Yep, all untraining can easily be done in your dojo. That's not really something council handles anymore though; the General Moderator Team will be the ones to do that once you're up and running.

Are you redoing your custom class? It's an option during an unretirement and that says tba and not the same as the old one, so I'm unsure if you're doing something new there or not, and I wouldn't want to finalize anything until I know for sure from you.
