Aika had long trained her body to perform different feats of her favorite past time. A circus had come into town once and she had been so amazed at the flexibility of some of the performers. The time they were there, she spent with the acrobats, getting to know how she could get her body to do the same things they could. In time, the performers had to leave, but Aika kept training. Once she thought herself flexible enough, she began putting that flexibility along side her shinobi talents. She was able to move silently and bend in ways not every shinobi could. She even managed to tail a jounin as a gennin. Her body became toned from her training and she vowed to always remember how to do these things.
Human Anatomy & Acupuncture - WC: 222
Many many hours were spent in the library. She read and read any book she could get her hands on about the human body. Some days she was there open to close, sometimes past though the librarian always managed to chase her out at some point. Aika would carry medical scrolls with her nearly everywhere she went for months on end. There was a reason she excelled at her job, she was always trying to learn more and more. From new jutsu to different specialties. She had learned how to use lightning energy to stimulate or re-stimulate muscles and nerves. Pressure points intrigued her even more. The ability to incapacitate with a simple touch or pulse of chakra was amazing. Not to mention that it helped her out of some sticky situations. Using her crystal senbon she was able to knock attackers out without doing or obtaining much damage. Most people used acupuncture for harming, but Aika had found a way to use it to help other people relax and heal. People with sore muscles or unable to relax found themselves putty under her hands and crystal needles. Never again would her brother be left with muscles or nerves that would not relax. His body was tense enough as it was. She also became a specialist at healing massage and physical therapy.
Nimble Hands - WC: 162
Aika couldn't help but be annoyed at the fact that she couldn't hold even a scalpel and perform a jutsu at the same time, especially when she was in surgery and may have nicked something that did not need to be nicked. She seriously couldn't understand how some people could perform a jutsu with a sword or some other bulky object in hand. More than a few hours and exploded lightning jutsu later, she finally figured out how to perform a one handed jutsu. It was amazing how many times it took her to get it right for even a simple jutsu. Even more time was spent trying to perfect the technique for every jutsu in her arsenal. She started with all of her ninjutsu before moving to genjutsu. She finally concentrated on her main talent, medical jutsu. Once that was down and she was able to move to training her one handed medical to her abilities to make medical jutsu harmful.
