Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

For a second he had a faint hope the situation would be better here. After all, the Crown was notable for gathering the richest and most respected people of Suna, so it would make sense most of the looters and those seeking their ill devised "justice" would come there. Still, he couldn’t be to surprise to see the Sietch was overrun as well. He guessed some of the more notable families and people had enough funds to properly secure their home's, and these here were a safe middle ground for having something to loot and not have too much trouble entering. Or perhaps these opportunistic thugs just didn’t know any better, only wanting to cause havoc as close as possible.

Running towards the area wasn’t that much of a problem. Having the giant mercenary, Oleg, dashing behind him was enough to intimidate most people with ill intentions away from them. And most likely the fact they wiped out several groups of people earlier on helped. Coming closer to the Sietch made it more trouble, some thugs willing to try their luck with them. Still, even in his full run, Harupia did not have trouble conjuring a solid block of sand to knock over someone trying to stop him. And if that wasn’t enough, the charging Juggernaut behind him was enough to deal with anyone trying to give chase. Still, they were the least of his worries...at least in terms on what he needed to focus on. They came here in search for the brother of Oleg, and they knew he had a shop in this district, but they had no idea where in particular. They were also searching for a guard who was heading there...with very little lead as to where he could possibly be besides the shop of the brother himself.

Panting a bit, having been in a run since the Crown district, the brief stops only to make sure his attacks were properly aimed, Haru slowed a bit to match his pace with Oleg while saying "We should head towards...the main alley. Even if you brother's shop isn’t there... We're most likely to find someone who knows more form there...I’m almost certain we didn’t pass it by yet, unless I missed these savages fighting over pies..." he said with a weak joke, trying to piece it together somehow. He had to many lose leads. He know Hiro would probably have a similar uniform as the guard he talked to... and that the brother would look most likely similar to his companion. And he was looking for sweets...and maybe mints? Perhaps a green looking shop? All the while trying not to get lost in the chaos around them still.

Oleg simply nodded in agreement, still with a jovial look on his face, though seemingly more focused. He couldn’t blame him really. He had no idea just how long he was searching for his brother, and adding the lengthen their search, it’s been a long time. And he was somewhere in the middle of this chaos. He did mention he was a peaceful man by nature, and with how distraught he felt, he could only imagine what the baker had to be going through. It was hard to tell whether he was growing weary or not in his silence, but as far as he followed him, he wouldn’t question it.

After a bit more running, they finally reach the alley he mentioned. It was usually one of the main arteries of the village...Given the large population of the Sietch and the abundance of shops and stalls, you were almost sure to see a crowd moving through the area for most of the day, till the very late nights, families, friends going over their daily business, watching the wares of the various places, simply enjoying themselves as best as they could. Sure, it wasn’t as polished as the Palais, but at the same time it sometimes felt more lively, refreshing. Haru remembered when he was younger and would come here, crafting his first sculptures, trying to hide himself so his father wouldn’t smack him down for wasting his time. He enjoy d the hustle and bustle...so the eerie silence he witnessed now was all the more agonizing.

The street was mostly empty, the shops either locked down by all locks or broken into and empty. It did make sense he guessed. The civilians would probably steer clear of such open spaces to hide away from any robbers, and the robbers would probably go deeper to try and find them. While he could hear shouts far of into he distance, it seemed this part of the street was more or less cleaned of, at least for the moment. At least that gave them some time to search for information... though it was not that effective. As much she tried to knock onto he doors of the locked buildings, or try and call out within those which were broken in, they didn’t manage to find anyone willing to assist them. They managed to find some thus in the middle of their craft...some of them simply ran off at the sight of them. Some needed to be convinced by the large arms of Oleg or a couple of sand projectiles whizzing by them...or towards them if necessary.

After searching or trying to reach few houses like this Harupia was starting to grow more and more frustrated. He was trying to help, but so far he was just mopping up stragglers and trying to find clues about a place he should have known about into he first place probably...he just wished he could actually, tangibly help someone in some way...and just as the happened, he heard a loud scream coming from the side as they reached an intersection the alley. Not thinking much, he ran forward, wanting to reach the source of the shout as soon as possible, since it seemed to be rather close by. And sure enough, they were. A couple with a child cowering behind them, a lone men in front of them trying to defend them, and 6 thugs who were about to overpower the lone defender. Needing to act quick he decided to not rise the sends this time, charging at them while preforming a quick set of seals. As one of the thugs turned to see him approaching, he would see the air around Harupia condensing, before he fired out a barrage of , six projectiles in total, each aimed at one of them.

The one who turned managed to defend himself with his arms, the other struck by the small projectiles, knocking them of balance in confusion. The one who defended himself was the first target, ramming his fist into his face at full speed. Not an elegant attack, but with the momentum and the Shinobis strength it was strong enough to knock the men of flying. Harupia didn’t waste much time, running into the middle of the five other people, but then simply standing in place and directing his hands towards two of them. From the ground the sand would kick up for the [url=http://www.ninpocho.com/viewtopic.php?f=130&t=5517]Sand Stream
technique, the two thugs. While they trid to avoid the strikes they would soon get hit, one being knocked to the wall of a building and the other to the ground. Another one tried to come from behind the Sunaku, but his sand was there to protect him, deflecting the blow of the pipe the thug held in hand. With a swift turn from Harupia, the send lashed out on the target, the stream of sand smashing his against the wall. He heard the remaining two approaching from behind, but as he turned to defend himself he saw the giant Oleg grab each of the thugs by their heads, effortlessly lifting them up, and then smacking both into each other, knocking them down with little effort. The Giant simply laughed towards the smaller Sunaku, commenting on how he needed to slow down if he didn’t want to lose him.

Harupia chuckled in a nervous fashion as he thanked for help, before turning to the civilians he helped and asking whether they were ok, helping out the men who was defending them earlier. All seemed well with the family, who were of course great full for the assistance. As well as their defender from before the two arrived. a younger men who introduced himself as...Hiro. As it turned out he was in the middle of his way back to his employers home when the attack broke out, and he was slowly trying to get back since, but couldn’t leave the family behind. there was at least a silver lining in all this. After a brief discussion and a few directions Harupia knew where they needed to head off. Still, hall this searching has left his body a bit tired... it has been several hours since the whole ordeal started. Still, Harupia was ready to charge of, in spite of the family offering them a place to stay over for the night, or at least for a bit of rest. But he felt Oleg's hand on his shoulder stopping him, saying even a good warrior without sleep can’t do much. After a bit of deliberation Harupia accepted the offer as they headed towards the home...though he wasn’t quite sure how he'd manage to sleep at this point...
