Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The tension was thick enough that you could've tried to cut it with a butter knife and that butter knife would have totally snapped into two pieces of butter knife. Momochi glared into the little girl's tiny overly optimistic smiling face and he felt that he had to slap her. More clearly than any feeling he had ever had in his life, he felt this. She appeared adorable to the unwatchful observer. A kindly little angel made of rainbows and lollipops. But Momochi knew better.

"Sir, you must wear sandals inside the bath house, no exceptions."

"YOU DON'T CONTROL ME" he howled at her in righteous indignation.

Her countenance darkened like that of a demon preparing vindictive fury.

"Is that so~?" she purred with unholy mockery only too evident.

In an instant they both made their moves with ferocity and swiftness. Her palm reaching to his left cheek and his palm stretching down to hers. A moment slid beneath the fabric of time and Momochi was blasted backwards by the child-demon's forceful slap. He had indeed learned of true speed.

There she was again, the little demon with violet hair and an unnaturally large smile. She was probably on her way to do something unmistakably kind and generous. As if a master strategist could not see through such childish deception! The audacity! She looked up and their eyes met. She was leering down at him, or would be if she was 3 feet taller. She approached him, a warm smile on her face that had obviously lured hundreds if not thousands to their doom.

"Hello again sir! Isn't it a lovely-" before her thought was even finished, Momochi had punched her squarely in the face, launching her backwards, her body smashing into a handcart. The smoke and dust fell over the spot, clouding her from his sight.

Is that all you got demon? I want round 2! in seconds the dust had settled and the small girl with the violet hair was standing, wiping away a trickle of blood on the edge of her lip.

"Oh~? Are you now?" she held her hands before her... her fingers flashing through the seals. There were... too many. It was too fast. Momochi's face went from charmed amusement to curiosity, to fear, to terror.Tiger, bear, tiger... s***. Momochi flashed through his own seals, a plot within him moving too swiftly to action. Just before her jutsu could finish, Momochi got off a powerful lightning jutsu, too fast to stop. The girl stepped aside deftly but her jutsu was interrupted. She looked at him passively, turning and walking away with a sigh.

"Not bad sir, not bad."

Weeks ago they had fought yet again. Here they were at the base of the waterfall. His aura grew more and more frail by the second. Against this beast there was little hope...Certainty of death. Small chance of success.

"What are we waiting for?"

"What? Did I hit your head too hard sir? You already seem to be fading. she said with a cruel cocky smirk. Momochi stilled himself... his mind. His heart stopped beating for the briefest of moments. The quiet was haunting. Momochi's eyes were closed in concentration. The girl held her ground, not knowing what would come next, though she was certain she had him beat. She held a scond and then rushed him, her eyes full of fire. Her fist near his face, his eyes sparked open with pupils wide and power overwhelming. Instantly she was blown backwards, his aura full of the invisible force that compelled him. She felt his energy pressing her down hard to the ground. He made slow calculated steps. Each shaking the earth around them with more and more violent vibrations.

"How... how can you... be standing... sir?"

"I am Momochi. Mighty God of the Peaches."

"What-" Momochi brought down his fist on her body with all the vengeful hate of a loser who just started winning.

If they could see me now he thought. They would see exactly how right they were. Momochi had cradled nothing but doubts since he left home one night in search of adventure. It would get easier he told himself. Someday. But someday never seemed to come. It was always a few days late or a few days early. Never on time. In this moment looking up and down the muddy alley, Momochi didn’t feel nearly as bold as the spry young fool who ran from home and comfort. Nowadays, he was beaten, bruised, and scarred into wisdom. Clever of road and quick of foot. Or was that the other way around? Maybe his feet were clever and his road was quick?
He paid his inner quandary only the most cursory of attentions. Looking for anything to distract him from himself. When what else should come to pass?

“Help! Help me! Please!” a woman’s voice shrill with terror cried out into the dark night only a short jaunt up the alley. Momochi looked up and found a few men pawing at a fair maid in distress. He smiled lasciviously, his strength reared its violent head, shimmering through his sharpened fangs. He was too excited.

"Hey!" he roared ash his fist connected with the first accosting fiend. Then another, then another, in moment he could feel his own power. His own fantastically awesome power. Building and building as he took them down. It was awesome.

"LET'S DO THIS SMALL FRY." Momochi sneered at the small girl with violet hair. She was agile, she was clever, and more than anything she was absolutely and positively his best challenge yet. She smirked looking down at him from the rooftop. Her stance lazy and unburdened by the presence of a single worry. He may as well have been an ant that she didn't even care to notice, let alone step on. She drew back into a wide foot pattern, one hand behind her back, one, an inviting palm, welcoming his challenge. He leapt up to her, his blows furious and unimpeded. This was it. THIS was what he wanted more than anything. A nemesis, cold and cruel and fierce. Though she looked young and sweet, she was more than able to destroy him. A goliath in sheep's clothing. He loved it. She may as well have been his closest friend... maybe she was.

The morning wind was warm and full, enveloping Momochi’s face gently. He had long since set aside his furs and snow skins. His loose wool shirt and breeches clung to his skin. Everything was warm in the southern waters. Momochi leaned on the carved oaken Nidhogg figurehead. Though its face was shaped of a moment of hateful fury, the old beast made him homesick. The sea was clear and bright blue like glacier ice, but warm and gentle as summer. Momochi leaned over the side a little and let his right arm dangle into the calm surf. But then he came to. The rains had awoken him. He fell asleep up in the hills again and the clouds darkened overhead pouring cold water from the heavens. It sucked. But then again... maybe this was an opportunity.

"Maybe I'm lucky after all..."

He stood, widening his stance, going into the handseals with calm and focus. He had no enemy. Just the enemy within. He gathered his chakra all around him, the power flowing in his veins. With a final hand motion the seal was complete and he launched a jutsu of lightning and thunder too powerful to be made by heaven alone. The mighty shaft of energy hurled into the sky. Momochi grinned, letting his power dissipate. He had accomplished a stronger jutsu than he knew what to do with. He felt awesome.

The small girl with violet hair had met him on the plateau near the mountain pass. She had a different look in her eyes today. Not a look of dismissal nor eyes with hate. But... maybe it was... dare Momochi question it, lest it disappear... respect? Thirty paces lay between them, muddle puddles forming all around. The firm earth stiff and dusty now turned to sludge and muck.

"Are you ready sir?" her voice neutral, betraying nothing.

"As I'll ever be demon." he smirked back.

The rain fall slowed around them and the pressure built stronger and stronger from their combined presence. They both rushed, their hands spiraling into jutsus. Momochi's seals were finished in a second, then started up again immediately. Two jutsu too fast, and hers still needed another moment to finish... lightning and gravity fused and overwhelming her in a single blow.

The small girl with the violet hair lay on the ground, her hair muddied, mussed, and soaking. Her eyes just stared up into the sky. Momochi walked up beside her, calm and unfazed. Just looking down at her tiny form beneath him.

"You've... you've learned a lot sir... I think you've learned all you can from me... goodbye... sir...

She faded away, having taught Momochi more than anyone should have to admit. Though no one could see it as he walked away that day... a few tears fell from his cheek.

Momochi was tired. He had visited this same clinic, for 4 days in a row. Every single day, he had provided his identification. Birth papers and conditionals, his family medical (which he felt was wholly unnecessary) and an unholy stack of other paperwork with a distinctly bureaucratic bull$hit flavor. Absolutely every scrap of identification was asked of him, and it wasn't considered anywhere near enough. The administration had insisted that he get new bloodwork, new medications, and other such jumping through circus rings for no real reason. Today though, he approached the whole... "situation" with an irrational twinge of optimism. The face of the first nurse came blossoming to his aid with a bright smile that spoke of kindly welcome and assurance.

"Well it looks like your bloodwork all came back excellent, and your medical history isn't the best we've had, but we can work with you on that-"

"Excuse me, but this is patient 24601?" spoke a very official looking representative of the hospital. Momochi looked at the nurse who looked confused by the interruption of management. He didn't wait for her response "This patient's paperwork doesn't match the current system, we can't possibly work with this paltry heap of papers." he said indignantly gesturing to the stack of papers the nurse could barely carry. "It will all have to be redone-

Momochi interrupted the man by lifting his hand with pointing index finger and making an upward sweeping gesture. Fwoom! The man flew into the ceiling as though some unseen force had compelled his fragile fleshy body into the ceiling fan. Momochi waited the full second and a half it took for the man to fall to the ground. By now the hospital staff and general bystanders were all fleeing save the nurse. The man groaned on the ground and Momochi made another flick of his finger, sending the man hurling through the information booth window. Thank F*** for gravity jutsu, otherwise people wouldn't have outlets for silliness like paperwork. Momochi thought to himself. He turned and smiled politely, taking a curt bow to the nurse.

"Thank you for your time, and effort."

All was quiet, save for the angry jittering of rain drops all along the roof. The pitter patter drip drop hung thick in the air, rendering the spirits of everyone to a darker place. Somehow rain felt comforting to Momochi despite the way others seemed to perceive the semi-depressing droplets. The gray sky had something to do with it people said. The lack of sunlight made men forget happiness. But then another day would pass and so too the storm. Yet something else hung in the air... others didn't feel it maybe, but Momochi did. Something... ominous. As though around a corner there would be a dagger waiting for him. He walked down his stair, passing into the kitchen. He felt a disturbance in the air around him as he spun and narrowly dodged a flying pan that had been aimed right for his head.

<B>"YOU LAZY GOOD FOR NOTHING DEADBEAT!" his landlady howled. Angry tht he hadn't paid her last week and angrier still that he somehow dodged her very sneaky flying pan.

Thanks!

Roars of rage and cries of horror-stricken victims echoed across the hills. The mist was heavy over the thick grass and on the bloody field it was indeed, an ominous setting. But it made Raiken smile all the more as he and his mounted lieutenants looked down onto the field from a nearby hill. Banners wavered in the air all about him as the Raikirin rode on the tattered fabrics of blue. His wicked grin reflected the iron confidence he'd grown in his men. He'd trained an army of conscripts and peasants into an infamous band of warriors. To be specific, they had been labeled by most as the "Band of the Rose" in honor of Raiken, their leader. This morning had been planned to perfection... a surprise raid on the enemy camp targeting their supply depot. Raiken knew that moral would plummet if they couldn't even feed their soldiers much less attack the fortress.
Raiken had been hired by the average political nobility, begging for his assistance. Raiken despised such men... if they couldn't fight their own battles then why were they noble? It didn't really matter though... it was just a side thought. Besides, it doesn't matter whose reasons are better if they don't live to prove them. Raiken couldn't help but think of such things as he sat over the arching back of his white stallion... such a magnificent steed. He began to grow bored as the hours passed ever-so-slowly. The mist was so thick it was hard to see much more then the outskirts of the fighting groups. Raiken gave a light pat on the broad neck of his faithful horse and it broke into a light forward trot.

He raised his left hand in a closed fist, a signal to his lieutenants not to follow him. He was tired of letting the foot soldiers have all the fun. Besides, he would be no better then the lazy nobility of whom he so often complained and made jokes. He brandished a spear, one specially made for himself. Its design was for a sturdy defense for which he prided himself. Just beneath the forked tip, a banner of his own clan flailed with determination. A pale rose sat untainted upon the fabric... but oh, how that innocence would vanish with every stroke of the oaken shaft. The steel itself was different than normal, and it was not so uncommon for it to slice easily through thick iron, as though it were hot butter.

This cavalier charged down the hillside with a battle frenzy burning passionately through his eyes. The wind began to pick up and the mist as well as the smoke began to clear away slowly. The fighting was finishing up to Raiken's dismay. What largely interested Raiken, was a single foot soldier. A stranger, bearing a long curved sword that he swung effortlessly. He wore no real armor... simply a set of the usual dreary shade in clothes such as a peasant might wear. But the robes were foreign... long and lazily put together. He looked a regular fellow, but there were some things that blatantly mystified Raiken about him. But Raiken thought nothing of the bulk of these facts, he only saw an interesting opponent that might satisfy his blood-lust and perhaps just maybe dismantle the discouragement of having no time left for any other enemies before the battle's end.

As Raiken rode on, charging towards the man, he began to notice that every slash from this foreigner was fatal. Those were Raiken's own men dying in heaps beside this man and they were being cast aside as weaklings. This only fueled his drive to fight the man... he was only a few yards away... just a few seconds and one strike would return his ambition and power for his dreams and his men’s dreams. Soon, they would grow and each man who fell to them would raise up the legend of this clan and its members.

This opponent was a pebble in the road to power. Raiken raised his spear for a swing... his aim was true. He could not miss... and even though the man swung his large sword without strain, he could not possibly raise it in time for a defense to Raiken's blow. Raiken gazed into the man's eyes... in the instant before his strike he could see the face clearly. The face Raiken had grown accustomed to was a grimace of fear in realizing the end. But this man, made no such expression. In fact, he smiled widely to reveal many short and pointed teeth. As that instant vanished, the next was a complete puzzle to Raiken. A moment passed as his horse continued its run to a slow halt. A look of shock was thickly printed across Raiken's face.

"What... just happened...?" It was beyond Raiken's comprehension. He looked down to his great and well marked spear. The one he had grown to be known by through out the whole of Earth Country, and even here on the northern border. There was no spear now, merely a short pole cleanly sliced in the middle of the shaft. The spearhead and banner were gone and disbelief held Raiken stalk still, only able to stare at the mass of emotions waving over him. He turned sharply rolling his shoulder and tossing aside the remains of a spear that had guided him through most of his career as a warlord. He saw the phantom standing there with his curved blade hanging loosely across his shoulders. He didn't even grip the sword with two hands, he just looked back to the infuriated Raiken with a wicked smile of entertainment. The scene was emotionally disarming for Raiken as he had never witnessed such a man in combat. So carefree, yet thoroughly enjoying his place on the field. He was there so vivid and real.
Raiken's demeanor changed once again... to horror. The ghostly figure on this misty field of blood and death was not himself. He was no longer the best there was... and so everything Raiken had achieved would vanish because of this man. He shuddered at the thought shaking it away as he looked back for the man who had now ruined him. He saw nothing, but a pile of bodies surrounding that one spot. Raiken looked for proof that he hadn’t been dreaming it all up. He dismounted, and ran searching near the spot he'd last seen the man... he didn't even know what he was searching for. He just needed to know, he needed to understand what this was. How could this have happened? Later that night, when the sun was just above the horizon, Raiken was still on the battlefield searching.

"That all ya got little warlord? a voice mocked through the mists. Raiken's eyes shot upwards to a nearby hilltop. There stood the phantom warrior, smiling cruelly. But then struck a sudden pain, sheer and violent in the small of his back, spreading right through his gut. He looked down to be greeted by the sight of a long blade jutting from his body, bleeding him out. He craned his neck to see behind him. He had no time left... no time...

"How... how did you..." Raiken collapsed to the ground.

It was over just like that. Momochi had sought out the commander to be his first "path" as Legion called it. The demon statue was an overwhelming experience the first time Momochi used the summoning. He had searched high and low for the truth of the jutsu of life and death. The more he searched, the more he found that known sources had significantly more information on the subject of death, than they did on life. Most books ended up as boring dead ends or completely fanciful prattling of sages reliving their youth. All stories and tales... save one. Seven Legions. The book itself was very old and practically decrepit but two other books had referenced its secrets and Momochi needed answers. Though nearly all the information inside had destroyed or the language was too obscure to read, one page had been clear as day to him.
A summoning jutsu for a demon. Momochi had been more skeptical than anything, until the jutsu succeeded and brought forth... something dark.

"You woke me to raise the dead? Hah!"

"But I must-"

"FOOLISH MORTAL. None can return the dead, save those who tread 6 paths."

"Six paths?"

And so began his search. Legion told him of the ancient soul binding jutsu with the power to share the bodies of others. All that was needed were the bodies of mighty hosts. Great warriors and those of immense power. So Momochi sought out Raiken, and now they were here. Momochi looked down at the fallen commander... Second thoughts bubbled to the surface. Legion was a demon. Not known for their honesty or willingness to aid humans. But then Momochi wasn't quite human himself so maybe they shared some kinship? Unlikely. Momochi performed the seals of summoning, reaching into the void to bring Legion to the human world.
The earth cracked before Momochi, violet tendrils of energy reaching up from the darkness. Legion burst forth in silent judgement, looking at Momochi, then the body.

"Feed me his flesh that I may bind it with your soul."

Momochi complied, lifting Raiken into the gaping maw of darkness that was Legion's mouth. He committed to the darkness now. His pact was made. Whether or not the demon would fulfill his promise was another story.

"What do I do next?" said Momochi as he sat atop the corpse of an especially tough man to kill. Momochi had not become any more happy with the arrangement, yet it remained. Killing people willy nilly was not his favorite thing in the world. Less so at the behest of a weird looking demon statue. But, the only being he knew of that claimed the ability to bring back the dead, was... the statue who may or may not have a name.

"Also, do you have a name?"

"My name is hate. My name is malice. My name is Legion."

"What? Who the hell names a kid 'Legion'? What kind of weird mumbo-jumbo is that?"

"Who summoned who, asking to bring back the dead? Don't be a bitch now. Feed me that guy."

"What? How many people do I have to kill for this to work?"

"You said 'help me bring back the dead.' Not 'help me bake a pretty cake'. Its a process. Now quit whining and feed me the guy."

"Whats that going to do?"

"Its gonna split your soul in half and you'll control his body and its power."

"...I'm not really into pain, and this sounds pretty painful."

"No not at all, it feels amazing actually."

Momochi gave the demon a look of disbelief, which the demon countered with a look of reassurance. Momochi gathered up the guy he'd fought and killed earlier. As it turns out, bodies are super heavy. This body in particular was just obnoxiously thick with corded muscle and perfectly tall. Not underwhelming, not overwhelming. Just enough to call him tall. Momochi struggled, inch-by-inch, hauling this doapy gargantuan thing. What a pain. Momochi took a moment, paused, hands on his hips, breathing heavily He looked at the ground, looked at the demon's mouth. This was going to take some effort.

"...feels amazing you said?"

"Oh yeah. Better than sex."

"How would you know? You're just a head."

"...just feed me the man you lazy ****."

"Fine."

Momochi finished hauling the dead armored guy over to the demon's salivating maw. It took him a bit, but the effort would be worth it. Better than sex. he told himself. Better than sex. He hoisted the dead man up on his shoulder for a second, then hurled him into the demon's waiting teeth.

Crunch crunch crunch...

"When does the better than se- OHHHH OH **** OWWW"

A crippling and excruciating sensation over took his entire body. Absolute pain, agony, misery. Words fell abysmally short of the heinous unholy fury that saturated his flesh. He doubled over and kissed the ground hard enough to break his lip.

"You.... lied?" he managed through labored breaths.

"I'm a demon you idiot. I am the Outer Path. Soul splitting is excruciating."

Felt his chakra, his energies, his soul, being violently siphoned from his body. Like forcing a golf ball through a garden hose. His limbs felt weak and his bones felt libel to shatter. His teeth gritted furiously, one or two of them cracking from his clenching jaw. If ever there was a real and true hell, this had to be it. Lots and lots of whatever this was. He briefly considered gouging out his own eyes, because at least it would distract from the experience of this. Holy hell this was pain. A moment passed, and as swiftly as it had struck him, the pain was gone. Though the muscle strain, tension, and broken teeth remained as keen reminders of the tale. Then Momochi felt it... he was no longer... limited. He felt consciousness, within his chakra. Within... the body. He saw himself beyond the demon's teeth through the eyes of a dead man, while looking at that same dead man. He crawled forth from the demon, and smiled at himself.

"Better than sex."

Steadfast
+20 CA points spent
[fontsize="12"]The Steadfast ninja is one who doesn't go down easily. They are tough and durable, able to resist heavy amounts of damage and defend their teammates. They are also incredibly determined, and it is impossible to ever truly break them down.

Maximum Defense<i></i> - Modification (2 points)
Restriction- Requires Defensive Technique
A Steadfast can learn this variation on the Defensive Technique once they have practiced it to its full potential. Instead of dodging around like a flea, they can focus on guarding all of their weak points in order to reduce they amount of damage from attacks. As an alternative, they can almost completely forgo attacking, throwing all of their energy into evading enemy attacks instead.
Effect: When using Defensive Stance, you can trade 1 point of Accuracy in order to reduce oncoming damage by 5% instead of gaining a dodge bonus (to a maximum of -2 accuracy and -10% damage taken), or you can trade 1 point of Accuracy for 1 point of Dodge up to a maximum of 6 (as opposed to the previous 4).

Great Fortitude<i></i> - Passive (3 points), Taken
Restriction- C Rank and up
A Steadfast that learns this has mastered their ability to take hits without injury, making their bodies almost impossibly strong. It takes quite a bit to make them actually feel an attack, and even then you might not illicit a reaction.
Effect: Ignores damage each round. How much is reduced is based on your character level, this skill reduces 75 Damage per level each round.

Stand Fast<i></i> - Independent Special Move (2 points)
Restriction- C Rank and up
A Steadfast who learns this particular ability is able to tap into a great reservoir of inner resolve, temporarily becoming able to suffer huge amounts of damage without incurring any serious harm to themselves by taking an absolutely defensive stance.
Effect: For one round, the user reduces all damage against themselves by 75% but cannot attack in that round. Usable only once per combat. Does not take any more Damage reduction buffs. If the user is not hit during the round this is used, it will not count as being used.

Human Shield<i></i> - Independent Special Move (2 points)
Restriction- Requires Body Switch
A Steadfast is excellent at taking blows, but not everybody else is. Using their natural ability to soak damage an extension of the Kawarimi (Body Switch) jutsu, a Stalwart can leap in front of an ally and take attacks for them, perhaps preventing them from being harmed.
Effect: The Steadfast can switch places with an ally that is attacked at a cost of 0.5 AP (they cannot switch places with an ally when they are being attacked). Allies that are aware of this ability and can Body Switch with real clones can designate the Steadfast as a target; if the Steadfast is unwilling to switch, then the jutsu automatically fails. The triggering attack is resolved against the Steadfast instead, who can attempt to dodge it normally.

Awesome Power<i></i> - Modification (2 points) Taken
Restriction- C Rank and up, Requires Hidden Power
A Steadfast ninja with the ability to bring forth a deep seeded power within them will often test that power, pushing to themselves to the limits at all times until they have mastered those reserved abilities. When they are pushed again, you can expect the backlash to be severe.
Effect: The user gains +1 to their Secondary stats rather than +.5. This caps at +4 to their secondaries.

Willfull<i></i> - Boost (1 point) Taken, twice.
Restriction- Can only be purchased a maximum of two times
A Steadfast ninja has willpower beyond that of anybody else, able to beat away enemy illusions and maintain focus on their goal. A Steadfast nin is one who possesses not only fortitude of the body, but of the mind as well.

Effect: +1 Genjutsu Save

Second Wind<i></i> - Independent Special Move (3 points) Taken
Restriction- C Rank and up
Just when enemies think they've got the Steadfast one down, when they've hit their limits and can’t fight any harder, that’s when it’s time to use the Second Wind. Due to training, those with Steadfast have amplified their natural ability to recover to extraordinary levels.

Effect: The user regains 20% max HP, and cancels all Bleeding. This is usable only once per combat.

Free Will<i></i> - Passive (2 points) Taken
Those with Steadfast are not easy to detain, able to break out of jutsu and traps that would seem completely foolproof by sheer willpower. They simply cannot be held down when they've got a goal to accomplish, and you’d be a fool to try.

Effect: The Steadfast gains +2 Dodge/Save against binds, and has an additional +5% chance of escaping.

Indomitable Spirit<i></i> - Passive (3 points) Taken
Through raw training and persistence, the Steadfast ninja has a will stronger than their body. No matter what torturous pain they may be going through, they can overcome and fight on.

Effect: The user ignores one point of debuff from any and all sources (so a Blinding Flash that causes a -3 to Accuracy and Dodge only causes a -2 to the user). In addition, they are not influenced by any fear effects.

Poison Immunity<i></i> - Modification (2 points)
Restriction- Requires Poison Resistance
A Steadfast ninja who learns to resist poison takes things a step beyond what normal people would do, putting their excellent health to the test and continuing to poison themselves where others would stop. Nearly killing themselves, the Steadfast gain incredible resistance to poisons of all sorts.
Effect: Increases bonuses from Poison Resistance to Immune to Weak Poison, +3 against Strong Poison, +2 against Heavy Poison’

Undying Warrior<i></i> - Independent Special Move (2 points) Taken
Restriction- B Rank and up
This powerful skill is the penultimate technique that any Steadfast ninja could learn, allowing them to increase their resolve to a level that defies imagination. By focusing all of their attention, energy, and willpower on one target, the Steadfast ninja is able to stave off even death until that enemy is laid to rest. This is best used when they are in desperate straights, as a final act of will.

Effect: When the Steadfast ninja starts their turn unconscious due to having 0 HP or lower (but no lower than -50% of their Max HP), they may choose to revive and act again. They receive +2 to Accuracy on all attacks against the opponent that felled them. If their HP drops below -50% of their Max HP, they fall unconscious again and cannot use this technique unless their HP rises above this value. They lose 1500 CP at the end of every round they act while having less than 0 HP (if they run out of CP, this is taken from their HP), and this technique can be used for a total of three rounds in a battle.

Resilience - Boost (1 point) Taken, twice
Restriction- Can be purchased up to three times
Steadfast ninja push the limits of the human body, ignoring pain and pushing on to absorbing more damage than their heartiest allies. This helps them to defend their allies as long as possible by extending the time they can remain fighting.

Effect: +2 HP modifier.

Reciprocate<i></i> - Jutsu (1 point, 1 point to rank up) Rank 1, Taken once
Restriction- A-Rank and up
This deadly jutsu unique to the Steadfast taps into the muscle memory of their body, taking the pain that they've suffered and turning it against an opponent. With a solid hit from their palm, the Steadfast transfers all of their pain and injury into the enemy’s body, sometimes with interest.

Rank 1: Deals all of the damage dealt to the Steadfast in the past two rounds (including damage that was negated), at +1 Accuracy
Rank 2: Deals all of the damage dealt to the Steadfast in the past three rounds (including damage that was negated), at +2 Accuracy
Cost: 3 AP, Costs CP equal to 50% of the damage Dealt
Note:</I><I> Usable at any time; does not require to be declared 2-3 rounds beforehand. Max damage is at 6800. This cannot be buffed. Uses melee accuracy.[/fontsize]
