Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Tatsu grunted as he stretched his arm upward to pull himself up. The wind was harsh in these mountains, doing their best to knock the boy down as he climbed, He didn't bring any extra protection, opting to wear what he normally does instead. All he had on him was some water and his sword. Finally reaching the top of the mountain, the boy took a moment to take a look at the view from the mountain he had climbed. It was far from the tallest mountain in the area, but it was still an impressive feat to be able to climb it. This was Tatsu's favorite place to train. The harsh environment made simple tasks more difficult to do, which meant he didn't have to put much thought into his training. It also meant that there weren't that many people around to potentially get in his way or bother him during his training.

He liked the solitude that this place provided. It was therapeutic him, he was able to just have a moment and think. The weather around these parts were harsh, but even then there was a certain calm that came over Tatsu as he starred into the horizon from his spot atop the mountain he happened to be climbing that day. He never liked to climb the same mountain more than once. This made it the training more challenging, as he never got used to any one mountain and it also provided him with the opportunity to see different views from different mountains.

Today was no different. The boy spent a lot of time training and these moments were those rare moments where he would just reflect on his past; remind himself why he's on the path that he has chosen for himself. As he sat there, his mind wandered to the past.

"Honey, you do still want to be a ninja, don't you? Just remember: Stay true to yourself." His mother's encouraging words echoed in his head as he thought about his past.

Tatsu remembered coughing as he tried to prevent any more vomit from coming out. "Now stand up. If you get hurt that easily, you can forget about becoming a top tier ninja, or even an Academy Student." His father said to him. "Please stop pushing him. He's only five years old." His mother said, an in attempt to come to his aid. "He can take it, get out of my way!" Tatsu heard a thud, followed by the sound of his mother being sent flying into a nearby wall. "Mama?" He said, looking over at her unconscious body.

Tatsu's greatest fear was to become just like his father. Growing up all he wanted to do was be a normal kid. He would watch his siblings playing, wishing he could join them. "Ignore them, Tatsu. They live in a different world than the one I'm training you for."

Tatsu grits his teeth at the as he cycles through his memories. They served as a reminder of what his life was and what it could be. They served as a reminder of what he loved and what he hated. They served as a reminder of what was taken from him and what he was going to get back. It was these moments of solitude that strengthened Tatsuo's resolve. These were the moments when he reminded himself why the things that he has set out to do need to be done. Taking a sip of water, the boy just sits there, starring of into the distance and thinking about his childhood.
