Character's Physical Description: When it comes to physical appearance Mayumi was quite average, her height barely reached a five feet two inches(157 cm),
while weighing 113 pound. With long silver hair that goes down her back, tied on the left side by a black hair ribbon. She also possessed purple eyes with a
fairly pale complexion.
When it comes to outfit, Mayumi often favored dark coloured collar jacket on top of long sleeved white blouse, which was often zipped up to conceal the
muscular physique she has underneath. On a rather formal occassion she would also put on a tie as well. She also preferred short skirt, knee-high boots with
equally knee-high socks to go with it.
Character's Mental Description: When asked to describe her, cold and unapproachable would first come to mind. It doesn't help that she always put a
wall around her, seemingly uncaring about anything that doesn't relate her to directly. However to those who knew her, they would find that it's a facade she
put on to strangers and those she didn't trust. In private settings and to those she cared about, they would bear witness to her kind and caring nature.
Mayumi can be a bit of perfectionist when it comes to her task, putting an unreasonably high standard for herself to achieve. Despite her stoic nature,
she gets emotionally upset rather easily. She would repress this feeling and don an emotionless mask so as to make it deliberately hard to read her
feelings.

Mayumi was born as a single child to a single mother in the village of Kumogakure. Both her father and her mother were part of the Anbu force, though
her father passed away when she was young in a classified mission. With no relatives to look after her, her mother retired so as to better take care of
her daughter.
Growing up, Mayumi underwent a rigorous training and strict supervision by her mother. Unlike other kids her age, most of her days were spent going through
books or practicing her techniques. Such upbringing often isolated her from other kids of her own age, resulting in the number of friends she made could be
counted with a single hand.
During her years as an academic student, her teacher would note that while Mayumi was quite talented and focused on her task, her cooperative skill with
the others leave a lot to be desired. Often she would leave her teammates to do her own thing much to the frustration of the others. In truth however, the girl
was socially awkward and would rather concentrate on completing her assignment.
The girl would soon graduate from the academy with outstanding grades, particularly in the field of genjutsu. Mayumi did not have any big aspiration
with her career though at the very least she desired to lighten up her mother's burden.
Core Ability: Shadow Boxer
Ever since she was young, Mayumi find out that Illusionary techniques come to her rather easily. It certainly comes in handy when it comes to avoid attention or playing subtle pranks to those who annoyed her greatly. Unlike Ninjutsu or Taijutsu, the art had the advantage of being subtle enough to not leave a physical mark.
While her mother was quite pleased with her genjutsu feat, she did not feel it alone was adequate enough for the girl. There was always the possibility that they could be facing another genjutsu specialist or someone who are highly resistant to them. Thus on top of genjutsu lessons from her mother, Mayumi also learn martial arts with focus on moves that would diminish a larger opponent advantages.
During her academy years in sparring session, Mayumi realized that her preferred fighting style has a flaw, that her combat method can be easily read like a book. Thus she began seeking for ways to merge both her martial and mirage technique together seamlessly. This was done by tricking her adversary into wasting their energy fighting thin air or confused them into thinking she was an illusion only to strike them cleanly in the face.
Those who sparred with her would describe fighting her is like fighting a ghost, which was indeed what she sought to mimic with such fighting style.
