that he didn't need, then turn off the sink. Once that was done he pulled out white, latex gloves so he could safely touch the fungus and took off his glasses to strap on goggles while he waited for the water to reach its boiling point. Once the water was at its point, he would then move onto phase 2.
First he took three of the mushroom and put them into the pot, causing the water to go from clear color to black with a orange colored spots that started to appear in the sludge like liquid. Then he would go for his kunai, setting the kunai standing up so only the blade will be inside of the boiling black liquid, letting toxic chemicals sink into the metal of his blade. Now all he has to do is wait until the time was right to take the blade out, he couldn't wait to test the capabilities of this rare fungus that he planned on using. If the kunai was a success he would go on to make more toxic weapons. But for now it was time to wait…

His target was running, running away from him obviously since Maru was hired to take this guy out. This man was wanted because he was the head of a well known gang, Maru had already put down most of this guy's men but now he had a chance to obtain another heart for himself. As the man ran Maru drew his revolver while he chased the man, loading up his gun with one of his special bullets before firing it at the man who he was chasing. That bullet that he fired had a Topaz emerald that contained electrical chakra so powerful it is said to be that of a Santaru's. It is said upon contact, the chakra is released into the air causing those around to have muscle paralysis for at least an hour. When it struck the man, the electricity began to poor into his body and the former leader of his once proud gang fell to the ground, and it was time for Maru to claim his prize.
