Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Current Ninpocho Chronicles Time:

One whole day. [Exam sub thread]

Upon arriving at the house they would all find that it was completely empty today. Though, they would definitely have to cover their tracks. So Za would make sure to take the long route around. Using chakra under his feet to detract that, but one would never be able to be safe enough from someone who was the Hokage at one point. So, he wouldnt be reckless but he would be... cautious.

Arriving, This would be a place that Sumiko knew well, but Daisuke didnt, and as such Za, not really trusting the boy with seeing the whole house he would march the duo to the basement hidden under a pillar near a fountain in the front of the estate. It was very incognito, but maybe too incognito? He wasnt sure if Takeshi had been in this place or not but he liked to practice in this small space while he would wonder about everything... Maybe this would work in his favor, he wanted to grow, and to grow you had to have more access...

More access meant he would be able to expand his knowledge... but in order to do any of that he had to become a Genin and then MAYBE a chuunin depending on what he intended on doing. Who knew though... It was all up to how things would continue to go. At any pace, and anyways, Za would sit without speaking to either Daisuke or Sumiko but pointing to the cages then the headband.

There was a small table to the left of him and to the right were the stairs. The room was quaint. Clean and polished, but it looked like a small workshop. Za came down here to work on new weapons, or different things he wanted to try to use. He'd grab a small calligraphy pen and a scroll before writing down what he was thinking. Maybe he would be able to communicate with them so they didnt think he was weird.

On the paper: 'Hey Remember the rules were to not talk to one another under any circumstances... I dont know if these rabbits and cages are rigged, or even the headbands are equipped with voice recorders like the headsets... Anybody got a plan?'

Then he would show Sumiko and Daisuke before waiting.

It appeared that she and Za had the same idea as she followed him into the grounds of the former grand house, it made sense it was familiar to the majority of them as well as having enough secret ways in and out to keep them out of trouble if they did run into any although the way he was taking them was not one that she had used before however she understood he being cautious seeing as neither of them knew the third member of the group.

The route led them to a small and rather well-maintained room dotted with various tools and other items, she looked around the room studying it for any entrances that they would struggle to keep an eye on but once she was satisfied she relaxed a little waving a little awkwardly at Za, placing her cage on the workbench before taking a seat near Za watching as he pointed to the headbands and cages before jotting a note down on a scroll.

Hey Remember the rules were to not talk to one another under any circumstances... I dont know if these rabbits and cages are rigged, or even the headbands are equipped with voice recorders like the headsets... Anybody got a plan?'

Sumiko read the words and looked back at the boy nodding, from what she has experienced from the teachers so far they were full of tricks so she was about to put it him to rig either of the two objects that he has given them to be rigged with something wither that be a microphone or some sort of Jutsu seal. Reaching from the pen that Za used she pulled the scroll down giving her a space to write.

We are not far from the Uchiha Manson here, however, does he thinks that we would be hiding under his nose that is the question, if anyone knows how to set up traps then I would suggest getting them set up around the parameter to give us a heads up if he is coming. We only have to hide for 24 hours which isn't an impossible task, that is not enough time for us to need to eat or drink so we should stop worrying about that first of all

Sumiko took a step back and placed the pen on the bench next to the scroll allowing the other to read what she had written sitting back down again.

Anubis allowed his massive feet to hit the ground of the roof in the district, as he allowed himself to smell from the top of the roof, a small smirk came to his snout as he caught the smell that he was after. It seemed a small group here had come this way. As he crouched down the huge axe knocking a few tiles to smash onto the ground, it seemed that the Clan Houses had been this group's primary objective in those few moments. He allowed himself a few moments to catch his bearings before bounding off the roof again, though the clanking behind them seemed to be hindering the pair that had gone together.

"I smell the fear, but this way interesting choice for the group wouldn't you agree?"

"Indeed, it would seem that we caught the jackpot, do you think the Master will be pleased with ourselves?"

"He never is, but what did we expect signing a deal with an Uchiha"

The clattering continued for a bit until the huge jackal like creature stood in front of all of them. It was clear that he had come to the house that was the deserted. It seemed that this was their downfall. As the Jackal came to stop inside the grounds, it stood beside a fountain and just lingered there for a few seconds. It was clear that he was going to take a break for now on the hot day of Konaha.

"I lose track of them here, but this fountain is the last place I can pick them up. Maybe you should check the house out see if they are inside there, I will search this area"

The clattering stopped for a brief period of time as Anubis propped himself against the fountain standing there as he growled slightly it was more in the annoyance of what he was having to do on what should have been a day off. Though the armour continued to move forward, it seemed it had a single goal in mind as it walked into the building searching for the old room that held some of the treasures of the Hyuuga clan.

Well, I better make noise here, see if they come investigating.

With that, a huge clatter echoed around the entire house, as the well looked after armour smashed into the wooden floor and lay there motionless as if someone had simply brushed past it and knocked it down.

Daisuke followed close behind his two teammates, it seemed as though the pair had a rather decent understanding of where it was they intended to go. The route they took wasn’t too unfamiliar to the young boy as he and the others headed towards Maple Town. The Minamoto boy remained close as he shadowed his companions on their way towards the clan houses, it was clear that there was something here which they thought would aid in their ability to hide from Takeshi – an extra piece of information that Daisuke would then be able to commit to memory. Though for now their progress away from the academy was of more importance than their ultimate destination, but that too would be clear soon enough.

Their arrival within the grounds of the clan compound was rather interesting, Daisuke hadn’t quite expected to end up here, and he would have questioned the decision if it were not for the swift reveal of a lower level, concealed beneath a pillar. He raised an eyebrow before following his companions inside. The room seemed to put function over form, though it was not untidy, something that the Minamoto boy agreed with in principle. As they descended further inside, Daisuke made sure to make a note of what entry or exit points may be available. He took as much time as he could to centre himself and think, he wasn’t quite sure what their next move would be but this place seemed as safe as any. He looked over to read both notes that had been written just moments prior. He nodded in agreement with the communication given, after a short moment he paused the flow of his chakra network, though it was clear that if there were a genjutsu on the headbands or their other prescribed equipment then it was too powerful to be overcome by the student. He motioned to write his own words on the scroll a few seconds later.

This seems like a good location, but we need to be ready to move at a moment’s notice. Where is the best point of ex—

He paused as the sound of clattering objects and their resulting vibrations passed through the room, Daisuke spun around on the spot and lowered himself to the floor almost instinctively. He seemed rather calm on the descent, but it was clear that exposure at this early stage of the exam was not what the Minamoto boy wanted. With one palm splayed he touched the ground while bringing a single finger up to rest at the most central point of his forehead. His pearlescent blue eyes closed as he began to focus, reaching out with his sensory capabilities, the sound seemed to have originated in the house itself, yet he could not pick up on a trace of anyone there. The only signature that was noticeable to the boy resided by the outdoor fountain, it wasn’t Takeshi, but the figure seemed sinister, nonetheless. Nobody had been stood there only moments ago, it was safe to say Daisuke was not pleased with the progression of events.

Daisuke’s eyes soon opened, having found at least one chakra signature that was not noticeably present moments earlier. He took his finger from his head and slowly stood up, raising a single index finger to the group in order to represent the number of others that he sensed before pointing it in the general direction of the fountain. Hopefully that would give the others a clue as to the presence of what could be a shinobi sent to track them. He reached out to take the pen again, writing reasonably quickly.

We must have been followed; there is a signature outside. We need to move. If they don’t already know where we are then they will soon. If we remain still, we are easier targets. Have you got another way out of here?

It would have taken too long for Daisuke to note his observation: if they were tracking by chakra signature then they would have found them already, just as he had pinpointed the figure moments before – maybe it was something else that was leading the way for the hunter. He had hoped his hidden mist technique would be enough to obscure their vision, but he wouldn’t be too sure in situations like these. The student had tried to make his words as brief as he could to give the others more time to react instead of pondering over an essay. Daisuke placed the pen slowly onto the table, looking to make as little noise as possible. This location was new to him, a disadvantage to the boy if he was alone, as such now was the time to trust his teammates; hopefully they knew a good way out of here that would put the group as a whole in a better position. But if one thing was clear, it was that this exam was not going to be as easy as Daisuke had hoped.

'Geez...' Za would think for a moment before looking up to Sumiko and Daisuke with the rummaging that the hunters were doing above them, Za would think for a moment. What were the options they could take? He was pretty familiar with all the things in the house thus far. Taking his time and going through all the rooms aside from the ones that were already occupied, to get a feel of the layout. The basement and the far side of the house were the safe places for anyone in the Clan, they had tunnels leading to the main road and back alleys. The problem was to get to them, Za knew that he could sense them, but not entirely, they had to be chasing them based on something, they followed them this far, and maybe if they sat for too long there would be something that would give them away... a loose brick. A weird rock. Something.

They had to think and act fast. Not talking would be a hindrance to them, so they would have to manage with writing to each other. Za would grab a few scrolls that were empty with pens for Sumiko and Daisuke before beginning to write quickly on his.

Yes. There is a Tunnel down the back side near the benches on the left here. It will lead us to a sewer near a the back alley-way. From there our best bet is to go to the Hospital and try to hide out there. However, they will follow us. So maybe we can mask our smell to get rid of that potentially... but maybe they are following us with chakra? If thats the case we're screwed no matter what we do... We'll have to keep moving.

He'd stop for a moment after showing them to snap to attention, his eyes grew bright and a devious smile would cross his lips.

'There is charcoal here from when I try to work on blacksmithing and making weaponry. WE could use that to cover our scents for a short period. It will give us sometime before they can pick up on our scent again, Maybe we can get a bit of a gap between us and them?'

Za would finish before beginning to take the loose pieces of charcoal around the furnace he worked at and would begin to quietly break them up and pass them to Daisuke and Sumiko before showing them how they should rub them on their bodies and clothes. They would definitely have to get some new digs after this, but for now they were looking to succeed in the exam, maybe this would be the route they should take? Who knew... But it was an idea. unless someone would stop him he would continue to do such and once everyone was done he would move towards the tunnels in the basement... Their best bet was to not go back up but to continue the distance between them and the hunters...

The silence between the three of them was heavy, like it had a presence in the room itself as they sat planning their next moves, it didn't take long for them to have their options limited to one, escaping. Like glass shattering, the silence was broken by the sounds of heavy feet above them, either Takeshi had gained weight or something else was now hunting them and it wasn't something Sumiko or the others wanted to run into. Her eyes darted to the ceiling above them, alarm painting her face as the sounds of roof tiles breaking joined the heavy footsteps like rain in a thunder storm then a growl, it was oddly familiar, it reminder her of one of the tracking dogs that her father had. She turned to the others watching as the red head frantically jot something down on the paper before him while Sumiko took a few minutes to assist the situations.
We have been tracked that much is clear but how, could there be some kind of tracking device in either the headbands or the cages, no that wouldn't make any sense, why would he give us a impossible task like that. Unless.... Sumiko's stopped her internal monolog, she needed to have a look at what was tracking them. It is tracking our scent, meaning that the changes of masking that is going to be be slim, but we do have some furry friends, and dogs love rabbit.

Taking up the pen Sumiko started writing the plan that she has just formulated in her mind.

Za is right, we need to hide our scent, what is tracking us is more then likely some kind of canine, granted it sounds like a big one but still a dog in essence covering our scent isn't going to get us very far but, Takeshi said that we can eat the rabbits, if we kill them and roast then hopefully that should lead the mutt down here by smell alone and distract it long enough to get out via the other entrance. Sticking to a public place is also a good idea, whoever it is, they are less likely to pursue a group of kids in the open, the Hospital is also a good idea, all those other people and the smell of cleaning products should dull the dogs sense, I need a knife?

Putting the pen back she looked at Za and give him a thumbs up smiling warmly, he was as clever and cunning as ever. She grabbed a piece of coal from the fire walking away from the two boys to the corner, facing it as she covered her pale skin in the black substance, before turning back to the group and rejoining them.

Anubis stood there for a bit as he soon became bored of waiting for the hunt he curled his lip as the Axe came up, wandering to the location of the door he looked at the tracks that lead to it, anger coursed through his very muscles. For kids to just stop their actions and not give him any fun was unacceptable in his eyes, but he would fix that issue after all the footsteps and scenic trail had told him where they had gone, but playing dumb was not something he enjoyed. It was time to make these rats come out of there little cave.

"Shall we say hello to those that we are hunting, I assume I can leave the other doorway to you. And that inside?"

"Naturally"

The armour twisted on its spots as the bindings of rope that held it together begun to go in between the cracks in the floor that had been created by time. It seemed that the suit of armour did actually enjoy being out but this was so much more fun for him to hunt down children like this, they were so innocent and naive he enjoyed the thrill of it. As the ropes slowly started to wind down into the group they popped out in the roofing of the room the kids wherein before making a b line straight for the back door, ignore the kids for now as trapping them in was more important.

"Then I guess I will say my hello as well"

Anubis turned the huge axe in his fingers as he brought it up and finally slammed it into the door smashing it into pieces as it allowed snarling he stepped inside the huge axe dropping down on each step crushing it under its weight as its master slowly advanced into the darkness in those minutes making sure that they couldn't get past his lumbering form.

At the last second, the ropes from the armour changed direction it twisted and shot straight for the students grabbing the girl from the group the robes twisted around her limbs like a snake constricting her every movement before dragging her off the ground and pinning her to the ceiling. It held her there above the others as it slowly tightened making sure she had no way to move.

Time seemed to pass with both great speed and tension as Daisuke pondered what move to make next, he still had no idea about the capabilities of his fellow team members but finding that out would need to wait. Daisuke could sense the imposing figure outside and it didn’t seem to be going anywhere fast, he furrowed his brow in concentration as he tried to keep track of both the presence outside and the communications being given by Za and Sumiko. It seemed as though they were following a similar thought pattern to himself, for that the Minamoto boy was grateful. His eyes darted across the words written on each scroll as he took his own from Zatoru, thankful that he didn’t need to share any more, and tucked it away in a pouch in his jacket. There was little time to respond to the pair, instead Daisuke simply nodded before motioning to move over to cover himself in charcoal but it seemed he was too late.

Rope descended from the ceiling, moving through cracks in the basement ceiling faster than Daisuke could reasonably react, or anyone else in the room for that matter. In but a few seconds Sumiko was snatched up and pulled towards the floor above. At that moment the door to the cellar burst open and the figure from outside – now revealed to be some sort of canine creature, trampled over the stairs. There was no time to reach the tunnels, and the front entrance was blocked by the imposing figure; there was little time to think, only time to act.

Minamoto Daisuke glanced up towards the imperfect ceiling before pressing two fingers into his right palm, summoning a handful of shuriken from the seal he kept strapped to his hand. In total there were four that he held while swiftly scanning the cracks above him in an attempt to find a weak spot, it didn’t take him too long to do so. The blonde boy turned to Zatoru and nodded while gesturing to the ceiling with his spare fist in an uppercut motion before sending his shuriken upwards to form a box indicating the identified weakened area. In a situation like this there was no time to go about doing everything himself, Daisuke had to trust that his free companion would be able to help them all break out while he dealt with the predicament grasping Sumiko. He quickly checked the strength of his knot that tied the cage and its occupant to his belt before furiously weaving hand seals and directing them towards his entangled teammate.

A sphere of water began to condense, starting close to her body and expending outwards. Daisuke furrowed his brow as he fought to use his water prison jutsu to force the binding rope away from Sumiko. It took a few precious seconds, but it seemed to work, and as soon as Sumiko had enough distance from the rope, Daisuke dispelled his jutsu in an attempt to keep the girl from harm. There was little else he had time to do after that except to ready himself to leap out of the basement alongside his companions.

Everything happened so quickly! Za would watch as things would become increasingly suspicious, to a point where he felt like they were being played like fools in all of this. However, being the strategic mind that he was, Za would formulate a few things maybe if they blew up the ceiling then there would be a chance to get out while blowing things up from under the feet of the duo above them, but that would not be a luxury that they would be able to commit to. As quickly as the thought ran through his mind, the crashing sounds of the axe hammering into the entrance and the exit being blocked on both sides being a no go… he would cough a bit as the smoke settled and Sumiko would be on the ceiling strung up! Fury ran through the red head, which made a bit of sense with him being a redhead, but that was not the case, as Daisuke would spring into action with his water jutsu which would loosen the hold the suit of armor had on Sumiko and then Za would have his opening. Looking at Daisuke and watching the gesture from before he would smirk. They were insync for the moment, which would allow Sumiko to drop to the floor… at the same time Za would drop his cage and eye Sumiko’s cage.

Forming the hand signs Za would take one deep breath before blowing outwardly as a massive ball of fire would blast through the ceiling of the basement causing the ceiling to have a gaping hole for the trio to get out of, though, Za would also have to act accordingly.

Before leaving, they would have to take the cages with them, and Za would manage to nab the his and Sumiko’s within the movement of heading out, but it worked that they had a plan previously, so he would head in the direction of the Hospital hopefully with Daisuke and Sumiko. Their mission was clear, keep the cages, don't speak, and last twenty-four hours… So far he didn't know how long they had been alone in the basement but he was fairly sure that this would give them enough time to think.

Alas, what would Sumiko do? Za wouldn't leave until he knew Sumiko was okay so he’d beckon her and hand her cage off to her once they did all catch up with one another, hell it it even worked to begin with.

Satisfaction is what Sumiko was feeling, they had a plan, they had a escape route, things looked like they were coming together. This would have changed if she had seen the ropes creeping through the cracks in the ceiling like roots of plant seeking water, whether she had noticed the or not the result would move then likely to have changed, before she even had time to reach she felt a pressure around her waist, by the time she looked down to see what was going on it was too late, the was a jerk as she was pulled up to the ceiling the ropes wrapping around her body like a spider would a fly. She struggled to free herself finding that the robes only tighten their grip, afraid of suffocation she stopped letting her body go limp looking down at the others helplessly.

Her eyes looked on at the others, it seemed like they had a plan even if she wasn’t entirely sure what plan was but she trusted Za completely, she was more frustrated that there was very little that she could do. Daiuske through a handful of shurikens at the ceiling luckily the missed her, it seemed like the was trying to indicate something the red-head with the limited range of movement that she had she could see small beams of sunlight breaking through the cracks that latticed the ceiling, so they were planning to bring it down, she nearly had time to formulate a through before she saw a large sphere of water heading her way and surrounding her breaking her free of the robes, no sooner had it formed it disappeared leaving her rather wet but otherwise unharmed, it was then Za stuck, a large ball of fire came at speed towards the ceiling breaking it fragile hold coming down, she knew she only had a few minutes before she hit the ground so grabbing at the robes that had bound her she swung herself up dodging most of the debris toward the new opening, thinking on her feet she through a smoke bomb into the room that the used to occupy hoping that was enough to cover their escape. Scanning around she made sure that the other were with her, she wasn’t about to leave any of them behind

Instantly in the following few seconds, everything slowed right down for everyone involved, it seemed that they tried to free Sumiko from the bind while working shortly the roof coming down would change everything in that split second, the jackal wasted no time in moving now darting in the blink of an eye he vanished. As the cloud from underneath the room begun to clear and the team of three were in the room it was clear that they had managed to at least get out of the hole. Though what would become apparent as it had cost them something for making such an action.

When they three managed to see each other two of them would be fine, but the situation had actually managed to get worse for Sumiko if that was even possible, she was now wearing a very nice glistening suit of red armor, that was held in place with the bindings connecting to every inch of her as it was locked tightly on her body keeping her standing still there, it seemed the words coming out against the very back of her neck.

"Looks like we are going to be friends for a while, hello there by the way"

The voice from the contract was clear as the sound of the smashing of a door behind them and the shadow that leaned over the students was clear. The huge jackal had the massive axe in a one-hand grip as it was standing in the door for those few minutes, not moving and not wanting to give anything away. The teeth curling up into something that could be considered a smile as it looks at the situation that it had in its eyes.

"Well now, looks like playtime is over, so will you run? Leave the weakness to rot away on their own accord?"

Daisuke burst through the floorboards alongside his fellow students in a cloud of smoke, ash, and splinters. Zatoru had done a fine job in blasting through the weakened structure to create a portal for the group to exit through, the timing was perfect, they seemed to be able to work well in tandem with one and other – but they weren’t out of the woods yet, far from it. Daisuke was pleasantly surprised to see that Sumiko had taken the initiative to visually cover their escape with a smoke bomb, it was like she had read his mind and knew the next stages of his plan. He held back a smile upon considering their teamwork, just long enough for any semblance of positivity to exit his mind.

His pearlescent blue eyes darted back towards his companions, Zatoru seemed to be doing fine, unscathed in the group’s exit. Sumiko, however was now sporting some sort of armour, a talking piece of armour at that. Daisuke scowled in thought, this was clearly linked to the noise he had heard previously – but yet he could not detect the being at the time, and now it had fastened itself to Sumiko. It did not seem to be her lucky day. The Minamoto boy took a moment to breathe, letting a sigh escape his lips as he watched the canine’s shadow betray its position in the doorway. They were trapped, there was nothing clear that the group could do. Daisuke brought his hands together and began to gather his chakra while he listened to the jackal – it posed a question, one that the boy felt he could somewhat answer, but not on behalf of his entire team. He glanced towards Sumiko and then Zatoru, weighing his options for a but a moment, despite there being very few.

Thankfully, as he had been spoken to, it did not defy the rules of the exam to vocally reply to the jackal. He let another breath slip out of his body while he centred himself and then spoke. “My father has always taught me the importance of comrades, my stance on the matter is not going to change because we are facing a difficult situation.” The air around Daisuke began to condense into three additional silhouettes that moved to surround Sumiko and her new armour. His water clones watched the speaking chest plate while the original blonde boy kept his gaze fixed on the jackal.

“Fighting isn’t my priority, but I won’t leave a comrade behind.”

It was finally in their reach, they were close to being able to say they made it. Za felt the brush of the air above them as the ceiling would collapse but looking back to Sumiko his eyes would drop. '...They are targetting her... Why?' Za would stop in his tracks right next to Daisuke. Eyes locked on Sumiko and then looking to Anubis and the armor that was strapped unto Sumiko. Za would think for a moment as they hadnt broken any of the rules in the exam. They'd done everything as perfect as he could.

"!!!" Za eyes would widen as he would hear Daisuke speak, "...Ugh, We were doing so good...", shaking his head then looking to the giant dog demon, "...He's right. Theres no chance I'd ever leave a comrade behind. Especially the one you've gotten wrapped up there.", Za spoke clearly, but there wasnt much of a play they could make from this situation.

They didnt have a move, they could only defend their position, but maybe they had something they would be able to react and counter? Who knew... However, his stance was that of someone that was unwavering. He had feelings for Sumiko, sure, but He cared about his friends. He wouldnt care about the potential of him dying or losing apart of himself. He would never leave someone behind like that....

Sumiko felt the air on her skin as she leapt through the hole in the ceiling and threw the thick cloud of smoke, tasting the cool fresh air as she landed gently just the other side of the hole and shivered a little her wet clothes and skin chilling her, it wasn't long before the celebrations were cut short, like a mouse that has just sprung a trap the fabric of the armour wrapped around her pulling her inside of him before she could even think about running, she had been caught and this time she knew was no getting out of it. Sumiko struggled in the tight binds of the armour trying in vain to move her limbs only finding them frozen in place like stone, it didn't take long before she gave up knowing that the only thing her struggling was achieving was wasting her energy she looked out to the others surprised to see them still standing there, they hadn't run, they had every chance to get away but they stayed. She knew at the point that was the lesson that Takeshi was trying to teach them, regardless if it meant laying down your own life you never abandon those in your team.

"I don't know what you are hoping to achieve, they won't leave me here and if one of them were in here rather then me, I wouldn't leave them either. Even though one of them is a stranger we are a team, you don't leave your team behind, we either all get out of this or none of us does, we will stick together no matter how hopeless the situation is." Sumiko spoke to the armour that held her body in place looking at Za and Daisuke then back to the great dog-headed beast then back to the two boys in front of her "Just as you wouldn't abandon your master, I wouldn't abandon them," Her voice was soft looking at Za as she spoke those words.

The suit of armour giggled against the girl's neck as it tightened its cords on her wrapping itself tightly against her and making sure she didn't move anywhere. Anubis stood there the axe held in his hand as he looked towards the kids, stalking up towards them, his hand coming out in a flash as he grabbed the boy that had been assigned as Zatoru by the face, the huge creature's hand swamped his head as he hauled the boy off his feet holding him by his head in the massive grip, the jackal's breath cascading off the boy as he looked towards the three of them. It seemed that they were going to be wanting to fight, but a fight was not one that they would win here. The suit of armour started to walk the girl out of the building heading her straight away towards the Academy.

"You know, I had hoped that things would end differently than they had, but after all of this hunting and all of this searching, this is how it would end. And here I was wanting blood and vengeance, I guess not, even against you boy it would have been sweat to hear the screams you could produce."

Dropping the boy his huge fangs coming down inches from the other boy known as Daisuke. He looked there for a few minutes before chuckling to himself and walking out of the room turning his huge head towards the suit of armour it seemed that he was going to be giving instructions to the suit of armour.

"You know what to do now"

With that, the huge jackal creature dissipated leaving just the three students and a suit of armour, though it seemed that the armour would be taking the girl on a walk as it continued to ponder her towards the Academy.

"With your actions and the outcome we are not ordered to return you all to the academy, there is to be no delay or hesitation these are the orders of the Sennin follow me lets get you all back"

With that, the suit of armour continued to walk the girl with or without her will towards the Academy to take them all back to hear the judgement that had been made.

Daisuke looked over towards the jackal, his stare unwavering despite the intimidating presence before him. The Minamoto boy was rather pleased to have heard the responses from his companions, it was pretty clear that they had a similar mindset to himself. He took a breath, glancing to them first before listening to the jackal further, it seemed as though Anubis didn’t want to – or rather didn’t have authorisation, to progress the hostilities further. Daisuke kept his smirk reasonably hidden as he watched the creature turn around before disappearing in a puff of smoke.

He turned, looking over his companions, and noticed that Sumiko was still in her bindings. A reasonably frustrating turn of events, but one summon present was better than two. That was for sure. But it seemed that as soon as Anubis left, the hostilities seemed to become much less than they previously were. Daisuke watched on as it was made clear that it was time to head to the academy, maybe now they would learn their fates. He held onto his cage, with rabbit still somehow intact – though it was not quite as comfortable as it had been earlier. With that observation in mind, he began to walk alongside his fellow students, back to the academy.

The grip of Anubis was one that made Za quiver... but all in all, he wasn't afraid, he had a team with him... and if he would go down they would go down together. Though, Za would clench at the beings gaping paw. Though, as he would be released he would know that things would work in his favor, looking to Daisuke and then Sumiko Za felt like they had stopped the beast from attacking? Somehow? Who knew in the end of things but... the crimson-haired lad wasnt about to stop it. Standing to his feet and looking at Sumiko.

"Ya gonna let her go?", Za would say as he would pick up Sumiko's cage and his own before heading back with them. Asking every few moments about the armor letting Sumiko go... to no avail...

Sumiko felt the armour move as it laughed tightening its grip around her neck, she tried to move her arms to stop it but it was useless, there was nothing that she could do against its grasp on her. She looked on helplessly as Anbus grabbed Za lifting him up by his head, her heart raced thinking that he might be in harm's way and she could do nothing to stop it. The armour turned taking her vision away from the rest of the group and started walking away back towards the academy.
