Alright, so... bear with me but I think your calculations went off the rails a couple of times.
You started your post out by repeating your training that was already approved by Yuii above. That didn't need to be in the post so I'll skip over that and we'll start with your jutsu purchase for 900 yen.
SO after your starting stats, first training, the 400 ASP holiday bonus, and the jutsu purchase you had:

After the jutsu purchase, I'm guessing you forgot about the stats you gained from your training and your starting stats because your calculations don't seem to include them. For instance, in the next set of stats you listed had your Genjutsu at 0 which is impossible because it starts at 5. Another example, your Agility was at 15 after your first training so adding 75 would put it at 90 (you had it at just 75). Also, to reach D-rank you must master
3 Jutsu. You only mastered 2, so you wouldn't qualify for D-rank without mastering one more.
At this point, please re-allocate the 400 ASP as you wish, but make sure you use the stats I listed above (which include both your starting stats and first training) as your starting point so your calculations aren't off. Also remember if you intend to rank up to D-rank that you must master 3 Jutsu. That means you will have to purchase a third in order to master it. At 350 remaining yen you likely don't have enough to purchase one, but you can use ASP to get a Yen Bundle. At E-rank, you can sacrifice 15 ASP to get 750 yen. (See the specifics here.)
