Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Yuna finally arrived here after her short talk with the Main Branch Sennin. She regrettably had to take out a few of the guards. It was her recent scanning of the ANBU Sennin Office, now her office, that there was a place of importance. And whilst she has been stealthy, she has seen that there were bodies of people that have gone missing as of late. Mainly prisoners and the scum of the earth, but something to note.

Seeing the decaying bodies made Yuna think about how far Miro and her group will go to get this material that's hidden away here. Back to the present, the ANBU Sennin had decided to take a more stealthy approach. And while she no doubt has the power for this, maybe what is needed right now is the finesse. The type of finesse to take out anyone and listen to what's being said. All the information that she gains is important for a mission such as this.

But as she takes each step closer to the mines, she felt further and further away from the connection between her and her two contracts. Not only that, but her focus would exceed expectations of even a seasoned ninja, as she was able to pick up life forms all around her by their sound. Yes, by their sound, not how they interrupt the natural flow of energies throughout the world. She would hear... What sounds like mini waterfalls. It was something to get used to, but she had experienced this before and soon it just became background noise for her to get cues from.

Sneaking around, she got the gist of the area. Prisoners were being made into slaves to work endlessly in this mine. She doesn't know how much has been already shipped off to Raiden knows where, but right now she can stop anymore from leaving these mines. The Chigokai would listen and hear people talking. Those that are calling themselves members of the Umbrafell. And as for this material, the Eos Prism, supposedly can make someone see the future and channel deity or cosmic like powers. While Yuna can potentially see that Miro maybe wanted a better future for Cloud, she definitely failed in the execution department.

Just hearing about it all is making her blood boil. Not literally, but she definitely is losing her hold of the close connection with her contracts and the Ocean. But in return, she felt her own Chigokai powers come back in full force. But.... There seems to be something else there... Her own heartrate was low as she stayed hidden, looking for an opportunity to arise. And when it did, she made it quick and painless. She would be able to take out most of the Umbrafell members without them even seeing her. And if any did manage to catch a glimpse before they fell to the ground dead, they would see a feminine figure in anbu attire sporting a plain white mask.

By now, most of the guards were dead with only a couple left. By this time, the prisoners/slaves realized what was happening. Some were relieved. While others, it seems, looked at Yuna scornfully. The ones that seemed to have some sort of hatred for their rescuer, tried to charge at her. All advances were quickly stopped when one man let out a howl of pain and couldn't move his body at all. Blood came out of his eyes and mouth as he screamed for it to stop. Yuna could stop... But she was far from done. All of the pressure on her, from her time in Sand, the sheer amount of paranoia that she had received when not knowing who to trust in Sand, along with her failure to kill Akkuma. Her sudden rise to Sennin hood with the information brought to her regarding Miro's outside activities. The main branch Sennin challenging Yuna's right to be a Sennin. And her dad... Yuna is still processing the lost of her father, and with all these things piling on... It really is a wonder that she hasn't snapped sooner.

The man eventually died in a horrific way that made all the other prisoners and slaves think twice about trying to rush Yuna. "If you want to live you will follow my orders exactly as I give them. Any deviations and you will meet the same fate. Leave this place and await a safe distance away. I will blow this place up. Afterwards, I will escort you all back to the prison in the Village. If I find out a single person leaves... Everyone here will die." She made her threat clear as the slaves/inmates made their way out of the mines.

She looked around. There were a number of dead bodies of the Umbrafell members, but no doubt that some managed to get away as Yuna had to deal with the prisoner mob. It's nothing that she can deal with now, that she has to babysit these prisoners. She would scour the area until she came across an office type place. And while it does seem that the place was sealed away, Yuna simply formed some handseals and blew open the wall beside the door and walked in to take whatever documents that she can find on the matter.

Soon after the whole mines were lined with paper bombs, something to surely cause a panic. She tapped her headset and told her agents to tell the public of an old mine collapse to keep anyone from getting too curious. And while she is not wrong, she will need to talk to Kitsune about it. Not really thinking, Yuna picked up one of the Eos Prisms and felt her whole body go into shock. She was seeing things that she couldn't really comprehend.

All of the images seemed to flash before her at high speeds, speeds that even a trained Sennin's eyes can't comprehend or react to fast enough. Pain flared up throughout her entire body. And just like that, it was all gone and she was back in the mines. Yuna shook the pain out of her mind and decided to make sense of it all at a later time. But for now... She brought out a summoning scroll and sealed away the small chunk of Eos Prism. She'll definitely need to discuss this with the Raikage later. As for the rest of this...

And explosion ensued destroying any and all evidence of the illegal mining operation that had taken place. Yuna did a headcount of all the prisoners to see that they are all accounted for and brought them back to the Village.

(Had Miro's permission to use Umbrafell and Eos Prisms for this mission-esque type of thread)
(Miro wanted at least some of her Umbrafell members to live Dokkan and Vigil are the named ones amongst some other faceless npc umbrafell members)
