Born in the outskirts of De Cevitate Attonbitus, the high reaches of the mountains was always an inspiration throughout most of his childhood. And he lived there peacefully for most of his youngest years.
But everything changed once the Kumogakure nin visited, they used his home as a forwarding base to repel invading forces from Bear Country, as they went out, and came back beat or broken, Tetsuo spent his time tending to them, constantly told by his mother it was duty to help the Shinobi as they were there fighting for him and his family. Tetsuo showed talent, and in the hours of downtime the shinobi attempted to show him techniques in Chakra molding and jutsu techniques, it didn’t take long before Tetsuo revealed, to his own much surprise that he had talents.
With permission from his mother, once the shinobi had finished their mission he was to accompany them back to Kumogakure.
After a long trek to the village, the little kid was left at the Academy grounds to be showed around by a sensei. There he lived at the Academy grounds and passionately worked his way through the system, managed to get to Genin mostly unscathed, but strong and ready for the perceived world for a 14th year old.
His big brown furry eyebrows became a major calling point, even going so far as nicknaming him ‘furry eyebrows’ even his superiors seemed to enjoy calling him by it.
At his chuunin exams they had the audacity to place him in a group of three where-in he wasn’t designated as the leader or the strategist, but as the exam began they quickly learned that that’s exactly what they should have done. As the team was almost wiped out, by a group of enemy shinobi from Hoshigakure that tried to sabotage the whole event, and murder as many students as they could. Tetsuo found out only too late as the shinobi had managed to corner him and his team, he decided right then and there to take over and begin barking orders at his team and in doing so they managed to survive barely, Tetsuo himself got a major scar upon his cheekbones underneath his left eye from him jumping in front of an otherwise lethal jutsu; Heavenly Rain Drive. It was at this moment a red spirit, a strength of passion and of pure energy, truly awakened within him, manifesting eyes of the Uchiha within and upon him. Fortunately before it all went too far for them the older Shinobi from Kumo came in time and got the enemy sorted, after which they commended Tetsuo’s bravery and skills in leadership. And was granted his Chuunin rank together with his team.
Among the Shinobi that witnessed this feat and beginnings of an Uchiha, was Saito Akira, the then ANBU Captain. During his Chuunin years him and Tatsuo became friends and on numerous occasions sent Tatsuo out on personal missions and tasks this became an almost weekly even sometimes daily routine. Visit Akira, hang out, go on missions.
He had plenty of time to practice, work on, and train in the arts of the Uchiha, although he knew not from when or where the bloodline came into his family tree as his mother had not shared any information on the where-abouts or stories of his father. Only thing he knew was the family relations through his mother which lacked any and all chakra control potential.
It didn’t take long for him to get the funds for his own place in the Seki District, and to get up the ranks among the Main Branch. He spent many years as a Shinobi going on numerous missions against the Bear Country both diplomatic and others. Even attaining the rank of Jounin and keeping it for years still maintaining his work relationship with Saito. But after a time he ended up requesting from the then Raikage to leave for a journey home to his mother. Taking a time off where he spent several years repairing his foster home, caring for the land as well as his then dying mother.
That was several years ago. And now Saito Akira has returned to Kumogakure and even taken the mantle of Raikage. It didn’t take long for Akira Saito to begin pulling his old network of old friends and allies, among those was Hayamachi Tetsuo. Having been living in the house far away from Kumogakure his life has been mostly untouched by the recent drama in Cloud, and so his return to the village would come with shock and awe at the changes he had missed in his time away.
During his time away, many things had changed, not only to Kumogakure, but to Tetsuo as well. His mother never managed to tell him about the truth behind his eyes and his bloodline potential, so it would be something he had spent many restless nights reading into family records and many notes and letters inside of the household. Only evidence he found through many years were notes of a traveler visiting for awhile, and then leaving again. In the notes 8 months past without much text, and boom, suddenly a son had appeared, the identity and the mission this traveler was on he had yet to figure out. And he might never..
He had spent years training and practicing, reading up on the powers of the eyes he now possessed, even boldly as he went, contacted Isaki Kushin on notes, which he complied with, curiously enough and sent a few books he and his apprentice had written.
Saito Akira had already set up his position, he shall be a teacher, a sensei of the new generation. And this was the perfect place to put him, he thought to himself as he set foot into the Academy to assess the newest batch of students.
