1. Thick Blood

Shira was headed into foster brother Ko's lab for her annual check-up. She refused to go to the tower for any such things and she didn't want to bother her girlfriend with a minor inspection such as this. Shira walked in and sat on one of the bed's that Ko had in there and waited for him to come him. Moments later, he did and started running the regular vital scans and muscle reaction tests. However, seeing as Shira was a Chigokai, Ko wanted to test her bloods regular clotting process. He made a small puncture wound at the tip of one of her fingers and watched as for the most part, the blood was slow and no much actually flowed out. Shira looked bored at it, not really seeing the point in any of this. Ko stepped away to one of his work tables and pulled out and odd looking pill. He ordered for Shira to take it, explaining that it was an experiment of his. It would increase the thickness of her blood and advance her own control over it. As such, it should reduce the amount of bleeding she has when wounded. Shira shrugged and took the pill, still not really seeing the difference. If it enhanced her control over it though, then it was worth a shot.

2. Acrobatics - Level 2

Having grown up as a taijutsu prodigy and a 'sibling' that likes to pull a lot of surprises, Shira has learned to adapt rather well to oncoming attacks. She is able to visually see and plan tactics in her head several steps before they actually occur, or just moments prior, and act and adjust herself accordingly. Shira was running another practice session in her home dojo. She was sparring with her brother, another argument having broke out. He was a skilled ice user and she had to work with all the complicated Ice jutsus in order to even get close to aiming a hit and remaining unharmed. Ko would send a barrage of ice senbon flying at her, gusts of frigid wind, and flash frozen ice that she would have to skillfully dodge, leap over, avoid, and flip in several ways that contorted her body in almost unnatural forms. As such, her flow has developed quite nicely and is part of her standard, fluid movement in combat.

3. Quick Healer

Shira was constantly drawn to blood, the color, the flow, the look, the taste, the sound of it pumping through a person's veins, everything. However, losing too much blood would be bad for her. As a person who uses their own blood as a device, it would be crucial to make sure that she could seal wounds quickly if possible. So, Shira attempted a bit of an experiment herself. Taking a knife, Shira sliced a small cut, about an inch long, on her arm. The blood wasn't an issue considering her own natural healing abilities slowed the rate of flow. Shira used her control over her own blood to isolate the platelets within the veins and sent them towards the cut. As such, this sped up the clotting process and the blood stopped flowing in a matter of minutes. She was rather proud of her accomplishment and would be sure to use this tactic more often in situations.

4. Bulls Strength

Shira's muscle build as a child was already naturally strong. It's the main reason that Taijutsu was her prefered fighting style and the one she ultimately chose to go with. However, during her coma at the age of 12, the 4 years she remained in a bed recovering reduced her muscle to simple goo. She was even unable to walk on her own for some time. When she had gotten strong enough from her regular therapy, she started training, hard. For long periods of time she would do nothing but train in her dojo, fighting and getting strong. She would train up to the point that her body was ready to give out from exhaustion and until her chakra was nearly gone and still she pushed herself. Her determination, combined with all the training she did, overcompensated for the muscle loss. Her muscles developed paste their original point of strength and became highly durable and very strong. She was glad she would be even more brutal than before and made sure that with each punch, more of her strength was put into it, making it more painful and inflicting more damage. While her frame is small, it would be unwise to believe she has little strength. She is able to pick up extremely heavy objects with no problem.

5. Combat Instinct

Shira had been sent out on a mission that put her in a situation where several men would be surrounding her at one time. Being skilled in fluid movements, Shira used this as an advantage. Anytime she someone aimed to attack her, she would quickly move to the side and watch as they attacked a member of their own side and follow up with a flurry of her own attacks. She would easily be seem jumping, sliding, dodging past many of the oncoming strikes and then quickly following up with some of her own. It made her incredibly hard to get a hit on, but she used all of this to her advantage and ever so slowly was able to take down much of the group with the assistance of the men she was commanding.

6. Duelist

As a taijutsuist, Shira finds her preference is dealing with a person head on rather than a whole group at one time. With one target, her focus is not placed elsewhere and she is able to put her all into her fighting style. In her dojo, she most often spars with dummies in order to work on the most accurate placed to get in critical hits and vulnerable places that getting in hits could be crucial at in the heat of battle. She realizes that if she is mostly a close range figher, it is of the utmost importance that she make as few mistakes as possible or it could cost her dearly. As such, this specific training has allowed her to not only react faster to oncoming hits from her focused target, but also for her to get in better and stronger hits from her end.

7. Quick Draw

Shira understands the crucial need to monitor time to the best potential value. Since she uses unarmed weapons, preferably different stlyes of shoes, she's had to learn quicker methods of changing them, as with any other weapon she may chose to use. Shira first started off simply using one weapon, her fists, and as such they didn't really need to be equiped. As her range in weaponry grew, she had to train herself into getting gradually faster and faster at changing, switching, and equiping these weapons until she was able to do it in as little of time as possible. She hopes that with this form of self training, she will be spending more time getting hits in, than having to worry about getting her weapons ready and leaving herself open for oncoming attacks.
