Living this lavish was something he was quite unused to. Enzeru's home in Kirigakure had been....well it had been the Barracks where the ANBU were housed. He had an apartment in the slums of the city but he never used it. So a place like this, where the amenities that were necessary and the ones that were simply good to have, was quite unlike the spartan arrangements of the Barracks where you had a cot, a locker, and a shower. Here he had a bed with a soft matress, something that he barely used due to it being far too soft for what he was used to. Here he had a wardrobe and closet, which also went unused since he had exactly two outfits with him and changed between them daily. Here he had a bathroom with its own toilet and mirror, he used those.
The month since he moved in proved to be quite educational for the foreign ANBU. He was learning about Sand; the government and people, the culture and cuisine, the beating heart of the village itself. But he took his vow quite seriously. Even though she might not always be able to see him, Enzeru had little doubt Kimi could scent his presence when she went about business in the city. He was not overbearing, nor was he a smothering thing on her. If she ever gave an indication of wanting privacy when he was about he was more than happy to give it to her. But he promised before her father and the leader of this village no harm would come to her while he breathed and he intended to keep that promise.
He stood now in his room, his brown pants all he wore as he stood on his hands and his feet rested against the wall. Many thought archery was a combat method for those who lacked the muscle to swing a sword around but in truth it required just as much or more strength to do properly. He was currently working those muscles in his arms, lowering himself until his head just barely tapped the floor, then lifting himself back up to the extent his arms could go. His face was to the wall, sweat dripping off his form as he did this workout.
