Ishi had been moving in the dark for a while now, though these mercenaries were trying to hide their tracks it seemed that the effort that they put in was lacking in most areas, but that was no surprise after all hunting down these scum had been something Leaf had been doing actively now for a while, they needed to make sure all trade routes were clear and this was one way in which they could achieve that goal. As Ishi continued into the darkness, he found that the trail became clearer and clearer it seemed that the deeper he got they had tried to cover their tracks with less than-effective methods.
Coming to an opening he stopped on the nearest tree and looked down at the camp, it was small and very open, it seemed that they did not consider what they were doing to be an issue, and why not most people would not have glanced their way, but they had become a problem to eradicate, looking down he saw the five figures, around a campfire, they were talking to each other and laughing, it seemed that even with the consumption of alcohol they had managed to make themselves less than a threat tonight.
Letting his hand fall to the pistol on his hip he drew the weapon, feeling the surge of aggression from the weapon he allowed a small smile to echo across his face, he had forgotten the familiar feel of the weapon in his hands recently, but that was going to change, aiming down from the tree, he squeezed the trigger, the first shot echoing into the woods and allowing birds to spring free from the surrounding area by the eruption of noise. The man had no time to react, he could not do anything bar let out a small gasp as his head snapped back, the blood scattering onto a nearby tent as the men shot up.
It was too late, he was already on the move, as he squeezed his trigger again dropping the nearest enemy with a single well-placed shot, he was here to finish things quickly and he was determined to make short work of this. As he allowed himself a quick switch to a better-suited weapon, his fist crashed into the third man's skull sending it cracking backward, as he spun on his heels, drawing a knife and plunging into the fourth man's chest.
This left one, one of five who had time to react, as he saw the spear being launched at him, his masked eyes watched as the man considered himself safe, the mistake was quick to come to the realization as the flock of birds sprung from was Ishi was wanting, forming behind the man, the pistol in the Anbu Captains hand as he squeezed the tricker, putting the final bullet into the man's chest and ending his life without a word being spoken. Standing over the campfire he looked at the devastation he had brought against those that threaten the village. His mission was completed.
