The rest of the class began making their way to the colosseum as Kibashi watched the instructor dismiss his attempt at mannerisms and respect. Fortunately, the boy had grown up with rather unorthodox teaching methods that normally results in physical or psychological abuse, as such he remained relatively unfazed at the instructor’s dismissive personality. His eyes remained eerily focused ahead of him, not a single muscle being moved as he awaited for the arrival of other students. The boy was abnormally disciplined, remaining completely still and keeping his focus completely forward until he finally closed his eyes. He began meditating calmly until his ears picked up the sound of footsteps from another arrival. It seems that other students were finally showing up to class.
The first arrival was a pink haired boy sporting a black training outfit of sorts. He opened his eyes at the newcomer’s arrival and his amber eyes met the pink boys gaze as he watched him walk up to him and introduce himself. The handshake was unexpected, perhaps Kibashi was a full of formality as he was unaccustomed to handshake, instead he was accustomed to the traditional bow towards all those he would meet. They seemed to be around the same age he thought, returning the boys handshake he nodded at the introduction and responded in return
”It is a pleasure to meet you Shimamura-san. I am Nagasuro Kibashi.” Once the introduction was in order, his eyes looked over to what seemed to be a young pink dressed girl coming into the class.
The girl seemed younger than both the male classmates as he stood up and gave a bow in her direction towards her introduction.
”Pleasure to meet you Nanjirou-san, I am Nagasuro Kibashi” he responded to the young girls introduction. She seemed to be dressed in a rather cutesy fashion, which seemed odd to Kibashi as he was unaccustomed to such outfits towards training sessions but he paid it no mind, not a single muscle in his facial expressions changing to show any kind of emotion towards the irregularity. Once introductions were complete, he returned to a seiza seating position.
Kibashi took notes as Kyo explained the class curriculum and the differences in Ninjutsu types. His eyes never left Kyo as he took notes, but somehow his notes were perfectly eligible and extremely well written with neat handwriting, a skill he had obtained during his time taking notes in stressful learning situations. Elemental affinities, he had yet to really delve into his own affinity as he only recently learned about his ability to mold chakra, as such he had in experiencing in performing chakra related tasks.
The young student was unfazed at the teacher slicing his wrist, he simply continued taking notes as he watched his instructor demonstrate control over his own chakra and blood. As the blood rained upon him and his fellow classmates, Kibashi merely closed his notebook to avoid his notes being ruined by the blood rain, a strange calm across his face as if the situation was completely normal, showing absolutely no discomfort in being showered in his instructors blood. Once the rain had ended, he opened his notebook and wrote down the words
[Sulfur Scented Blood] as a note to himself to perform research on the strange scent he smelled from the blood, it obviously was not natural. Upon seeing the instructor use the blood offensively, he took more notes on how chakra had the ability to mold liquids into a solid substance, a truly remarkable feat, though his face once again lacked any emotion towards the rather interesting development. A very slight interest could be seen in his eyes however.
His attention was diverted to the young girl as she seemed to run off in a panic from the class. Perhaps these type of lessons were uncommon to shinobis he wondered? He seemed to take notes down to that as well, as if to remind himself that this type of behavior may have been unacceptable to society and that more research would have to be done on his part.
Once the instructor asked for a demonstration, Kibashi stood up unaware really of what to do. After all, he had never done Ninjutsu before, being a primarily Taijutsu using warrior. Despite his inexperience, he had already been reading textbook material on Ninjutsu and Genjutsu related techniques. He had been practicing one particular jutsu at the time after reading that it was a basic jutsu that most shinobi should learn. After performing the necessary handseals, he vanished in a cloud of smoke, a log replacing his location as he had performed the Body Switch jutsu. He returned to the area and return to his seiza position, sitting in front of his sword once again.
