Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Kuro had just finished a small reunion with his remaining family inside Sunagakure when a messenger bearing his father's seal left him a scroll. After bidding Sousuke and Kazuki well and leaving the Orb of Burden with Michino Kuro went to an old sound and sight isolated chamber and activated the ancient barriers within it. Kuro sat down and read the missive and then wave his chakra through it for the secret messages that would only respond to him. The majority of the letter was indeed mundane. Kaibudo spoke of his and mother's journies through Iron Country and the remnants of family still remaining there. What was unexpected was his father's remarks about the old sensory arrays near the mobile fortress set near the remains of Babylos. There were thousands of enemies running rampant, Unbent by the chakra echoes before the sensors themselves were drained of energy. The sketches hidden in the scroll showed inhuman masses of unbent emerging from the very earth and sands hidden for so long. No one could go there outside of Kuro, Hyakujuuonouu, or the unbent themselves. Kuro had sealed that area in order to quell Mother Suna;'s need to control or kill Sousuke. Now Kuro would need to once again preserve the last Ancients of Mother Suna's lineage as per their pact and eradicate all threats to their seclusion or have the mobile fortress moved. Either way Kuro needed to move and move now, this would not be as easy as when he had greater powers and mobility but he could still unleash his wrath in a fashion if necessary.

Kuro quickly gathered his remaining weapons and his identification before exiting the main gates newly built during his work in the desert. It was good to see that Sousuke and the Kazekage had been able to do so much after he stepped down from his sennin position.

With a wave and a scroll left to the guards at the gate giving his general heading and personal mission background to them so that they might notify Sousuke and Kazuki of his heading. Kuro setoff for the hidden sands at full speed in his reconstructed body.

Mission Name: Protection from the Swarms
Mission Type: SSM/Medical/Oracle/Ranger
Mission Rank: S-rank
Objective: Kuro was working to install new leadership for the Dojo when he received reports of swarms of Fatalist Method monstrosities terrorizing the land. Kuro sets off after a quick talk with Throne Candidates to eliminate and study the opposition. These attacks don't sound like normal Unbent. Using his medical and martial knowledge Kuro will patrol the deep sands where normal nin would not be authorized to go.

As part of his duties, Kuro will rescue as many people as he can and eliminate as much of the swarm as he possibly can.

With each group of twelve or more that Kuro manages to eliminate he will then set up a quick barrier so that he can take medical notes on any abnormalities that can be singled out as weaknesses and use his shadow servants to deliver messages concerning his findings. Not only will Kuro do a physical and mental exam on each refugee, and treat them accordingly, but Kuro will also perform field autopsies of enemies he manages to take down in 1 piece.

Any refugees that Kuro saves will receive a devil link seal as a marker of Kuro's actions and it will also contain any relevant information that Kuro can place inside this seal dictating where the refugee was found, their medical condition, their known status and if any thing strange is noted about them. Any Suna medic or Suna Anbu will be able to quickly take in this information by accessing the seal with Anbu or Medic jutsu which will allow them to receive Kuro's memories and words.

Notes: This is connected to this event (The Kings and Queens at the Wall)

The sands did not give way to Kuro’s movement techniques for he had long ago mastered the soundless step upon the dunes, his touch as he ran across the sands would give no more dispersal of energy or disruption than a cricket or a scuttling scorpion. With ground shrinking strides Kuro shot across the ancient desert to the location where Mother Suna’s kindred were kept safe from corruption and worse by Ancient Rangers long ago lost to the annals of Sunagakure’s history. His body had indeed changed, he was far more demon than human now and he had never been very close to humanity to begin with. With his pact with Mother Suna and the blood shared he now had more Ancient DNA than Human and his demon blood was over fifty percent. It was safer to say that Kuro was truly an immortal monster since he had left his position as a Sennin. With his reinforced body he could control dark chakra and his muscle fibers with over six hundred percent efficiency.

As he sped along the dunes Kuro saw smoke in the distance. A caravan that had been tricked off its path by bandits was now under siege. Even the bandits themselves that had originally waylaid the caravan were now fighting desperately to live as over four hundred scions of the swarm attacked the living for their chakra and their flesh. Kuro changed his direction and became a blur as he actually made sure that his steps bore weight and menace now as his demon and ancient blood literally surged with dark chakra releasing small black orbs from both his shoulders and neck the size of coins. Three orbs in all flickered to life as they paced with Kuro attached to his reforged body by thin dark chakra strings. As he sighted in on his targets which were using fatalist methods to drain what little chakra remained in the area and the people they attacked. These were obviously Unbent, but far more voracious. They were not like those that had once been imprisoned in the dark citadel beneath Old Sunagakure. These Unbent were not singular individuals, they literally moved as a mass. Perhaps they had a hivemind or another singular form of intellect or instinct.

The monstrosities attacked in mass so Kuro unleashed his initial barrage of kinetic jutsu to slow and or destroy these monsters and give the living a chance to flee. Aiming for the center of the massive swarm Kuro released two ninjutsu as he closed in to a distance he felt would allow him maximum effective range and battle control.

Concussion Pulse
[spoiler\A technique that released a widespread pulse of kinetic chakra that pushes aside and tosses foes like ragdolls. The force of the impact, while not particularly devastating, is strong enough to stun and dazing those caught up by this invisible force after throwing them away.

Information
Prerequisites: - Kinesis Affinity, A-rank, 4 Mastered Kinesis Techniques, Shockwave Mastered

Rank 2: Releases a pulse of Kinetic energy that effects three targets at +3 Accuracy. This deals 3740 damage with a 36% chance of suppression and 'Stun'.

Special Action: By paying +20% Cp, the user may choose to sacrifice the 'Stun' chance -or- lower base damage by -15% -or- target only a single enemy in order to allow this jutsu to suppress 1 Ap instead of .5, with a +8% bonus to activating.
Rank 2 Cost: 1925 Cp

Notes:
- The 'Stun' effect lowers the victim's dodge by -2 to the next attack aimed at them as well as preventing them from auto-dodging it, as well as give the attack +1 critical chance. [/spoiler]

</COLOR></B>The Swarm<i></i>

The swarm, a sprawling mass of nearly 20 Unbent, would have the middle of their pack pushed upwards and outwards as the two kinetic based attacks landed. The damage would prove not to be fatal, mainly since the bulk of the creatures would not be actually hit with the concussive blast. There would be several, however, that would lose a limb from the attacks. Out of the 20, 4 were now missing an arm and 2 were missing a leg, significantly hampering their damage capabilities or their movement, depending on the lost limb.

Whether it was his intentions or not, the Fallen Sennin had garnered the attention of the pack as their cold dead blackened eyes would all turn to him. Frantically, like a pack of hungry wild animals to fallen prey, they would begin to rush the former Guardian, upon nearing him they would leap at him, lash out at him wildly or try to tackle him (for now all counting as Basic Strikes if they connect). This would in turn free up those who were originally being tormented by their attacks, but many of the caravan and the bandits were heavily injured by The Swarm.

How would one 'man' be able to manage both situations? And was this pack... alone?

<COLOR color="violet"><B>What is your next move, adventurer?

OOC:
You are free to respond however you like but please keep it within the context of your AP usage and CP Costs! We can keep this as an rp modded battle that will have elements of the actual bmod system (like the use of HP/CP and damage assessment).

Any connected basic strike from these creatures would do 150 damage to HP, each one would perform 3 strikes unless stopped or restrained.

OOC: I am deeply honored for your reply... I just got some internet and had a reply ready but allow me to respond with both that post and a response to this post. RP Battle is fine unless a boss tyoe steps in, No need to number crunch for small guys except to monitor HP/CP/AP per post

Kuro's concussion pulse had allowed some of the caravan members and some of the remaining bandits to escape as a group of twenty surged toward him. With his senses in high gear, Kuro roughly gauged their strength to be Genin to low Chuunin status. With that being the case Kuro would test the waters with his taijutsu for now with the help of a steel clone left behind as a watcher and possible back up.

Steel Clone Used
A clone jutsu which creates a duplicate of the user out of reinforced metal. This strengthened clone has the benefit of being sturdier and more durable than other clone types.
Information
Prerequisites: - Metal Affinity, C-rank
Master: Creates a Metal Clone that has -5 Secondaries and Hp/Cp equal to 20% the user's Max Cp. This clone may use up to Level D Earth Ninjutsu at Master Rank, and Level C Earth and Metal Ninjutsu at Rank 1. This clone takes -15% Damage from all sources. Attacks against the clone have a 18% chance to activate the 'Density' effect.

*Special Action: The user may create and additional clone. However, doing so gives all clones an additional -1 secondary, treats all their jutsu one rank lower, and splits the Hp/Cp equally between them. This lowers the secondary effects' chance of activating by -6%. This may be done twice.

Master Cost: 750 Cp to initiate, 380 Cp/Rnd.
Notes:
- The clone has 1/4 of the users AP. Lowest AP can go is .5 AP.
- Once the clone runs out of Chakra, it disperses.
- Casting this jutsu while it is already active will remove the current metal clones from play. The Clone cannot make another Clone.
- The 'Density' effect lowers all damage taken by half. This overwrites any other DR. This does not apply to Lightning-based damage.

Kuro summoned a Steel clone and left him on standby, since he was no longer one who was many. Kuro had to use his ninjutsu to make up for the difference. True Kuro moved at speeds no normal living being could accomplish as he smashed into the swarm that had encroached upon a woman that was desperately trying to push her children into a wagon so they could escape. Without looking back to check Kuro’s steel clone would help lift the woman and her children into the wagon then with a massive push he sent the wagon, the two families within it and their caravan beasts rushing over the dune. Steel Clone Kuro watched as the soft patch he pushed them towards caught them with a light cushioned whumpf sound as he turned back to watch over their surroundings while the rescued families hurried back towards Suna’s general direction. The bandits were actually fighting for all they were worth. Not one of them had the eyes of a person whom was about to give up which made Kuro smirk briefly. The swarm that he held at bay with a telekinetic attack finally rushed him as thirteen untouched Unbent monstrosities charged at him relentlessly. Although they moved as one there was no true coordination that Kuro could detect yet. The Steel Clone which Kuro had left behind his back recorded the sequence of events to be placed in a seal upon the bodies he hoped he would be able to send back for study. Without further adieau Kuro cut loose. Thirteen Unbent rushed into thirteen precision ranged unarmed attacks that were aimed to sever their spines right at the base of their skulls. If Kuro was lucky, he would soon be presented with gurgling cries and gasps as blood flowed from their throats out their mouths as their eyes frantically looked about wondering why their bodies could not move. If he was lucky.

- 1925 CP to Concussion Pulse prior

Steel Clone Ninjutsu (2AP, 750 CP used, 385 CP to maintain)

Kuro would engage fearlessly as he sought out these swarms to test his changes and prowess. Whether they noticed or not Kuro would only occasionally move his hands or feet to actually initiate an attack As all those whom had not seemingly been damaged were attacked with a barrage of blows one each as it were striking for their necks. Whether they were near or far these basic strikes of power rained upon each Unbent that had not suffered damage except for one that had lost a leg. That one seemed to be cursed as a ruthless blow fell upon it despite having already lost a limb.

Basic Taijutsu (*RANGED*) Strikes (Called Shots to necks) x 14 (7 AP) (Primal Augment .5 AP per basic strike)
"Kuro's Natural Telekinesis"
Augments: Primal, Special Composition Kinesis*, Trick Weapon (Ranged)
Type: Unarmed
Damage: -10%
Accuracy: +2
Special: Demonic Ancestry **Natural Weapon** always equipped
Can use handseals while armed
Natural Weapon
Effect: The user designates a single weapon in their Dojo; this weapon is treated as passively equipped whenever the user is not wielding any other weapon, and does not prevent the usage of handseals. Attacks with this Natural Weapon are considered Cursed. Natural Weapon is immune to effects which may cause the user to unequip or change weapons, and if multiple 'passively equipped' weapons are present, the user must state one.

Kuro would keep himself centered as he readied himself for the brunt of their rush depending on his natural ability to dodge as he tested the waters as it were with his Steel cone recording the scene and watching for more attackers. (Saving 1AP for the next round)

The Fallen Sennin would begin his assault, raining blows both physical and metaphysical upon The Swarm. The creatures would react in a multitude of ways. Some, after receiving enough damage, whether cumulative or taking a powerful hit to their neck, would begin to crumble to dust as the burning chakra flowing through them would begin to fade. Others, those that seemed to have a brighter glow of chakra pulsing within them and a bit livelier skin, would take the attacks and would not falter. They would continue like a frenzied pack of animals, clawing, scratching, pawing, and biting at the body of the Beast Man as he continues to push into their ranks.

To make matters worse, from the sand would rise another wave of Unbent. It would seem that every one of them Kuro was able to destroy, another two more would rise up out of the ground to take their place. The one's rising out of the ground would have the same complexion and hue of those that were capable of withstanding the onslaught of the Ex-Sennin of Suna. Would this be a sign that the wave of monsters he was fighting would only get tougher? Would it even be worth continuing to fight against the mounting Swarm?

The bandits seeking to assist, fighting back the best they could, would eventually start to get overwhelmed. One by one they would start to get piled upon by The Swarm. The nomads the Fallen Sennin had saved, would be just that. They would make it past the Steel Clone and continue on their way towards the village of Suna. What awaited them now was a long journey, but would it be one, in their current condition and lacking their resources, they would be able to survive? Would there be further dangers waiting for them outside of the reach of the Beast Man if he stayed and continued to fight the wave of Unbent?

Lastly, from the distance, in the direction the fleeing nomads would be traveling towards, a figure, a much larger figure than any of the Unbent attacking Kuro, would rise from the ground. Rivers of sand would pour down the creature's body as it would come to full standing position and let out a horrid roar. For this beast, Kuro would not be even in his line of sight. No, this creature was more fixated on the fleeing humans that seemed to be marching straight towards it. His grotesque tongue would slide out of its mouth and brush around its lips.

<B>"<GLOW glow="blue"><COLOR color="green">F-f--foooooood...."

It would seem that the man who could once be in six places at a time, would not find himself stretched thin. What is your next move, adventurer?

As the bandit’s bodies collapsed upon the sand dark corroded blood immediately began to congeal upon the sands. Four more Unbent got within range of Kuro’s melee. It was their final moments as well as a ridgehand strike took the head off of one. A spinning kick crushed the head of the second. A powerful, soul crushing right smash went through the chest of the third, as the fourth and final attacker got it the worst as Kuro simply leapt up and flying stomped it. Bizarre markings covered most of their bodies. Some were seals, some were scars, all of them seemed ritual. Kuro sealed the recordings of his counter attack and his immediate thoughts and impressions before sealing the bodies into a large scroll and then teleporting his first contact with the swarm to a morgue where an Anbu team and a medic team would be regularly stationed. They would know how to operate his devil seals and how to interpret his akuma seal on the initial body so that the ANBU in question would be able to directly memorize and interpret the event so that he or she could put it in their own words and report it back to Sousuke.

Things went sideways very quickly as more and more Unbent rose with every one he managed to take down. It was obvious to Kuro now. The creatures were highly adaptable and not at all like the ones that were buried beneath the black citadel. These creatures were ravenous and learned or adapted to their fallen. As quickly as Kuro sealed the fallen ones more stepped in and attacked. Kuro had learned enough when feedback from his steel clone told him that not only was the swarm rushing further but there was a roar from the direction that Kuro had sent the 2 escaped caravan families towards Sunagakure. Kuro nodded to the steel clone to hold back what it could with earth jutsu as Kuro used his own jutsu to send the sealed dead back to Sunagakure for study and released a second steel clone splitting the strength of his 1st steel clone. The second steel clone would give Kuro a massive boost in speed to toss him in the direction of the fleeing caravaneers.

One of the bandits got separated from her team and overwhelmed before Kuro could make a move to save her, all of her chakra then her lifeforce was drained from her body leaving barely a husk. Steel Clone Kuro tore into the swarm before him while yelling in a metallic voice “Criminals!! You must flee to fight another day!” A few managed to actually strike the steel clone and though they packed a wallop, they could not seem to absorb his demonic metal chakra. Kuro had his own ideas why but as his clones fought to allow the remaining bandits to desperately fight and escape; Kuro continued his mad rush to protect the civilians. Kuro’s attacks were all laced with devil chakra, a dark lawful chakra, that was only useable by the most experienced of Sages. With this in mind Kuro wanted to experiment with the stronger Swarms he might face. After the swarms attacked the second Steel clone. Kuro used a gravity jutsu to further speed up his thrown body now turned into in a powered leap by gravity jutsu

Anti-Gravity
One of the more powerful gravitational techniques, this jutsu allows the user to alter gravity around them, at such speed and degree that they can easily change their direction and movements in a split second, seeming to levitate and glide through the air rapidly from a single step. While this does not have the strength to enable flight, this skill allows the user to move freely and swiftly as if aided, not impaired, by gravity.

Information
Prerequisites: Gravity Affinity, C-rank

Master: Grants the user +2 Dodge and a 12% chance at ignoring any Ap-reducing effects.

Special Action - Escape Velocity: While active, the user may pay 1 Ap and the maintain cost to reroll a single Nin/Tai Jutsu effecting them, including binds. The user gains a +1/2/ Bonus to their check. This may be used reflexively, can only be done every other round, and temporarily negates this Jutsu's effects for the remainder of the round used.

Master Cost: 560 Cp to initiate, 280 Cp/Rnd.

Notes:
- This Jutsu is 'Chakra Armor'.

Kuro’s second clone began striking at the swarm that rushed it after tossing Akuma Kuro over the dune. The swarms the two clones faced quickly grew tolerant of their taijutsu. Steel Kuro 1 attempted to use an earth ninjutsu using Gravel shift

Gravel Shift
A sneaky technique that allows the user to subtly manipulate the ground with a tap of their foot, turning the footing beneath an opponent into loose pebbles. This sudden shift in foothold is often all it takes to compromise the balance of a target.

Information
Prerequisites: - E-rank

Master: At +1 Accuracy, shifts the ground beneath a target. This gives them a -2 Dodge penalty to the next action that hits them or a 35% chance of their next action being treated one rank lower.

Special Action: For +20% Cp, this may be used reflexively to effect a current action and not the next one.

Rank 2 Cost: 110 CP to initiate

Notes:
- This does not require handseals.

Only two out of four from the initial attack group collapsed but were immediately discarded by their companions as more Swarms surged from beneath the sands to their feet and charged the two remaining targets. With his recordings intact from the group of twelve dead unbent before them Kuro used his Akuma seal on the most intact bodies then sealed all the remains of the group of twelve he could reach into a large scroll before reverse summoning them back to Suna for further study. The day had only progressed a few minutes or so as the remaining two dozen bandits of the original band of one hundred and thirty that had attacked the caravan ran away while the Steel Kuro Clones kept fighting on. Piles of broken bodies of dead Unbent were set aside in sets or stacks of ten as the original one hundred that had attacked the two hundred man caravan and their families was whittled down to fifty or less butr as their chakra faded away they crumbled as they were sealed. Kuro had gone through less than a quarter of his chakra but he was regenerating faster than he used it thanks to using more taijutsu than ninjutsu outside of his steel clones and now gravity jutsu.

Using 100 CP per body for 1200 CP to seal (1 AP)
-1200 CP for attempted sealing and transmitting bodies for study…
They crumbled… (bodies crumbled upon arrival via scrolls) unknown to Kuro but he does notice the bodies of the defeated Unbent turning to dust and sand from his steel clone perspectives.

Bodies of caravan members and their families that didn’t escape lay strewn about where they had made their last stands or attempted to hide... desiccated and dried out. The remaining swarms before him were far stronger than the initial groups he had slaughtered so Kuro decided to pick up the pace on his rescue efforts. As they all screeched, murmured and rallied like one massive wave or onslaught. Kuro settled his mind and his reinforced Soul as he prepared himself mentally to invoked 50% of his true demon powers. The steel clones fought on and recorded their actions and the swarms’ effects on them as Kuro readied himself to transform…

Kuro was rushing full speed toward the survivors in hopes to keep them safe lest the roars his clones heard earlier meant worse was coming besides the vast swarms.

The Swarm

The fallen Sennin would continue his efforts but his outcome would not be reached. Lives had been lost, his continued assaulted seemed to draw even more dangers to the scene which caused even more misery to befall the caravans and criminals. No matter how many he fell, no matter how many his clones fell, there would not be an end in sight. There would just be more. If the Fallen Sennin hoped to see this land fortified, he would never obtain it. While he might not ever run out of energy at this pace, neither would The Swarm. Those who would, the civilians, would find themselves hitting their physical limits even in this heightened endorphined state. The Fallen Sennin, even without his Paths, still tried to be everywhere. Still tried to do everything. This would only prove to be a move of vanity. How much more could have been done escorting the civilians himself with his clones? How many would still be with them? The question would be moot. The demonic energy laced being would give into his violent side, would show his thirst for battle would still hold domain over him. Was this what became of the aggression he felt towards the Daimyo? Was this anger over not being able to save the Kazekage, Sunahoshi Katsuo? Was this just merely what he was, a blood thirsty warmonger?

Oh... big food..."

The larger creature would merely watch the scene unfolding. It didn't care for the presentation of the warrior. It didn't care about the lost Unbent. It didn't care about the Steel Clones. It only cared about one thing, and that was satisfying its hunger. Tapping its foot upon the sand, chakra would seemingly expel outwards. Within seconds, The Swarm would start to claw their way out of the sand surrounding the creature and would start to rush unhead on to not only meet the Fallen Sennin... but to meet the fleeing caravan.

What was the Beast Man's goal? What was he trying to accomplish? What is your next move, adventurer?

In his current form Kuro was only so fast, in his attempt to mimic his lost prowess he had lost precious seconds. Kuro arrived just in time to see more of the swarm surrounding the remaining members of the caravan he had made efforts to help escape. No they would not have these last survivors, not this time... There seemed to be a different being present as well but Kuro could not yet focus his attention on it. First he had to ensure the remaining people escaped.

The simplest way to do that was to ensure the swarms and whatever seemed to be leading them had there attention focused on him instead.

First Kuro blocked the swarms on their right flank with sand.
Desert Deflection
Gathers sand and condenses it into a wall of shifting sand nearly instantly. The sand compacts into a shield almost instantly, allowing the user to shield themselves on a split seconds notice. While being compact and durable, once attacked the sand disperses outwards to coat any who get too close with sand, leaving them open against a strike from the user.

Information
Prequisites: - Sand Affinity, C-rank

Master: Creates a wall of sand that withstands 1520 damage.

Special Action: The user may use this jutsu reflexively; doing so increases the base Hp by +20%, but cannot be maintained. This jutsu blocks only a single action.

Master Cost: 560 Cp, 280 Cp/Rnd

Notes::
- Lasts up to thirty seconds.
- This jutsu defends against physical, non-elemental, and elemental damage.
- This jutsu's Hp may be increased by Sand Buffs.
- While active, the user cannot use any action using Melee Accuracy.
- If attacked with melee accuracy, the barrier disperses upon the target and causes the Stun effect.
- The 'Stun' effect lowers the victim's dodge by -2 to the next attack aimed at them as well as preventing them from auto-dodging it, as well as give the attack +1 critical chance.

Second, focusing his will into a weapon equivalent to serrated edge shurikens, Kuro unleashed a demonic version of a kinetic assault using the foundation of a ranged jutsu.

Kuro's Natural Telekinesis
Augments: Primal, Special Composition Kinesis*, Trick Weapon (Ranged)
Type: Unarmed
Damage: -10%
Accuracy: +2
Special: Demonic Ancestry **Natural Weapon** always equipped
Can use handseals while armed

Shadow Shuriken Replication
A jutsu that creates a massive cloud of shuriken, this technique requires advanced control over chakra and enables you to strike a large area with little effort. By infusing a shuriken with a significant amount of chakra, upon tossing the shuriken and performing the handseals one can rapidly multiply the shuriken into countless numbers, which fall upon an area and strike all those in a nearly unavoidable storm of steel.

Information
Prerequisites: B-rank, 5 mastered NE jutsu, a weapon with Ranged Accuracy

Master: Multiplies a single projectile into a storm of projectiles. The user has 7 checks, which each deal 475 damage at +1 Accuracy. Each check has a 7% chance of inflicting bleeding, and a 28% chance to activate the 'Non-elemental' effect.

Master Cost: 820 CP to initiate

Notes:
- This uses Ninjutsu Accuracy.
- These strikes may be divided among multiple targets. A single target may only be hit by 5 checks. *Bleeding may only be successful once per target.
- If a clone is hit by this jutsu, the bleed chance becomes a chance to disperse the clone.
- This jutsu does not utilize the user's weapons in any way and only receives benefit from Non-elemental Ninjutsu bonuses and effects.
- The 'Non-Elemental' effect increases this jutsu's damage by +10%. This does not apply to caps.

Kuro invoked a moderate amount of chakra and movement to accomplish his task of protecting innocents. One flank was blocked while the remaining surrounding swarms were subject to kinetic bombardment. If the odd creature that may be the leader attacks Kuro would summon a sand clone to maintain watch over the caravan dismissing one of the steel clones in the process. This action would also set up a possible tactic for Kuro to stay near the caravan.

The Swarm

The Fallen Sennin's actions would seem to refocus. He began to apply all of his effort to the caravan, which assuredly meant that those within his presence would go unharmed from that point on. Alone, this former of Guardian of Sun, was still just that. It did not require multiple bodies, it simply required his full focus. The being who was once a Sennin within the Village of the Sand did not need five additional bodies, his abilities and skills were still all there. What he potentially might have lost in denouncing his Paths and devoting all of his energy into a more demonic glow might have been something gained worth more than that. He was strong. He was resilient. He was persistent. If the people of Wind Country were going to survive this current onslaught of Unbent, his strength would be required, but it had to be him focusing his all on that effort. He could no longer where himself thin. He now had to lock onto a certain objective and not let go until it was completed. That is how this figure would serve the people he had protected so long the best, but would he be able to maintain that focus? Would he continue to push himself to the limits and split his 100 percent efforts into pockets, restricting his maximum effort? Time would only tell... and so would his pride.

The large figure would merely smirk and watch as the Beast Man and his clones continued to protect the remaining survivors with the best of his ability, but at this time he had no interest in following. Whether it seemed like it, and whether it was true, but it seemed that maybe this figure was not here to fight but to simply watch. Now the questioned begged... just merely observing the response or was he specifically observing the response of the being known as Toraono Kuro? How would this beast even know of that name or that person? That might be another story for another day.

The Swarm would continue pestering the group until they made it several miles out, and over the course of that trek their numbers would continue to fade and fade until nothing remained. Calm would eventually reach the group, and under the watching eye of the Fall Sennin, these people would find their refuge.

Based on your choices, you have saved the humans that remained, you have captured Swarm members, and you have the opportunity to learn the story of the survivors. Your work as an Oracle was truly exemplary in its finality, but questions remain on your choices throughout all of this. For now, however, you have earned your moment of rest as a hero. Until next time, Adventurer!

OOC:
Due to the length of time, the word count you hit altogether, I am awarding you progress for both the Phase 1 and Phase 2 mission requests, as you have completed goals that would be found within both sets of the Oracle-specific missions. Congrats, apologies for the delay, but I didn't want to draw this out any further so you can attempt a Phase 3 if wanted!

Thank you for playing!
