Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Run, run! (Open/Training)

She found it kind of amazing and silly that he wanted to start teaching classes…He was still same age as half of her classmates! She imagined how boys wouldn’t really go into his lesson and if a lesson with a lot of students would be actually happening it would be just a big messy mess. Also, Yuzuki didn’t understand one thing…Why all the stories he told her about his were fast? Seriously! All his life seemed like a sad dramatic story. At some point, you could say that young blonde felt pity for the boy. She didn’t show it but deep inside she found it sad how Osuteno didn’t have normal childhood. She did know a lot of kids who had rough childhood, but every story that this purple haired boy says tends to win over those stories.

When he made a little joke she chuckled a bit and kept standing there till the question was made. Yuzuki’s eye sparkled in excitement and once again she sits down really close to him. It was probably Osuteno’s mistake to ask that because now blonde girl will blabber his ears now.

''Hell yeah! I and my friends created this secret group where we do different little missions to make our Village a better place! We help from smallest kid to oldest grandpas! We formed our group after we met accidently after the Big Chase of Hell Cat! The day we caught that evil bastard!'' She says loudly and proudly. Then a little idea hits her head and she grabs his hands while talking.''Oooh! You could join us for few missions if we decided to do something more extreme than simply helping someone! Wait…You know what?! We could go camping and you would teach a class there! It would be fuuun~! Also, you would get involved in some youtish activity while still staying pretty prim~'' she says and chuckles happily.

''I can already imagine that you would get a long pretty well with my friends!'' Yuzuki imagined that Osuteno and Makoto Rengo would get a long pretty well as the boys are same age and tend to act pretty seriously most of the time. And it seemed like pretty good idea to help Osuteno feel young and childish as he never really felt that! ''Of course we should do that when you have less work, because we tend to mess around a bit too, which wastes a lot of our time…'' She makes a little sigh and looks up at him with hopeful eyes ''So? What do you think about this idea, mh?''

Unbeknownst to Osu, Yuzuki wasn't focusing much on his intended purpose for the stories. If anyone ever asked Osu outright if he considered his life sad or anything like that he would flat out tell them 'not at all.' Sure his life held an unreasonable number of surprises and obstacles, but those didn't make him feel sad at all. Instead, Osu had a very legitimate wariness at all times, a desire to spend his free time in a fashion he considered relaxing, and a combination of respect, suspicion and nervousness concerning the ridiculous amount of luck that has kept him alive through things far outside his abilities and pay grade. As for his childhood, while he had not played with or like other children, he considers it time well spent as well as a particularly warm and safe period of his life.

That aside right now Osu was dealing with the fact that Yuzuki's excitement and cheerfulness was a bit suffocating. Not to say it was a bad thing, simply that he was unused to it considering his usual company was adults who were usually at least as tired or busy as he was. The only one he considered particularly chipper among his closest associates was his sensei and that was usually when they were off to do something potentially dangerous and/or philosophically irresponsible in the labs.

"I... suppose that would be a good experience. We could get some mountain survival training out of the way. If we wait for snowstorm season to hit, the dire bears should be hibernating and we can even get winter storm training squared away. There isn't really an excuse for Kumo shinobi to not be able to handle themselves in a blizzard." That and he would be able to judge if they were responsible enough to bring along for some of his regular missions. Capability could be fixed rather quickly but responsibility takes quite a bit of time to develop after all.

They had been in the sauna for some time now and Osu felt that if he stayed in too much longer it would begin to be very uncomfortable. The sauna wasn't something one should overdo after all, that was a good way to get sick. Standing up Osu said, "I don't know about you but I am nearing my limit. I'm going to step out and get something cool to drink, the Obaa-san here usually has flavored milk bottles." Osu was particularly partial to the matcha flavor.

A couple minutes later Osu was drinking his matcha milk in the fashion many older people told him was a requirement, by placing one hand on his hip, leaning back, chugging it, and finishing with his best 'kyaaaa.' He turned to look at Yuzuki if she followed him out and offered a smile with his green milk mustache. "It seems your clothes are dry, though while it isn't as bad as it was earlier it is still raining and the temperature will be dropping soon as evening is upon us. Since my umbrella will just turn into a pool of blood if I am not feeding chakra into it I can't really loan it to you, but I can walk you someplace nearby to get one or even back to your home if it isn't too far. You could even tell me a bit about this hellcat along the way." The last bit he said with a bit of amusement since it reminded him of how pet missions had a knack for getting odd even if that pet happened to be a rock.
