Jin enjoyed his time in a traveling alone, despite the number of people he passed by in random villages and crossovers, none of them seemed to enjoy traveling and gathering documents as he did. Entering the Lightning territory, the skies were quite clear - not one would expect for the namesake of the village, full of dark clouds and lightning bolts crawling across the skies. Instead, he was greeted by a breezy prairie and a gentle mountain in view. Instead of moving towards the village's check point, he found himself sitting on top of a wooden stump, his scrolls and papers neatly clumped beside him with a piece of rock to prevent them from flying away with the wind.
Taking out a brush and a flask of ink, slowly dipping the brush and wiping away the excess, he took out a scroll with his open hand and laid it open in front of him. With a wave of his hand, his brush danced across the paper, the landscape before him slowly taking appearance in his scroll. In a few minutes, Jin took his last dip in the ink before finishing his artwork, a full view of Lightning's plains before entering the village itself.
With everything set, he rolled up the paper knowing the ink has dried, sealing it with a blue ribbon before packing up and looking towards the horizon, or yet - the mountains. Hopefully, these people are hospitable enough to share their public information, such simple thing would be most appreciated.
