Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Today's story would happen in an average sized classroom in the Grand Halls of Learning. This was going to be a great addition to the very structure of shinobi training however it was quite twisted, because these children were being trained as soldiers, killers, and assassins with all in between. Power without control would only make an unstable world so building like these were necessary. It was about 8:00am in the morning, of course being underground doesn't really help with the knowing of the outside scenery, however we manage. Especially with little things that could change the scenery before your eyes. When people would enter this room if they took time to look at the ceiling then they would notice that it was imitating how the outside world looked in the morning. It was a kind gesture upon the part of the R&D department. The second thing they would notice is that a slender, dark skinned man with snow white hair and emerald eyes would be standing at the front of classroom sitting on a desk. His attire was comprised of robes and golden jewelry. His look was relaxed laid back and calm it looked as if he was zoned out as well. Every few minutes or so he'd pick up a small book that sat next to him with the title "الرونية أرضي" and begin reading. In the front of Chou sat 20 small bags in 2 lines of 10. Each one had a number labeled on them however the numbers went from 0-19 instead of 1-20. There was a blackboard with words written in red chalk, and the words read
Instructor: Ikuzumi Chou,
Class: Bomb Diggity class about Runic Terran, Jutsu, and Strategy

This class is open, and completely welcome to anyone who'd like to give something to a new experience.

Warning! There will be a funny smell, some of you may become slightly disoriented, some may become distracted however do not fret! It will all be for the better!

It seemed as if no one planned oncoming by to his room. Chou simply continued reading his book of the ancient language trying to understand the Runic Terran as best as he could. Being that he was from this land it wasn't that difficult. Some of these symbols looked familiar to the symbols in his home. It was most likely a form of broken language he's seen around the clan. They were using bits and pieces for tiny things in a way to influence the learning method for the old tongue. سيف meant sword and it was a common symbol he saw before. Another word he recognized was عائلة it meant family. Chou began delving into the alphabet of the runic terran. It was lined up in an awkward fashion but it was meant to be a game. الحروف الأبجدية.... As he progressed he began to realize that words format is what really brought them together. This was great he was learning quickly but this was only the beginning and he had much more to go. Oh well since no one was coming Chou began to sigh and close his book. He'd finish his self taught terran another day for now he wanted to go home.

It was kind of early in the morning, but who could tell? Anyway, that's how Aori felt as she strode through the dark village of Sunagakure. It was kind of depressing, but she loved her village. This is her home and she would defend it to death. The small, pale girl wore very few clothes, for she was hot. All these flames and laterns to light the world around her made her skin uncomfortable, and she loathed the sensation of sweating idly. She wasn't very gifted anyhow. The only thing special about her is her porcelain skin and her ANBU mask. Aori felt safe behind it, for men were not very shy about gawking at her, even in public. With this mask, she was able to maneuver about the village quite unnoticed. She dressed in very short shorts made from fur and nylon fishnets. On her torso, she wore arm length fishnets and a red, silk material that did not cover her shoulders and ended just above her navel in a point. There was something about the atmosphere of travel that Aori liked. She loved to take long walks, but to constantly be moving. She is very agile for that reason too. There was something about being in the air while it moved that made her feel good.
"Huh?"
Having been traveling with her eyes fixed on the ground, lost in thought, a huge building captured her attention.
"The library..."
She'd only been inside once, and that was a few years ago, when she was becoming a Genin. Memories intrigued her enough to wander inside. The entrance she used placed her directly in the library. Surrounded by shelves and shelves of books, the girl entered a state of blind wonderment. She danced along in the library and soon wandered outside of it, into the hallways of the building- the Grand Halls of Learning. Old faces and past conversations floated around in her head as she remembered her classmates and her teachers and her exam proctors and the whole learning experience. It was wonderful- the best years of her life. Now, she is an ANBU and duty constantly calls. Today, she suspected there wasn't much to do, so she woke up as early as she could to explore her village and feel the sensations of movement. Aori was still dancing when she happened across the very first classroom she would ever sit in as an academy student. She wondered what it looked like, now that time had obscured it. Would her sensei and fellow classmates be waiting inside for her?
In a twirl, Aori entered the classroom and observed, but as she did so, her state of wonderment shattered and reality came crashing down on her. A man- no a boy... a young man stood before the classroom as if waiting to begin a lesson, but no one was there. His stature, his position, the Déjà vu struck her. The day she was called to return to class after it had been dismissed, her sensei stood in that very spot, holding a book in his hand, waiting on his star pupil to praise. That was the day he told Aori's parents about her ninja-ing. They didn't take it very well, despite all the good news he'd had for them. She shook the memories off and gazed into the young boy's eyes. He didn't look very old to her, probably no older than she was herself. She would teach children too, but the ANBU keep her very busy.
Chou was sighing, from exasperation it seemed, and he was lowering the book he had been reading from his face. Aori expected that he would look up to see her, and then she could get a better look at his eyes. That's the way she assessed people; by their eyes.
"Oh... Hello," she'd nearly whispered, so she tried again with more confidence, "Uh, hi."
The young man had dark skin and donned gold jewelry. His skin fascinated her, the exact opposite of her own. She wanted to touch it. What would it feel like? Would it rub off onto hers and leave a smudge? Silly questions, but Aori loved to imagine.
"My name is Hanako, Aori." She held her hand out for him to shake it. A ruse. She just wanted to feel his skin.

What was this? A small pale skinned girl stood before Chou, while he was preparing to leave. She seemed so tiny and so unnoticeable but that skin was definitely something to notice. Her voice and manner of speech however was very plain. The girl before him started off by saying "Oh hello" then "Uh hi". She greeted him twice like she was trying to find the proper way to say it. Her voice was soft and it sounded as if she was whispering but raising her voice. Chou simply chuckled and hopped off his desk. He was happy, no excited to have someone in the classroom finally. He smiled at her and waited for her to finish her introduction before he'd start his.

The next movement of hers was surprising to Chou since he already had an initial idea about her. The girl extended her hand and said "My name is Hanako, Aori." He smiled and grasped her hand shaking it firmly. "Now that is a real greeting. Hello I'm Ikuzumi Chou and welcome to my class of random instructions. Today you have a few choices of lessons to do. Since it's just you get ready for some serious one on one. Anyways your choices are Runic Terran language lesson, A battle strategy scenario, and stealth 101. Choose wisely.

Chou would recede back to the desk and await the girl's decision.

Ikuzumi Chou. His eyes were green like her own, but brighter and happier. She liked what she saw in his eyes, so friendly and inviting! She especially liked his firm handshake, although his hand did overtake hers entirely. When Chou pulled his hand from hers after shaking it so firmly, Aori looked down at her palms and fingers immediately to see if her prediction became true.
Nope. Nothing. Strange.
She started to giggle to herself for being so silly. If he had left a smudge on her hand, then that should intrigue her more than the fact that he didn't. The instructor gave Aori three topics to choose from. It was then that she realized this man
was supposed to be teaching a class.
Aori sat down in one of the desks in the front row and told the teacher she'd like to learn about Runic Terran. Sitting there in anticipation, absorbing everything about her surroundings, she became aware of a funny smell. It wasn't a bad smell, but it made her slightly dizzy. She glanced upwards at the ceiling to make sure nothing was moving but she saw the oddest thing. The sky? No... couldn't be. She'd only seen the sky once, and never anywhere down here in this part of Sunagakure, but then again she was no longer thinking straight. After all, she is looking at the sky, which is supposed to be impossible. How is this happening? It is very pretty. Will he teach her to do that too? What did the floor look like? Just a floor. Why couldn't he make this cool too? Is it hot in here? It's probably hotter outside. Oh, wait she is outside. Or is she outside? Oh yeah, she never figured it out. Why hasn't he started talking yet?
"I...Ikuzumi? What's going on? Are we outside? What's that smell?"
Aori didn't realize how much the smell was affecting her. Great. She fell right into a trap. A noxious trap. How will she escape?
