Ninpocho Chronicles is a fantasy-ish setting storyline, set in an alternate universe World of Ninjas, where the Naruto and Boruto series take place. This means that none of the canon characters exists, or existed here.
Each ninja starts from the bottom and start their training as an Academy Student. From there they develop abilities akin to that of demigods as they grow in age and experience.
Along the way they gain new friends (or enemies), take on jobs and complete contracts and missions for their respective villages where their training and skill will be tested to their limits.
The sky is the limit as the blank page you see before you can be filled with countless of adventures with your character in the game.
This is Ninpocho Chronicles.

Isaki Kushin said:Ah yes! So he had found someone who had the knowledge he was after. In fact chances were this man would actually be able to offer more than he was simply suggesting. There was the knowledge which Kushin sought but there was also the fact that even with that information there was no guarantee that Kushin would be allowed to meet with the man. If the ANBU before him was either rank that Kushin believed him to be then there was a likely chance that this man could also organize for that meeting to take place. Of course... Kushin didn't know how true that was, and yet for all the wrong reasons.
As Kushin had expected in this search there was going to be a cost. This man sought power, he said so, literally, so Kushin didn't have to go about figuring out what it was that he wanted. That was at least helpful. It was what kind of power the man sought that Kushin was unaware of, and everyone had a different idea of what power meant.
The bland, boring shinobi thought power was fighting ability, jutsu, the "power" to kill. They were weak, pathetic and useless, and oh so easy to manipulate. Half the time you simply told them that something would make them stronger and they would run off like an excited child to do what it was that was requested of them, and then after performing the task set before them return and ask how it was that that made them stronger. Give them a nice comment and they were happy, Kushin usually made sure that they would meet someone else after performing the task, the nice comment was something he lacked the ability to give.
Then there was the type of power which the peasants who worked the fields believed in, often the power which orphans or the homeless in shinobi villages believed in. Wealth. Kushin had plenty of that, he was born into one of the founding clans of Kumogakure, though only as the second son, and had married into a family which believed itself to be the wealthiest in the shinobi world. Of course Kushin knew that there would be likely a dozen clans which claimed the same, but still they had a lot of money, and Kushin had access to a lot of it as part of the deal with his marrying into that clan and taking their name.
Politicians saw power in alliances, having people on your side gave you a strength which was arguably one of the true indicators of power which Kushin admired and failed at. Kushin of course attempted to make up for this loss through blackmail and deception, forcing people to work for him, however this was not the same thing. Yes he had set up safety precautions so that should he die everyone's secrets would be revealed, that stopped them killing him and made them feel the need to keep him alive, but it didn't command loyalty the way a politician could make them.
Finally there was the saying, knowledge is power. This was Kushin's calling, and something he believed he had plenty of. His knowledge of ninjutsu was unrivaled in Kumogakure, his mastery over the elements unseen except perhaps in legends. His knowledge in medicinal treatments was also something of awe in the hospital, though he wasn't any better in that aspect than Daisuke or several other medical shinobi he had under his beck and call. Really his true pride came from his understanding of the things he called Kinjutsu, something which the man before him was unaware of, and yet unsurprised by what they could do. It was Kushin's ability to bleed knowledge out of everything which was where Kushin believed his own true power lay.
But none of this solved the question which was what did the man before him believe was power.
Kushin's voice lowered, his eyes locked on the others, the thought of studying those eyes pushed to the back of his mind, this was no time for that
You search for power and request that I place an offer for you to then barter with. I can offer you gold, but I think that you would spit in my face and take that as an insult. I could offer you the thing I call a kinjutsu, but I think you already have one and I have yet to find someone who could survive having two. I could teach you jutsu, but I suspect you are of a rank and ability where you know the jutsu you want to know already, which leaves me with only a few options for how I can give you power.
Moving back into his chair a finger on his right hand tapped his leg under the table. What kind of offer would be the best one to make, he had options, many options and they played through his mind. He knew that whatever he said would likely change, it would evolve through bartering, this was more a test by the other to see what he was willing to do to get what he wanted. A test to see how much Kushin wanted it.
For the exchange of what you know about the Senju and where I can find the head of their clan I will offer knowledge in return. I will describe to you the different bloodlines found in Kumogakure and their abilities. If you were able to set up a meeting with him I would give you the knowledge of the things known to me as kinjutsu, how to identify them, their strengths, and of course their weaknesses.
Knowledge for knowledge. That was what Kushin felt was a fair exchange. More detailed and useful knowledge, knowledge which could be used in combat and used to better ones self for creating an opportunity for Kushin to meet with who he wanted to meet with, that was also what Kushin believed to be a fair exchange. After all, he knew that in all likelihood he would need to have this conversation once more with the leader of the Senju. For what he wanted there he knew he would need to give more than knowledge.
