Little did he knew that his boat took a wrong turn or perhaps, swept by an ocean current and he found himself once again, facing a familiar land. Counting the days he was in sea, perhaps a week? or maybe it was just a day knowing that the image before him was fresh like wet-paint. Might fate have something in store for him perhaps. But he knew that it won't greet him in the face standing in soft sand. He let out a little sigh from the weariness of his travel but he followed up with a smile knowing something good might come out of it. His eyes reaching as far as the plains can give, the clouds looming above him signaling the incoming rain. Best to get a move before he gets drenched at all and find it much less comfortable traveling with soaked clothes and shoes.
Packing his stuff, he took his first step once more to the land of lightning, perhaps visiting the village if possible. His last visit wasn't that great - finding a hidden bird or something and only to find stone and dirt. Maybe he'll get a chance to find it this time, maybe not. Although he could care less for some mythical creature that could possibly kill him on sight. Not like humans wouldn't do the same if they see one carrying bags of gold or treasure. Taking a piece of gold coin from his pocket, caressing it momentarily before letting it slip through his fingers, watching it plunge into the sand. Besides, traveling a little lighter is always nice.
