Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

4. Jutsu Mastery -

Jutsu. These are the backbone to any strategy that Sakezuki can formulate. So naturally, whenever she works with them, she has a certain synergy with these attacks. Sharpening her focus and making sure that she knew everything about the mechanics of these attacks, she makes sure that she maximizes the damage that they can do and also economize the expenses that they can incur on her chakra pool. Truly understanding a person's limitations, they can truly work alongside of anything to make it great. This is exactly what she planned on doing, too. Forget being some two trick horse or anything like that. Aww yeah~.

5. Acrobatics -

One could claim that the woman is not skilled enough to be acrobatic in any sense of the word, but people have not been able to examine her within battle as much as they used to. Now that she was able to direct herself and make her own decisions, she was able to discipline herself in the art of being a shinobi. Making her motions fluid and graceful, she was sure to incorporate this type of grace and flexibility in her battle tactics. She'd be a fool not to! If you are a shinobi, then you must utilize every little thing to your advantage, or you perished. It is that simple. So thus, Sakezuki pushed herself to learn that much more.

6. Insight -

Sakezuki finds it rather easy to center herself, to make sure that she focuses on the goal that is presented before her. Hell, she's even become so decent at her focus that she can literally pry into someone's very own motives to figure out what exactly they are planning. That is something that all shinobi need to be able to do, though, right? They had to discern motives and make sure that nothing was going to backfire and explode into their faces, and that was why she did it. Being an ANBU, she truly has to be ready for anything that will be tossed in her direction, or she'd be as good as chopped liver, surely.

7. Concentration -

And it is very clear that if a person is able to utilize insight, discipline, or anything else along those lines that they would be able to have some form of concentration, correct? Of course! Don't be silly. She was a person who aimed to maximize her capabilities in battle, and if she didn't do that, then once again, it meant that she would be trounced in the battlefield. So every little thing that she could hold onto and retain, then she was going to do just that and make sure she had a hold and good grip on what she was doing. So if she were to take a little bit of time to formulate a plot, then why should she have been penalized for it? That's why she was making sure that she'd be able to be swift with what she was doing and keep a decent grip.

8. Supercharge -

So, what exactly happens when you are hit by an attack that you specialize in? You take it and slap that person right back in the face with it. If someone thinks that they are clever or anything like that, it is a good thing to do. If they take a dose of their own medicine, then it is nice and easy to screw them over in the long run. Besides, if you were able to take damage head on, wouldn't that be something that you could absorb into you and slap right back into people's faces? Yeah, that was exactly what Sakezuki wanted to do with her prowess. She was going to use people's foolishness against them. If they tried to nuke her, then they were going to get nuked right back.

9. Initiative -

Now then, like any Shinobi, whether you are a Medical Ninja, ANBU, or even just someone on the main branch who wanted to get by. . . people took initiative. Sakezuki is no different when it comes to that. If she can, she will step on people's toes. This is a woman who will attack while a person is giving a big long speech or something awful like that. It's their fault, anyways. She won't give a bad guy his final speech or anything like that. After all, they are playing Ninja, right? So it paid to try and take someone out from the very get go, and her blood lust propelled her forward in these types of endeavors.

10. Hyperactive -

Though it has been long since quelled, Sakezuki was an incredibly hyperactive child. She bounced from room to room, from wall to wall. . . It was pretty hard to contain her at points due to her skewed view upon reality and how everything tended to affect her. She was able to take a control of herself, and cut out the insanity rather than holding onto it in later years. Despite the fact that she was able to get rid of the hyperactive feeling that controlled her mind, it still remains within her body. Her chakra regenerates almost too quickly for her to really understand it, but all that she knows is that she has an incredible amount of expendable energy when it comes to fighting, so thus she is able to use and abuse jutsu to her leisure.

Secondary Echo - Independent Special Move (2 points)
Restriction- C Rank and up.
A Strider dislikes wasted time more than perhaps anyone else. So when their own time is wasted by a jutsu missing when cast, they simply pull it out of the past rather than waste time casting it again.
Effect: User may pull any Ninjutsu they cast the previous round that missed entirely to be redirected at the same target again or a new target. Costs 15% of the CP the jutsu originally took to cast and the same AP initially used, but only does 80% the original damage it would have. May only be used once per round.

Walk the Aeons - Boost (1 point) 3 Points Invested
Restriction- Can be purchased up to three times
A Strider has it within their power to comprehend time on many different levels, allowing them to move with precision that few can comprehend. Their movements through time can often be tricky for others to follow.
Effect: +1 dodge.

Wait Reaction - Independent Special Move (2 points)
Restriction- Requires Body Switch
Every so often, a Strider's knowledge gives them the ability to predict their opponent's next action and formulate an effective counter to it. If they are successful, they could gain a significant advantage.
Effect: Auto-dodge opponent's next attack. With the next 1.5 AP, may make one action against the opponent at +3 accuracy. Cannot be used more than three times per battle. If the user chooses not to make an attack, the 1.5 AP is wasted. Incurs a -2 dodge debuff for the rest of the round after being used.

Delayed Action - Dependent Special Move (2 points)
Time being like so much liquid to a Strider, then can easily throw their chakra forwards in it to form into its essence later--even controlling where and when it appears.
Effect: Any Ninjutsu can be cast into the future by up to three rounds (1 Round minimum), gaining a +3 accuracy bonus. Ninjutsu cast in this manner are modded at the beginning of the round they are cast into. This cannot be done more than once per round, and no more than two jutsu can be aimed at a single target this way at a time. (Added jutsu can be cast at the same target once previously cast jutsu have reappeared.)

Temporal Step - Independent Special Move (3 points)
Restriction- C Rank and up
The Strider possesses the skills to not only look through time, but to temporarily step out of it as well, rendering them resistant to most normal forms of harm aimed at them and allowing them an unclouded perception on the battle they are in.
Effect: The user makes a step out of time for the duration of one round. During this round, the user cannot be affected by Genjutsu, and any Genjutsu which they are under are temporarily ignored for the duration, though are still active. They also gain 10% damage reduction against all Ninjutsu and Taijutsu, and cannot be KOed while out of time, though if they take sufficient damage they will be knocked out when they phase back into normal space-time. Genjutsu cannot be cast in this state, however, and any Ninjutsu and Taijutsu cast require an additional 10% CP cost. This is treated as a free action and may be done every other round.

Haste - Independent Special Move (2 points)
Restriction- B Rank
The term "speed kills" is the mission statement of the Temporal Strider. By increasing their chakra output, they can cause all of their actions to quicken. It's even possible that they could even quicken the actions of a party member.
Effect: The user's actions are executed at 0.25 AP timing faster for 1 round and all CP costs are increased by 20%. This may only be done once every other round. All AP costs are paid normally but executed faster.

Special Action: Make Haste - The user can give the Haste effect to another target. This counts as their round usage of Haste.

Renewal - Independent Special Move (3 points)
Restriction- C Rank and up.
Sometimes, the Strider does not like what the last few seconds did to them. So they undo it, at least for themselves and whatever hit them. It can be quite the baffling sight to those unsure what just happened.
Effect: Negates the effects of the last jutsu to hit the user. This includes all damage, debuffs, bleed increase, chakra loss, bindings, poisoning, and sealing. Can only be used three times per battle.

Temporal Strike - Passive (1 point)
A well-aimed hit from a Strider has the capacity to knock their opponent just slightly out of time. Not accustomed to this shift in perception, the target tends to suffer from it.
Effect: All the user's Ninjutsu have a 20% chance to inflict a -.5 accuracy/dodge penalty on those they hit, stacking up to four times on the same target. The effect lasts for two rounds. Does not effect other Temporal Striders.

Reversion - Jutsu (1 point, 1 to rank up) 2 Points invested
Restriction- A-Rank and Up
The ultimate in control of time--the ability to turn back time, to make it so that the last few seconds never happened. Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately, the Strider does not possess the capability to cleanse the memory of the time from anyone's minds, making this perhaps a bit of a risky tactic, as their opponents will have themselves replenished as well.
Rank 1: The effects of the last round are negated for all present within the battle. 70% of all damage inflicted by and to all in the battle is also negated, as well as 70% expended chakra. All other effects are reset to as they were at the beginning of the round. This only applies to effects within the battle, those entering are not affected.
Rank 2: The effects of the last round are negated for all present within the battle. 90% of all damage inflicted by and to all in the battle is also negated, as well as 90% expended chakra. All other effects are reset to as they were at the beginning of the round. This only applies to effects within the battle, those entering are not affected.

Cost: 3.5 AP, 4500 CP

Sound [ Major - Wind / Minor - Non-Elemental ] - Natural Affinity -

Advanced Elemental Training said:
A public display, something stirring, jarring, and something to bring about a revolution of thought. There had to be something, somewhere, anything that she could do here. There were certain things that needed to be achieved, stuff that had to be done, but there was no motion to do anything. It was strange, really. Normally a village was all hustle, bustle, knocking people over in the streets. However, she found herself sitting at the very edge of her area. The place that she had called home for oh so long. Pressing her hands against her thighs, she would rub up and down gently before pushing herself up to a stand. Lifting her arms up slowly, she'd feel the wind breeze around her and she would release a small breath of air. It was freedom. The freedom of the wind was something that was. . . just lucrative. Something that a person truly wanted to hold on to. This was something that she could see herself desiring. Perhaps this was why the element was one of the ones that came naturally to her? It was always interesting to see how the Shinobi body worked, and hers was a strange one. If anyone tried to argue otherwise, then they were absolutely wrong.

Cracking her knuckles, she would close her eyes for just a moment before she would lift her body onto her tip toes, and she would let a small stream of air flow freely from her black stained lips, and suddenly, with all of the force her her body, she would slam the palms of her hands together to send a shockwave out from her body. The crack was so unholy, so loud that it even threatened to knock Sakezuki herself off balance. Yikes, right? That was pretty darn loud if you asked her. However, she would plant her feet firmly on the ground and soon she opened her eyes to survey the land around her. . . And it became apparent. There were so many things that were akin to her, and her very nature. She'd finally taken on the mastery of Sound like her brother had embraced so long ago. Her older brother, naturally. Not her twin brother. However, both were irresponsible.

Ah well. You lived and learned, right?
