Ninpocho Chronicles

Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.

Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.

Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.

The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.

This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Ritsuko was standing at Susukino District it swarmed with people as always, and the street was as lively as it could be. She was leaning against a building waiting for a fellow academy student, a boy named Uchicha Sora. She didn't know the guy, but she was assigned on a mission with him, and together they were supposed to do some shopping for different people today, easy money. To pastime she studied the note with the names and addresses of the people they were going to shop for, she didn't recognize any of the names. These people could either be old people that couldn't shop them self, or rich snobbish people who didn't want to do it them self, or maybe some other folks. Either way Ritsuko didn't care, if just she got a little money out of it.

She placed the note in her pocket and looked down both sides of the street to look after Sora who hadn't yet shown up, though she couldn't recognize him if she saw him so it was of no use.

Sora didn't really know exactly where to go, so he thought he'd just walk down the street until somebody yelled out for him. All he knew was the district, and that he was teaming up with some girl. She had the list and such, so he had to find her. He figured he'd be the easiest to find, with the Uchiha Crest upon his back, it wouldn't be very difficult for her to find him. As so, Sora was walking through the busy streets, eyes up at the sky as he gazed upon it some. His hands were within his pockets as he nonchalantly strolled down the street. His sleeves were pushed up to the elbows, which showed the edges of the sleeves, inside of the hood, and the bottom of the sweatshirt were read. Upon the back of the sweatshirt, the Uchiha Crest. Large and centered. Complimenting the top was a pair of black 'sports pants' that were rather comfortable and easy to move around in. Black, piercing oculars scanned the area in case he saw her.. though he didn't even know what she looked like so he hoped she knew who the Uchiha were, or else they'd be in trouble just from the start. In Sora's opinion, he'd much rather actually be able to start the mission instead of spend the whole day trying to find each other.

Ritsuko was still waiting for her teammate for this mission. If it could be called a mission, it was only shopping. She was starting to get impatient, and played with the cat ears on her head band, she let her hand stroke them, it probably seemed wierd to others, like she was petting herself or something, but it was only to pastime until this Sora would show up. He probably had already walked by without her noticing, and if that was the case then they most likely wouldn't find each other unless Ritsuko started to look after him, hopefully he would were something, that would make it easy for one to recognize him as an Uchicha. Ritsuko sighed, and closed her eyes for a short while, and as she opened them again a boy her age passed by, on the back of his shirt was the Uchicha Crest, this had to be him.

"Hey, u Sora?" She yelled and walked in the direction of the boy. She had hit the head on the nail, this boy was indeed called Uchicha Sora and now the mission could get started. "Well shall we get this over with, now we have found each other" Ritsuko said, and pulled up the note from her pocket. "Well we have to shop for 3 people today, the closest one lives in that direction. Some man" She pointed in direction of the address, and headed towards that place.

As he heard his name called, he turned and looked at the other before he sighed, then walking over to her. She seemed to be near his age. Though he first off noticed the eye patch. He wasn't one to intrude upon personal business though. He got by her and seemed she wasn't one for small talk, getting right to business as he scratched at the back of his head. Right... They had to go shopping for some snobs or old people. Whatever, as long as he got paid, he didn't mind.

" I assume you're Ritsuko then... Look forward to working with you.. Please don't hold us down. I have other plans for today. "

Ritsuko nodded, and ignored the part were he told her not to hold them down. For starters this wasn't a mission that could go wrong and second she wanted to end this as quickly as he did. A little farther down of the street around 200 meter lived the first person, responding to Ritsuko's knock at the door, a old man opened the door. His voice was low, and he talked very slowly. Before Ritsuko and Sora leaved, the man handed them the note and gave both a lollipop. Ritsuko accepted, but as soon as they leaved the old mans house she threw it out.

"Well lets take a look at what the old man needs" She mumbled, and studied the note. -vegetables, flowers(tulips), meat, milk- it wasn't anything difficult to get, and in only a short time, they had purchased what the old man needed. While shopping they hadn't communicated much, it was more small sentences about their shopping, like, you know where we can find milk, or is this flower tulips. Now they were on the way back to the old mans home.

It was rather boring on Sora's pinion. She didn't say anything, he didn't even know what to say, and this just brought along a rather boring, quiet mission. It was only his second one at that. He was hoping it'd be more exciting and such but.. Sora guess he shouldn't have assumed that much from it. There are those people after all that aren't the talkative type. This first one went rather fast as he only had to get the meat and milk. And after doing so, met back up with her so they could return to the old man. He hoped their first delivery would be a success, instead if end in failure. As he walked back, he wondered how many more trips they had to do anyways, though, that thought soon left his mind as it didn't really bother him anyways. Didn't matter how many there were. Somebody had to do it, he signed up for this, so he might as well finish to the best of his abilities. Even if his partner was rather lame and boring.

They arrived at the old man's place once again, the trip back had bin as quit as the time where they were shopping. It seemed none of them knew what to say, to start a conversation. The old man opened the door all happy. She handed him the bag with his stuff, as well as his changes. "No need for that, keep the change" The man said and then Ritsuko and Sora took of. Ritsuko pulled up the note to check the next location, she had no clue where to find this address. "You know where this is?" She handed Sora the note, hopefully he would know where this place was, or else they had to use time to look for it.

The only conversation between Ritsuko and Sora was whenever one of them had a question, this was definitely the most boring mission Ritsuko had bin assigned to, and she had bin assigned to quit a few by now.

He figured he would mainly just have to stroll about and not really have to do anything. It seemed as if she knew where they were going and such, though that was only until she requested of him to find their destination. Sora knew about everywhere here, well, anybody would unless they lived under a rock or something. Perhaps she did live under a rock if she didn't know where to go. Or maybe Sora just was outside, strolling around a lot more than other people did, and in such, knew the area quite well. He took the paper from her, scanning down and finding the next name.

" Ah.. that's actually rather close by.. If you go up ahead, make a right, then walk about two hundred meters, another right, and it should be somewhere on that street... So it isn't very far at all. "

As Sora spoke, he looked up and make some hand gestures, pointing down the street, towards the right and such, and after he finished speaking, he looked over at her, making sure she understood what he was saying. Though, he wouldn't be surprised if she didn't. She didn't exactly seem like the brightest person out there.

It seemed that Sora had a good idea about where they had to go next, so Ritsuko let him take the front as they walked to the address. A middle aged women holding two babies opened the door, in an awkward way. Inside the house sounded like a zoo, Ritsuko got a glimpse of a little of the things going on inside, a boy not very old was chasing a girl a little younger, screaming and noisy as hell, at the same time a dog started barking, and resulted in the babies started crying. Ritsuko tried hard not to grimace, of the chaos inside. It wasn't weird if this women could find time to do shopping on her own.

As soon as they got the note from the women they took of. This list was quite longer. -Milk, baby food, dog food, diapers, meat, a vase, toys, pasta, candy,- She read the note loud for Sora.

Sora didn't show it, but he felt awfully sorry for this woman. No wonder she couldn't go out and get her own supplies. How can she leave whatever that is alone. Well, now he learned a lesson from this day. Don't have too many kids. I mean, how can somebody keep up with that? Anyways. He looked over at his companion who had the list. This seemed to be much more than last time. But, nothing he couldn't handle. Especially as he had his very own, one of a kind companion with him. Which, of course, made everything easier. Well, most things were easier with another set of hands. Anyways he took the list from her for a moment, reading it over some only to hand it back to her.

" Alright, seems this list is a bit longer. What items would you like to gather up? I'll go find the rest that you don't want. Or if you want to make things simpler, tear the note in half, and give me a piece. Doesn't matter to me. "

"Sounds like an excellent idea" Ritsuko teared the note in half, and handed Sora one of the pieces. That left Ritsuko with, Milk, baby food, dog food, diapers, and meat, and Sora with the rest. "Well then. See u later we'll meet up here when we're done" Ritsuko turned around and started walking for a shop where she could find the stuff, it seemed like it would be pretty easy to find, and she could probably find all the stuff in the same shop. Not like Sora, he probably had to look in different shops to find the things.

After purchasing the stuff she needed she returned to the women's house. She sat at a bench, and waited for Sora to return.

Leave it to the man to find the harder stuff. Sora seemed to have gotten the list that required more effort. Though still. It didn't really matter to him though. Somebody had to do it anyways. Might as well be the man and do what the girl couldn't do. The manly man part. And as such, he looked over his lost and rather than go to one store, he actually had to head off for a completely different store per item. But, it least there wasn't that awkward was between them as he did so. Perhaps it would be better this way?... No. Sora preferred the company rather than being completely alone. And as such, after gathering everything on his part of the list, he turned to head back to the meet up spot.

Sora returned at the meeting place with the stuff, he had to buy. The women was very grateful and thanked them for helping her out. Ritsuko kinda felt with the women, it had to be stressful living with so many kids, and a dog. "Well on to the next, this is the last person we need to help"

The last person was a old lady, like really old. It took forever for her to open the door, and even longer to find and giving them the note. -wipes, warm up soup, cookies-
It was a very short list. "Well its not that much, so lets just find it together this time" and with those words the took of, to find the items.

Sora was relieved when he heard this was the last person. He was even more relieved when hearing how short this list was. It sounded very simple. They didn't have any need to split up and could casually finish up this job with ease, and make some easy money as well. Most people might be tired of walking by now, but since walking around was all he ever did, he wasn't affected by it too much, and slipped his hands in his pockets while walking beside the girl.

" So uh... You do this kind of work often? "

In a short time Ritsuko and Sora had purchased the needed stuff, and had delivered to the old lady. "No it's the first time i'm on this kind of mission" Ritsuko answered. This was the first real conversation between them, and it didn't last very long, since Ritsuko didn't bother to ask him the same question.
Mission completed and Ritsuko and Sora leaved in different directions.
