Being the Son of the Sennin had it's perks, but it also came with the harsh reality of meeting certain expectations. As of this moment, Kazan had instructed Yogan to run the Academy's obstacle course over and over, until he had completely exhausted both himself and his Chakra Reserves. To Yogan, this felt like a punishment, but he understood it wasn't meant as that. His dad just wanted him to train and improve himself, and Yogan knew that something like this would help build his stamina and chakra reserves. Still, the recent improvements, or upgrades, to the Obstacle Course seemed to be a bit dangerous. The climbing wall was over forty feet in height and greased, the stilted pole platforms that followed were smaller, and the old swinging sandbags had been replaced with large swinging logs. A forty foot fall, and the idea of being smashed by one of those logs, didn't seem to please him what so ever.
Lastly, the the Safety net underneath the course had been removed, and replaced with what seemed to be a pool of mud thick enough to prevent someone from smacking the ground, but not fluid enough to prevent you from feeling your fall. It was a simple, run of the mill track, that just had some few elevation dangers. Yogan knew that all he had to do was focus his chakra into his feet and use it to cling up the side of the wall, and to hold on to the smaller platforms, but the workers guiding the swinging logs seemed to be rapidly throwing them back and fourth.
"This kinda sucks." He said out loud, wondering when this "partner" his dad mentioned would be showing up.
