Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

After becoming a Chuunin and delving into his studies, Shigeru learned many things about his village’s history, about chakra uses, and about how to properly construct a Ninjutsu. He was so filled with knowledge that he was bursting at the seams. Not only did he take these things and apply them to his own life, but Shigeru sought to enrich the lives of others with this knowledge. Knowledge was a two-fold pursuit, it not only made Shigeru stronger, but if he could make others stronger, Shigeru would truly honor his brothers’ memories by enriching the village. Once this realization set in, Shigeru devoted himself to learning and spreading that knowledge to others.

Elementalist

The fire was Shigeru’s life ever since the flames had first kissed him. He embraced it as a way of life, mastering the ways of it strength and its weaknesses. He even delved into ancient studies to see how the shinobi of old used the fire to their advantage. Shigeru truly had done everything possible to become one with the flames, even sacrificing his own flesh at some points to give himself contact with the force of nature. In turn, the flames gave him the strength he needed to defeat all of his opponents. He had become one with the fire, which reflected in his entire life.

Jutsu Expansion

They say that fire is a living, breathing beast, because the intake of oxygen and fuels allow the fire to grow, making each flame unique. However, the flames of a chakra user, when first created, followed a set path. The chakra was fuel and spark, which allowed the caster to shape the flames. That was how normal users of the fire thought of things. Shigeru knew better, however. Fire was always alive, and the same thing could be said of Ninjutsu. If you give the jutsu more fuel, more time, more space to grow, even a structured thing such as a Ninjutsu could grow and expand beyond its limits. After his long study period, Shigeru had gotten the hang of increasing the strengths of his jutsu through these means, pushing his body, his fire to its absolute limits.

Jutsu Mastery

The flames were Shigeru’s whole life. They were in his chakra and his strength. However, the primary way Shigeru could manipulate the flames was through the use of Ninjutsu. Though he didn’t quite understand it at first, even the most basic things Shigeru did with the fire was a jutsu of some sort. It was all about balancing his chakras and making them into reality. As Shigeru studied the flames, so too did he study the art of Ninjutsu, and as he mastered the flames, the art of ninjutsu became second nature to Shigeru. Focus was his problem, not talent. He could always channel his chakra correctly, never wasting the precious strength that made his flames a reality. Though it may blow up in his face, no one could deny that Shigeru was a master at the art of Fire Ninjutsu.

Healing Factor

Strength is not always measured in how much raw damage output that an individual can dish out, but also by how much hurting an individual can receive before they are put down for good. Shigeru had been hurting himself with his own strength long before he met his first opponent on the field of battle. Though it is a weird thought, after receiving so much punishment, his body had become accustomed to the hardships of battle, which enhanced his own natural ability to shake off pain and damage. Shigeru never really understood it, assuming it was some kind of side effect of shinobi with large chakra pools. However, Shigeru did know that his body seemed to repair itself of small damages often, it no longer cared for such small amounts of pain.

Initiative:

Most shinobi had a minute of hesitation before going into battle, but Shigeru knew none of this careful planning or experimenting; Shigeru knew one thing and he knew it well: summon fire and hit opponent with said fire, nothing else mattered. With this singular game plan in mind, Shigeru had a timing upper hand on most opponents, for his instincts would kick in at the start of every fight and make him just that much faster. Shigeru, over time, honed these instincts to aide him with his game plan on burning face, because he could do quick things in almost a blink of an eye when a battle started. By prioritizing these few quick things, his opponents would be blindsided by his power.

Duelist

Shigeru was a fair fighter despite his constant affinity for fire. He chose an opponent and focused on that single person until the threat was neutralized. Shigeru did not believe in underhanded tactics such as sneaking in extra attacks against multiple opponents, because he saw a fight as an honorable match between two people. Though this line of thinking was not parallel to the ways of the shinobi, by adapting this style of fighting, Shigeru was able to develop an effective style of defeating one opponent at a time. Once he had a target in his sights, the opponent was surely done for.

Adrenaline Rush

Fighting in battle is such a rush! No one who had ever really tasted the thrill of fighting could ever say that there isn't a rush as the blood starts pumping and two combatants lock together in the dance of death. However, most don't truly appreciate this sensation for what it is: an advantage. Those individuals who truly embrace battle could harness this sensation of glory and power in order to actually fight better. Shigeru was one of those few. By adhering so closely to the hallmarks of the Flames, Shigeru embraced the wildness of battle and all the aspects that came along with it, especially that sensation. He had become so accustomed to it that he could tap into that feeling and push his body further than normal. Though this took a toll, the flames would accept nothing less.

Bloody Mess:

Though normally flames don't precipitate bleeding normally, Shigeru had discovered in one fight that if he hardened the chakra of his flames just right, as the heat expanded it would slice right through the dermis, drawing out the sheer life force of his opponents. Obsessing over this tactic, Shigeru practiced it over and over again, especially in his missions that involved battle. There was, in fact, one unfortunate incident with a rogue squadron of bandits attacking a hot springs... Shigeru doesn't talk about that day. Afterwards they could not get the blood and burn marks out of the walls, to this day they are still closed. Suffice to say, Shigeru could make you bleed with his flames alone, and he wouldn't hesitate to.
