Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

The black moon, the moon of darkness, the rebirth moon. It went by many names, but that was what hung in the sky that night, the new moon of no light, where the only illumination came from unnatural sources and the distance stars over head. Hoshikata was wearing a rather unusual outfit for him, a solid black affair. Of course it was robes, what mage didn't wear robes? Even a mage who knew more about beating you over the head with his staff and making you think he was god wore robes.

The gates to the village were closed, but that was little impediment to him and his group as they could walk up it like it was flat, level ground. Which is what he would do. In a moment. For now he turns to the group with a sickly smile. His outfit covered every inch of his frame, but he could see through the thin material over his face just fine. ”We leave now. My dear captain, you're following us. These fools thought to show us their miniscule power when we entered, so I am showing them true power as I leave. I am taking you, their loyal servant, for my own.”

With those words, he leaps to the wall and races up one side, leaping off the other and using kinetic force to slow his descent. Once all were gathered, he would make his way out of this accursed city.

(Lowest rank of group is A rank which is 1 hour run time. Your alert level says 1, but it also says Oct 7 which means that has expired, so 0. So 1 hour run time. There are five people following me, the last one doing so will make note so you know when the run time begins.)

Hanako had been ready all morning to get out of cloud as it was definitely not at all what she was expecting from a foreign village, she hadn't expected it to be like mist and all about business as all villages she assumes from now on would be. "So long cloud I dont feel the need to come back again.....Wait where is med-nin chan at?" she smiled looking around towards the direction she came in. Within moments she Saw Hoshikata waiting for everyone "Are we really going to do this?" She had a big smile on her face "I mean Are we Doing this My Lord"

It was only some moments ago that Karurosu had awoken from the genjutsu-based slumber he had been in since...who knows how long ago. His thoughts were slow and his actions even slower right now. As it was now, he couldn't determine where he was nor when he was. It all was just too confusing. How many were here with them? Even of that, the Isaki heir wasn't too sure.

He was walking, but it seemed almost mechanic. There was no conscious thought of it. It was as though he were a puppet being manipulated by strings, and, now awake, could only be aware of those strings at most.

He had to abide by their rules, act as though he were one of them and not seem to be leading them falsely, if he wanted to survive. His mind, as groggy as it was, quickly shot back to the battle earlier that night. It took less than twenty seconds and there were only four fighting against here. Daiki was put out quickly, and not painlessly. Karurosu now had to ensure such a fate wasn't meant for him as well.

He probably had more to utilize, Hoshikata, that was. It seemed that, even when out of power, he was still in. He seemed to be running this show with this small army of his, and was using dictatorial force to grow in number. It was effective.

With no response to his brother's words, the younger Isaki could continue marching his way with the rest of this "merry band."

The power a shinobi held was quite incredible. From the seal on my back, to the one of the wrist; both held some immense force. While they might not be similar in use, it was a simple seal that granted me power of an element most foreign to me. And it was a seal that bound me to his will. My eyes moved to Hoshikata without a word. While within my spirit conflicted with what was happened, I couldn't help but understand his motives. And there was no way I was gonna try and fight it. I was sorely outnumbered. So I would go with these...fellows. I would go and spy... The seal didn't prevent that, did it.

It was time.

This mission was an important one, one of the most important that Yami had ever gone on for Titan. It was of the utmost importance that he see that this person, who's name he'd refused to hear at the time, be transported out of the village safely, and secretly. Yami, codenamed Agent 49, the Transporter of Titan and self-proclaimed guardian of Agent 47, was ordered to see this through no matter the cost, be it death if necessary. He didn't know the other very well, only that they were fellow escorts, and that he was to respect them. Anything for Hex, of course. To him, this was just another dirty deed he had to do because of his religion. Yami grunted, shifted his red bandana over his eyes, and continued forward, following Radio to wherever their destination was.

Perhaps it would be a long time before he returned. He didn't know, and to him it didn't really matter anymore. He'd grown to distance himself from Kumo, as he'd spent most of his life outside of it anyways. Now, there was no Kumo; there was only Titan, and Hex.

They hadn’t known the full extent of Hoshikata’s plan, didn’t care to an extent, was worried to another. They stuck to the Isaki, warily watching the Kumo Nin in the corner of the eye but commenting none of their presence. The Shoukyou twins were wordless as they hurried out of the gates, not bothering with proper procedure, scaling the village walls as they made their way out of Kumo territory with both Kiri and Kumo nin in tow. It must have been an impressive sight and they could sense, somewhat, that the Kumo Nin coming with them were to be of some use, had some skill and strength although that had yet to be really seen.

Tatsuya would have preferred to leave peacefully, not in the dead of night, and not dragging along clear hostages--aware or no, that was what they counted as, after all.

What the hell did you do to them, Hoshikata? I sincerely doubt a loyal Kumo nin would come with us of their own will...and this girl, she's from Mist, probably in with your brother--and he seems unwilling as well. What exactly are you doing?

He seethed under the surface, but it wasn't safe for him to remain within Cloud if his companions were doing this, particularly when and how they were. He didn't snarl, but the void hung around him like wings, covering his yellow cape entirely.

No, he wasn't just angry. This...this sort of thing...this was the action of wounded pride, not careful gambit. It was the sort of thing a man did to those he considered lesser. Whether through blackmail or force of some indefinable kind, there was a girl addressing Hoshikata as though he were her master, and a formerly loyal Cloud ANBU trotting along with them.

He brought up the rear, behind the twins, because he didn't want anyone to see the snarling cape of nothingness, a crack in reality, hung over him.

But one thing was for sure. First the damn Genjutsu on the boat, and then treating these people like servants--no. This wasn't something he could hold onto without figuring out some damn way to safeguard himself from it.

So when they were out of range of Cloud, he'd pull Hoshikata aside, use the void to cloak any false cues, and lie to him.

He needed some alone time. He sure as hell wasn't going to be able to unlock the rest of his powers moving in a haze of general anger.

Future Sennin: "What happened? Why'd you go missing?"
Future Zaku: "I was framed."
Future Sennin: "Here, let me take your resume. ...Into the trash it goes!"
