Physical Description: Chi has long red hair, that is usually considered to represent the color of blood. She has light red eyes to match her hair. She is a slim kid, and usually keeps her hair pulled back in a big black bow. She can usually be seen wearing a black top that only covers her breasts, and a dark red cover over her top. She tends to wear a skirt that is diagonally wrapped around her waist and goes to her knees. The belt is a dark red, and the red it black. For shoes, she wears a dark red ribbon to pull it all together.
Mental Description: Chi is a little shy when you first meet her. She tends to stay out of the group and keep to herself. When you get to know her, she comes off to be completely Tsundere. She is a hot headed little girl who can't stand loosing. She is determined, and a little reckless. When you really get to know the little girl, like in a huge personal way, she tends to be very passionate and caring about everyone around her. She would never let anything hurt her friends. To those she dislikes, she will try to humiliate them in anyway, by messing them up, or sampling spreading embarrassing rumors about them. When it comes to boys she likes, she'll try to act cute, but she often becomes clumsy, and foolish.
History: Chi's parents were apart of a traveling village. A small group of shinobi that wondered the plains and discovering new and exciting things. When Chi's mother found out she was pregnant, she decided it was time to settle down. She married and the happy couple resided in the land of Sand. It was the only village they were close to when Chi's mother went into labor. The small family grew up happily as the couple raised their beautiful girl. The only problem was, the mother was brunette and the father blonde. No one understood how the little girl got red hair. They were often accused of stealing the young girl, but their lives went on. Chi's mother raised her to be a proper house wife, and her father taught her to be a powerful shinobi. Now the parents are trying to send their little girl to the Shinobi academy of Suna.
