Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

Jirou knew that his skills in Genjutsu were weaker than his other skills. What he might lack in genjutsu he made up for in his ability to read the environment and situation. His Inuzuku instincts contributed to that at least partly. Being sensitive to one’s environment and aware of danger often meant the difference between survival or death. Jirou had taken it a step further in using his knowledge to form a strategy that he could use against his opponent. Jirou, using his senses together with the help of Kashikoi’s senses, had learned to quickly sense deception. While he sat in his bedroom meditating he had to smile remembering how clearly he had been able to sense deception from the Shinobi who had tried to get him to pay for his meal at the ramen shop. It was just something that came naturally for him and he very quickly realized that he could perhaps use this skill to perhaps resist at least some genjutsu. What were illusory genjutsu anyway but basically deceptions perpetrated against the victim? It made sense to him and Jirou would spend the next several weeks strengthening his resistance to genjutsu. He practiced with one of the Shinobi masters after explaining what he wanted to do. The Master helped him and eventually he would be able to use this refined clarity to resist illusions that were cast against him. Even Kashikoi got into the act and while he couldn’t fully resist the illusions he could snap himself out of them a bit sooner. Jirou was feeling more confident in his ability to detect and resist illusions that were cast at him. It would be a skill that would need to be nurtured and continually refined over time.​
